Excellent Service, fantastic Communication, very fairly priced, & a 1 year warranty. I was referred to Lloyd's by another transmission shop. I left a message on their voicemail & Sean Lloyd called me back within 5 minutes. I explained that my transmission was slipping, (195K miles, GMC Sierra 4x4- 4L60-E), and he was able to take my truck in the very next week. He had it out, rebuilt, and installed by Friday Morning... Shifts smooth as butter and firmly. Very Happy Customer!.

Had one of my plow trucks shifting hard. Sean diagnosed it same day and told me torque converter was shot. Dropped it off day before Thanksgiving. These guys worked all weekend after the holiday and had me back on the road Monday. Excellent work. Highly recommend.

Prompt service, fair pricing. Sean is open, honest and keeps the process transparent. The vehicle was in and out in 3 and a half days. They are true to their warranty. Highly recommend.

Transmission rebuild, had a chatter when going uo hill. Called Sean and arranged to bring it back for warranty repair. They fixed my issue in a very reasonable time frame. Highly recommend!

Having been in the auto repair business over 40 years myself, it was a pleasant surprise to find someone that provides the same, if not better, level of customer service. Sean and his wife made me feel completely comfortable entrusting my wife s vehicle to their care. The repairs recommended were in our best interest and we are beyond satisfied. My mother in -laws car transmission blew. We brought it to Gregg's auto in Northampton. Where it sat for 2 weeks and when finally looked at it he said he didn't have time. So we took it to Lloyd's on a Tuesday BY Friday morning he called and said all set. I couldn't believe it. Shawn is very nice professional and a human with a heart. Sean is outstanding! He's professional and personable and you just know that you can trust him...very hard to find, especially in this industry! If you are having any concerns about your vehicle's transmission you need to bring it here!!! Sean spent time driving my vehicle and looked it over and confirmed that it didn't need a new/rebuilt transmission. Learning this and knowing I found someone I could trust was a huge relief! When I went to pick up my vehicle I met his wife Jamie and she was fantastic too...they just make you feel right at home!Service: Transmission

Hands down one of the best places to deal with. There was no BS. Willing to work with us to get our car fixed, several options to help with price. Unfortunately we were not able to get the car fixed. But when AAA refused to tow the car out of there, Economy Transmission got us a tow (very cheap and quick) to get us to where we needed to go. 100% recommend this place. VERY nice and VERY professional.

They do great work! The second week of November. My car stopped driving, it was stalling every five feet. I drive a stick shift and my Honda Civic had 120k miles. I immediately jumped to the conclusion that it was the was the manual transmission I called Best Transmission, (who I consider excellent) which is where I always had my past transmissions repaired, but they explained they had stopped fixing manual transmissions, and they highly recommended Lloyd's. Lloyd's discovered my engine mount had collapsed. Lloyd's fixed this in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. I was extremely pleased and highly recommend Lloyd's Transmission.

I visited this place 5 times during last few months with different Dodge Ram track problems and these guys fixed them all fast and with excellent quality work. Very friendly and helpful staff. I am very blessed to have them in my home town. These guys are the best in area. 5 stars!

Great place . See Shawn Highly recommended .Had my 4 wheel drive lite come on after they did my transmission.They fixed it for free. They were a grand cheaper than the first quote I received.My truck drives excellent.

Experienced a breakdown on the MA Pike that left me in a pinch. Had my car towed to Lloyd's Transmission based solely off of the fact that I suspected the issue was transmission related. Ended up being an issue that would cost far less money to fix. That being said, the garage really could have taken me for quite the ride, diagnosing a much more serious problem, charging me a great deal more, and getting away with doing something less costly. It is rare these days to find a garage that is not only incredibly competent and skilled in what they do, but one that is also honest and driven by integrity. My experience with Lloyd's is one that I will not soon forget. My only regret is that I live two hours from the garage. If I were closer they would, without a doubt or ounce of reservation, be my go-to (heck, might even be worth the trip anyways). Definitely the go to for all your mechanic needs. Reasonable price excellent staff and quality work. The owner fully explained the diagnosis and handled the work in a timely manner. Have recommended and will recommend again

These guys know what's up. Ariel Ortiz did a great job on my alignment even with the issues it already had. Tiffany was great company as I waited. Broke down on I90 with I thought a blown transmission. Called this shop, he said he would get me right in. Got towed in, he solved the problem in his parking lot, no charge. Honest, friendly service. I am from out of state, was in a bind and could have been taken advantage of. Not here. Got me on my way with a hand shake. Awesome!
