What a life saver.They really and sincerely helped us.We were just passing Massachusetts while my car was acting funny in the highway, it was towed to KLM Auto with AAA. Kevin & the crews took care of it the whole time while we were away and were still trying to come back there.We finally was able to come and the car was working perfectly! and they just ask us drive it again, that was it, we were speechless, wow!Kevin & crews., thank you very much, from the bottom of our hearts.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with KLM Auto. After a stressful hit and run accident, I took my car to them hoping for a quick and efficient fix. Kevin, the staff member who assisted me, went above and beyond to find a new reflector light for my vehicle in record time. To my surprise, it was delivered within just two business days!What really impressed me was their willingness to accommodate my schedule. They managed to squeeze me in on an early Friday afternoon, which saved me from any further inconvenience. Staff was up front about the estimated cost and time to repair my vehicle on Day 1 so there wouldn't be any surprises. Kevin was extremely reasonable for both the parts and labor involved.The entire team at KLM Auto exhibited professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers. They turned a stressful situation into a seamless experience. I highly recommend KLM Auto to anyone in need of automotive services. Thank you, Kevin and the team, for your outstanding service!

Brought my car in because I had an issue with my air unit. No defrost, heat or AC. All there but nothing blowing. Several other places tried to fix the issue,but it kept konking out. KLM diagnosed and FIXED the problem. They also showed me what the issue was and the not so good work that had previously been done. Had my car back the same day! Highly recommend them, honest, reliable work!!

A bit of a wait at appointment about 20 minutes. Great customer service!!!! Nice waiting area. Fair pricing, a bit higher but attention to details & finished when they said they would and repairs where perfect! Thank you

Fair prices. Integrity, knowledgeable staff. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. If anyone asks me about auto repair facilities in my area, I always recommend KLM.

Unbelievable professionalism and stellar customer service! Kevin was pro active and went above and beyond when I was in a crisis with my vehicle after breaking down on the Pike returning to NY from Boston Children's after my daughters surgery.He even took time out of his day to go and search the area for my vehicle after a local tow company said 3 times they had dropped it at his shop from a hotel parking lot!What a miracle that Kevin was there and located it. He followed up with phone calls to me and he didn't have to do that.In this world we live in today I'm so grateful that we still have considerate and caring people. Being retired military we've been around and experienced a lot of life situations and I can't say enough with how impressed we were!!!!!Unfortunately my insurance company is going to total loss my vehicle so they will be taking to auction. However I heard and read so many great things about Kevin and his shop I wanted them to do any repairs if it wasn't a total loss.I HIGHLY recommend them and if I lived in the area I wouldn't even hesitate to make them my mechanics.Thank you again Kevin for going the extra mile and it shows why you're rated so highly!

They were extremely professional. When they called to advised the issue with the car they made sure to explain every detail. This was helpful as I don t know much about cars. The price was fair I did not feel cheated in any way. I will absolutely take my car back! They are amazing!! I was able to book an appointment within 24hours. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They fixed my car issue and were very reasonably priced. So thankful and appreciate of this place after having back luck at big dealerships. KLM is the ONLY place I bring all of my vehicles(3) for all repairs and oil changes. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they make it easy to drop off and pick up your vehicle. Always a fair price and they fix ONLY what needs to be fixed NOTHING more. Repairs are always done with high quality parts and several pricing options available on most parts. The repairs when done are done and done right, I have never had to bring a vehicle back to have a repair re-fixed. Just found this place after moving into the area last December. Dropped off at 9 AM and got a call at about 10:30, problem found, problem fixed, price was perfectly reasonable for the job done. Invoice includes parts and labor, no hidden "flat rate" nonsense. Looks like one of those places that's always busy, which is usually a great sign, until it's you that needs them, anyway! I imagine these guys will be my go-to going forward.

I absolutely love going to KLM for my auto maintenance, especially oil changes (which is what I went for on 8/27/22). Kevin is always incredibly polite, and the prices are MORE than fair. He got the work done in a very timely manner, and the final cost ended up actually being less than he had originally quoted me for! He never makes me feel rushed or like an inconvenience, and he never tries to lie and tell me that they noticed something else wrong that needs immediate attention. (Unlike every chain place I ve ever been to lol)The waiting area is excellent, with a huge couch, cable TV (which you can actually change channels on if you want to!) and free coffee. The shop is also very close to Chicopee Public library, and a nice little local diner that serves the best breakfast. They have no problem with you leaving, as long as you re back to pick your car up by closing, and will call you to tell you the service is done if you do step out!Overall, working with KLM is a lovely experience, and they will always be my default mechanic shop!Service: Oil change

After having a panic attack about the flashing check engine light my sister recommended I go here as soon as they transferred me and Kevin answered the phone I was relieved and immediately calmed down he took my vehicle in and it came out the same day I am so happy and grateful for my sister recommending me to KLM aswell as greatful for Kevin, Kevin is a great guy I will be a regular from here on out .. I can't thank you enough.Update i paid Subaru of west Springfield 1,300 to do some repairs apparently they skipped one flush that had to be done and nearly cost me car, this is not the first time they take my money and don't fix the issue. KLM saved me 2,400 this one visit. After this only shop touching my car for repairs is KLM i recommend 10/10 if i could give them more stars i would 5 * isn't enough. Kevin is the most honest and fair mechanic that I ve ever dealt with! I came in because my Ford Escape had a check engine light on and was stalling. He was determined to get to the bottom of what was wrong with my car. It wasn t your normal problem like spark plugs or coils, so he had to do some investigating. He did most of the investigating for free and came to the conclusion that my car would need a new motor. He did not try to push the new motor idea on me, because he was understanding that it may be more financially beneficial for me to get a new car and trade in my old one. He was even willing to give me advice (and discuss reliability) on what kind of new car I should get. After several tests on my car, I was expecting my bill to be astronomically high but it was more than reasonable. I also appreciate that they are really good at answering their phones at KLM and don t mind spending extra time on the phone with you to go over things.Service: Engine repair

I went in for an oil change and to search for a noise being made by my car. I felt they were very professional and understanding to my needs. They thoroughly explained what was wrong. The whole staff was friendly and outgoing! I have high expectations when I go to a business. Yesterday was my first visit to KLM and I was not disappointed. They were honest, fair and professional. Traits not always associated with auto repair businesses. They treated me right and I will use them for all my future auto repair needs.
