Parker s is the best! They are extremely personable, transparent, and communicative. I ve had to have multiple repairs done through their shop and they have always talked me through my options and completed the necessary repairs in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I brought my 2011 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali HD Duramax to Parker s for some long overdue repairs and maintenance. They thoroughly went over my vehicle inside and out and took pictures of all work out and leaky parts and provided detailed explanation of what the issues were. They promptly diagnosed all of my concerns. They found a particular hard to find new model tire for me. Communication throughout the process was excellent. This isn t my first or last time having my vehicle serviced by Parker s. I send all of my family, friends, and coworkers here. They are very professional, honest and trustworthy. My truck needed some major repairs, so many that it was expensive, but all of the labor and parts prices were more than fair. Trust me I compared the quote to other shops all over the state. My truck drives like brand new again and that is with 248,000 miles on it. Robbie; the owner, even took the time to personally test drive my truck AND wash it after the repairs were completed! They sent online links with detailed pictures snd information throughout the entire process.

Awesome service at a great price. The team at Parker did a full inspection complete with photos and video of the issues with my car. They were responsive and informative through the whole process. A great auto body shop all around. Highly recommend!

The complimentary full inspection these guys provide is great for someone who wants to stay ahead on the maintenance of their vehicle but are unsure on where to start. They will text you a link with all of their findings and list what needs immediate attention, what can wait until next visit, and what looks good. It's easy to approve or deny any work right through the link making the whole process transparent and pressure free. They really care about the comfort and trust of their customers. I recently moved out of the area but I will still take the ride to Parker's for any service I need on my car for as long as I can. Thanks guys!

I went in for an oil change and was wowed by the level of customer service this shop has. They ordered me an uber and even did a complementary report on the health of my vehicle.They didn't do the oil change because my car has very dangerous rust in the back chassis. They didn't charge me for the uber or anything and explained why I should not drive the car.It sucks that my car is basically totaled but I'm completely appreciative for the honesty as I have been basically scammed out of thousands by other mechanics who conveniently left out the dire state of my car.This will be where I get all my future car repairs and maintenance done. Do not hesitate to call, these guys won't scam you for a quick buck.

The Parker s automotive team has been a life saver to me and my family. Always honest and not trying to sell me on things I do not need but always making sure to keep informed on what I will need. Fair prices and honest work. Having a mechanic you can trust is a hood feeling especially when you are traveling with children.

Parkers Auto has been my go to for some time and they are always professional. Friendly and honest. I was told by my dealer i need certain things done that cost hundreds it not a few thousand to have done. I went to Parkers for 2 nd opinion and they confirmed what needed to be done and other things that were not needed. This is how they have always been. Rob and his team top notch and would recommend them to anyone.

All of the staff were cheerful and helpful. They provided me with an Uber transport to pick up my car when the repairs were completed. The work was done on time and one work order they suggested was not needed so they saved me money too.

Best auto body shop in the Boston area. The guys are honest, know their cars and will never try to rip you off. Great place, would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new auto store.

Phenomenal work by the staff there. They finished the repairs in a couple days. Although a bit pricey but that's what you get for owning a lexus. 5/5 would reccomend.

Just want to start off by saying thank you to the entire crew at Parker s. I broke down on a busy spot on the turnpike and after a few failed attempts at finding a good auto shop, I found a GREAT one here. They were super kind and understanding throughout and had so much knowledge on the different issues with my car (even knowing instantly what was wrong with my explainations). They were quick and efficient and I m so glad I have my car back after care from them. Thank you again for making my road trip get back on track!

Excellent service-I ve gone to Parker s auto for a few years now with any car issues or concerns and have always had a great experience. Everyone that I have interacted with there has been great with communication and responsiveness, as well as being straightforward in terms of cost and what was going on with the car. The last time I had to bring my car in I especially appreciated the text and calls with updates. I am never the type to write reviews but I was actually very satisfied with this shop! They re honest, get the job done and explain everything down to the tea!!! I recently came to replace my front brake pads and rotors due to the Honda dealership telling me I needed to but as we all know dealerships overcharge/tell you anything to buy or replace something. They did a full complimentary inspection of my car, text me everything that needed to be done/recommended and did not do anything until I approved. Additionally, I had approved to get a brake flush done and when I arrived, they told me they couldn t charge me for it because they didn t do it, when I tell you I was extremely surprised because how would I have actually known, for all I know they could have charged me even if it wasn t done, but no they are truly an honest shop! Will definitely be back again :)Side note: to be honest the only reason why people give bad reviews is probably because they may have to wait a day or two for their car but they do tell you in advance that they tell everyone to bring it in at 8 am, also be mindful they re small, and are very busy but promise you they are worth the wait !

Yes, the prices are a bit on the steeper side. However, you re dealing with absolute professionals from the very beginning. They were attentive, understanding, and most importantly patient with all of my questions. Not to mention they inspect your car from bumper to bumper, and text you a complete list of areas of concern from one of their certified technicians (with pictures). It was transparent, professional and pleasant, which is huge given how dealing with mechanics can be such a stressful time. 10/10.

My minivan broke down nearby. They were incredibly helpful in diagnosing the problem and helping me get the van back home to new hampshire. Honest, more than fair with pricing and minimized the amount of work done. Really excellent service and makes going to the mechanic much less of a chore. Everyone who works there is always kind and helpful. I have never felt like I was being treated differently or scammed for simply being a woman going to a mechanic. The prices are reasonable. I have always been happy with the service I get at Parker's. The mechanics provide excellent explanations of what my car needs - both the priorities and what can wait until the next service.
