I get my car washed weekly so the unlimited pass was a VERY GOOD DEAL. Employees are nice and helpful. Process was fast and efficient. Car came out sparking clean after a few minutes. Could not ask for more!

UPDATE (Dec. 1)After posting the initial review, I did finally get a call from David who is a Sr. Regional Manager who was VERY understanding and took the time to understand my concerns. He met with me in person within a week of posting the initial review. He and Bruno, the South Bay Manager, refunded me both the cost of the service and even the tip 100%.Lastly, we both agreed that since I had to file a claim with my insurance to get the repairs done that we would wait for that claim to close. If my insurance didn't subrogate the cost of the repairs/deductible, he would also refund that expense as well. After getting confirmation that the claim was closed, David and Bruno have since refunded my deductible 100%.Even though the issues could have been avoided, the work they did was good. Knowing that Bruno and David did everything they could to make us whole and not be out any money as a result we are truly considering trying them out again in the future. Thank you both for listening and taking action for your customers.ORIGINAL (4Oct):I was looking for something near our house in South End that did a full detail job for both interior and exterior and thought this would be good. I was hesitant about the price of $300 but thought we needed to pay a good rate for a good job. Initially, it was easy to schedule, and on September 2, the drop-off was easy. The initial time to wait was 4-5 hours which I was okay with and they called about 3 hours in and said they were done. So naturally, I was impressed. I hurried over and it looked good from the outside and once inside it looks good. I tipped the detailers $60 and began to drive away and this is where it all goes WAY DOWN HILL...The sunroof was completely broken and I struggled to get anyone to get a manager or to understand how it happened. So I take it to a body shop nearby that the detailer recommends (instead of getting his manager).The body shop tells me it would take more than a day and likely $1-2k to fix. and that I should ask ScrubaDub to get me a rental and schedule the repair. So I return to this ScrubaDub and demanded to see a manager where I waited about 15 minutes in the lobby. I am then asked to fill out an incident report where I wrote as much detail as possible. Eventually, Bruno comes out and said that he only briefly reviewed the video and that he couldn't determine yet if it was their fault, I asked to see the video and he said no that he couldn't do that. He said he can't process an expense over a couple of hundred dollars and told me "I can't tell you what to do but I would recommend you file a claim with your insurance and they will contact us with the cost." I asked if they had insurance we could contact and they said they are self-insured. He said his manager, David Manning, would call me next week for an update and next steps (...he never did). So I headed to the D4 police station after leaving to document the incident and contacted my insurance.We took our car in a few days later (with fingers crossed that the rain won't get in over the weekend) and after our deductible of $500 and ~$2k in repairs and a little more than a week, we got our car back. Our insurance said on October 1 that without the video, we couldn't seek reimbursement but since I knew there was a video and they didn't contact me initially, I went back to the location, spoke to the Assistant Manager who requested Bruno give me a call. I received a call on October 4th from that Assistant Manager again but telling me to contact the Regional Manager, David Manning, who I contacted but only go his voicemail.To say the least, I paid out $300 for the service, $60 in tip (before knowing the damages), $500 in deductible, and probably 20+ hours in trying to get information and calls, insurance, police, repairs, etc. and still am getting the run around with this company. If things change, I would update my review; however, this has been going on for a month now and we regret ever going here.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

1st time getting interior done i was not completely satisfied so I immediately spoke to manager and he was extremely accommodating. I'm impressed and I highly recommend this location behind south bay.

I ve gotten the Royal treatment now twice and the car comes out just like new every time (2yo car that we keep relatively clean). Julio really pays attention to detail and scrubs, polish and aspirate every little corner, so I highly recommend their detailing services.

The team did an excellent job on the executive detail I purchased. I really think this might be the best detail my car has every had. It looks brand new. These men are extremely professional and really kind! Ladies, none of that uncomfortable feeling you can get when dealing with car stuff. I had an appointment and got the $159.99 interior detailing package and it was well worth the money. Got stains out of the interior of my newly purchased (VERY old) used car that I didn't even think could come out! Plus, it looks like they even popped out a dent! Highly recommend.

Best car wash company. The vacuums that are included with the monthly unlimited wash packages are, unexpectedly, very powerful and really user friendly. The soft cloth scrubbers and the high quality wash and wax products give my vehicles a brand new, luxury look that draws compliments consistently. Convenient location in Dorchester. The monthly unlimited is a great deal and totally worth it! Worth mentioning that Xavier is the guy with a noticeable presence. Seeing him and observing his work ethnic makes my day every time. This young man is always positive and putting in work; management definitely take notice! Great job

Xavier is always super friendly and really knows what he's doing. Not to knock some of the others who work the booth but he is especially speedy versus some of the other's. He goes out of his way to assist other newer employees. He is a valuable asset to the scrub a dub company.

Will definitely be back and have referred them to friends and family. They were a kind and my carpet came out so clean!Currently pregnant and a bit overwhelmed and just needed my car to be reset. Staff kept asking how I was feeling and if I needed anything. Offered something to drink. Service was quick. They were really all so sweet.

Please please please stop the constant waving to pull up. I can see the car in front of me and I m aware of when to drive up. The waving is obnoxious and has been unique to this location for years. You can point for tires to move to left or right, or you can put a hand up to stop. But to wave to move forward when you re inching along cause there s a car in front of you is unnecessary. I don t need to speak to manager. If the waving stops I ll revise this review to 5 stars. Thank you

Xavier at the South Bay store was the best. Helped retrieved the cover of one of the side mirrors without hesitation. Very polite and professional. Good guy to have in your team.

These guys are absolutely top-notch. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had interior and exterior cleaning done as a last ditch effort for a smell in my car I couldn t get rid of before I took it to the mechanic for a presumably more serious issue they not only found it, but fixed it on top of the service for which I had already paid. We accidentally left our car unlocked in south Boston. The Next time we went to use the car the back seat was covered in vomit. I m assuming some drunk person slept in the car overnight and got sick and vomited all over- it was so gross. Anyways I called scrub a dub and they took me same day with out having an appointment and fully detailed and shampooed my car. It was spotless when I picked it up, had no smell to it- I was so impressed. The price was extremely fair especially with all the mess they had to clean. Will for sure be using them again!

Bruno is amazing.. he patiently answered all my questions when I needed answers.. and put my fears to rest as I just purchased a new vehicle concerning the washing process.. I will a regular customer as long as he is there. You won't find a better place to have your car washed. The staff is always kind and courteous. I had a few questions when I was there and I was directed to the manager Bruno who was very kind and able to answer all my questions. I would recommend this carwash location to anyone looking for a great experience getting your car cleaned inside or out

People that work there are very nice but I bought the royal treatment which is $250 worth of detailing, I asked them to take a couple of bumper stickers off my car and they didn't do it, and everything was super greasy. Including the floor mats which doesn't quite seem safe for driving! They also didn't clean out like the gas pump spot and little details like that. I will probably take some of my car somewhere else for detailing in the future. But I think if you're just doing a drive-through car wash, it's probably fine.

I was greeted with excellent customer service as soon as I drove in by Nick. I expressed some concern about my car being a little dirty the last time I did interior cleaning at this location. Nick assured me that it would not happen again and communicated with the interior cleaners in my presence to do it right, and after, he made sure to ask me if I was satisfied with the cleaning. Staff here (barely a kid or two runs the show anyways) always have a bad attitude.They often close the service before the actual closing time.They don t put any cover on the rear windshield wiper. I lost mine here and decided not to visit them again.Poor customer service | poor professionalism
