This is the new Hummer EV Pickup. The price of this vehicle was astronomically high and It took 2 months for the price of this vehicle to go within a reasonable trajectory that made sense to buy. Aren't we all sick of the Market Adjustments on vehicles?! It took 3 weeks to close a deal with the dealership. One week was on me as I secured my own financing for the lowest rate and because the dealership is 2 hours from my home. When I inquired with their options, The manager wouldn't offer any idea on a rate for top tier credit scores and so I moved on to find it myself. I've purchased about 200 vehicles in the past and that's usually a bad sign. Next, it was a demo with 1800 miles on it, used by the owner and kids. I found kick marks on the back inside of the rear seats from the kids. I requested twice that the vehicle get detailed. Lastly, and not really their fault but I have put less than 500 miles on it and it has a propulsion failure already. The salesman was decent as was the owner who called me when I had another issue on it. I just think in this day and age, the dealership needs to be better managed and not price gouge their vehicles. Plenty dealers out there that are not and plenty that are.

Recently had some warranty work performed on my 22AT4 canyon, everyone was friendly and professional. The warranty work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, I would recommend them for service.

Ordered a 2024 gmc AT4 2500 from these guys. Truck came in earlier than I had expected. The entire experience was a breeze. Everyone I dealt with from sales to the finance manager were honest and straight forward. My go to GMC guys from now on. Highly recommend

I had an appointment for an oil change at 9am and was out by 9:30. I am so appreciative that it was able to be done so quickly and efficiently as I had something come up unexpectedly and had to leave by 10 the latest. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

A wonderful experience from start to finish.after speaking with don the Buick envision I was interested in was pulled up front ready for me to test drive.Eli came with me and patiently explained details.I loved the Buick envision and purchased that day. It was exactly what I wanted.Don, & Eli put the deal together for me and Rob & Tom went out of their way to have it all ready the next day.Rob even got a hitch put on for my bike rack.Thanks a million Bob Pion Buick GMC!Thrilled with my Buick envision .

I have been having the service on my 2014 Buick Encore GX done at Bob Pion for many years and have completely happy with the service department so when I decided to trade in my car for a 2023 BUick Encore GX I chose this dealership without hesitation. I was treated well by both John Burke, the salesperson, and Sara Kapinos, the financial coordinator.They were both friendly and welcoming. I did have a small glitch which was quickly taken care of by Kyle Archidiacono with aplomb. And I will end this review with Nancy, who is there to welcome you when you open the door. She is pleasant, friendly, always willing to help, and she knows her job completely. She is thorough, professional, and Bob Pions secret weapon! You keep going back just to say hi! Thank you all very much!

My wife and I just left the dealership. Dave and Elias were amazing! We went in with a rather unique situation and other dealerships told us they couldn t help us. Dave and Eli worked with us, were honest, and got us into an amazing car. This has been the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Because of today, I will be a customer for life.

I have total respect for Pion GMCI just can t wrap my head around the fact that my GMC sierra has been such a disappointment as far as dependability because of constant mechanical failures.It s a 2015 with just 72000 miles on the vehicle. Was purchased to be confident that it would be dependable but that s hasn t happened. Between the rust problems and mechanical failures made the the vehicle has not been used as it was intended. We have other trucks and vehicles that have hundreds of thousands of miles of use and very little repairs needed. The one vehicle that we have use the most has 265000miles and still has the original starter for instance. Just to reflect on my recent visit to the dealership for a chronic problem with the 4wheel drive control that doesn t fail when the service department is attempting to remedy,so the vehicle isn t repaired because the information that is available about the shifting in and out of 4wd states the problem is known to persist in cold weather.I feel that is ironic to be a discussion among the repair industry but not with the GM customer service. I have a wonderful customer service relationship with Toyota and can not understand why General Motors is so willing to lose to Toyota. In closing I wish you the best with your careers with such as uncaring organization that you represent.

This was our first interaction with this dealer and we were very pleased. The side detection system and other electronics on my Acadia went haywire. We were prepared for a very large repair bill due to diagnostics and labor. We were not only surprised that the final bill was much lower than we expected, but it was lower than the initial estimate for repairs that we received. The service person, Kyle, was pleasant, courteous and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. It was overall our best experience with a dealer for repairs in years.

I would avoid their service department at all costs. Dropped my truck off after it would not start. Sent in videos showing visual evidence of what happened but they didn t seem to care. I get a call two days later that I have an $1100 bill for a transmission flush, which I never asked for them to do. They never found out the issue with my truck, sent me off with it. I ended up breaking down on my ride home to Virginia again. Thankfully the dealership in VA was able to immediatly find the issue (fuel control module was bad) and covered the entire job under warranty. $0. Meanwhile Bob Peon found no issues (laziness) and sent me on my way with a bill and a broken truck. Absolute trash.

I had a Good experience at this dealership. There was no hassle, and no pressure. They even stayed late to let me complete a test drive and walk-around. Peter and the Gang did a nice job of showing me everything about the car I was looking at, as well as letting me test all the different features. Quick response to online inquiries. The cars are priced to sell at a competitive rate, and they make it easy to finance and buy.

My GMC Sierra 2500 AT4 had a transmission leak and needed to be flatbed towed to the shop. Although the shop indicated they were scheduling jobs a week out, they were able to replace the transmission cooling line and get me back on the road within 2.5 days.The staff was very professional and courteous. I would happily recommend Bob Pion Buick-GMC to anyone.

This place charged my father for something from a recall. He had a receipt and was shown the part replaced,. I sent my niece Stephanie and she was told nothing was done and shown a totally different receipt. My father is 81 years old and bought three trucks from them. He was really disappointed because he feels taken advantage of because of his age and I totally agree. If lies were not involved someone could try to understand what happen, but to out right lie, unacceptable. Reporting to the BBB, I have given them enough time to refund him that money. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS!!!!!!!

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and ethics. Living over an hour away, we reached out via email regarding one particular vehicle. We were told the vehicle was there and available and called the salesperson before leaving our home, which he said would be available for a test drive. Upon arriving, we were told our vehicle was sold months ago. Tried to sell us a different vehicle. Bate and switch.

they only put 5 quarts of oil In my 2021 Denali Which requires 8!!! I drove around my brand new truck Short 3 quarts of oil! Horrible service!

Just had my compressor for air conditioner go on the car.. it was a certified pre owned.. Bob pion backed there certified pre owned warranty and covered all the cost.. can't say enough about this dealership.. Thank you

Since my first experience at Bob Pion with my purchase I ve had nothing but the highest praise for the dealership. The manager, Jimmy, always goes above and beyond to make sure I m happy with my car. As long as Jimmy is there I will be only purchasing/leasing from Bob Pion. I have recommended them to my friends and family and will continue to do so. The 102 mile drive is well worth it for me!! I ve been to every GMC/Chevrolet/Buick dealer in my area and have NEVER had the service that you experience at Bob Pion. From the sales department to the service department, Bob Pion isTHE BEST!!

Brought my SUV in for an oil change and to fix recall issues. As always everyone was extremely welcoming, polite and attentive. Was able to check in quickly and without any issues. Got picked up to head home as I did not want to sit there to wait for the services to be done however within an hour I received a callback from the dealership letting me know that my car was all set and could pick it up. I was surprised how quick they finished and I very much appreciate that as well as their consistency and quality of the work they do.

I visited BOB PION BUICK-GMC, INC on 03/07/23 that was my first time visiting this Service department.It was an easy, and fast process for me to schedule the appointment. The time it took for the services I asked for was reasonable.The place was clean, but I want to say in my opinion, the Environment would have been way better if you turned the heat on a little it was cold inside, and outside of the dealership. Didn't Mention it while I was there but here you go. Thank you.
