I thought my car was totaled when a semi backed into it while making a delivery at PJ Kennedy & Sons. That driveway is notorious! This happened just before Thanksgiving and two weeks after putting in new $500 brakes. I did not have collision or rental coverage. PJ Kennedy gave me the name and phone number of the driver (a worker with no money or power) but not the vendor (whose insurance was actually liable). The detective at C11 was useless. Martin Lynch at M&S offered to repair the frame at no charge, and my insurance s comprehensive coverage paid for the rear glass with zero deductible. Thanks to M&S, I was able to get my car back. You can t put a price on that! Ten stars all the way.

M&S Auto Body provides great service, the guys there are so professional and friendly. Martin and Shaun in particular were really nice and took the time to explain everything about my car situation. It was super helpful to have someone who knew what they were doing to walk me through it all. If you need auto body work done, you should definitely check out M&S Auto Body. I highly recommend them!

M&S was amazing! My car was damaged while parked and now looks like new! They even vacuumed and cleaned my car before I picked it up! Amazing staff, and service. My car was hit while parked and had severe damage. Martin is one of the nicest humans I have ever met- updated me often, went above and beyond with customer service and made a stressful/tough situation tolerable with his friendly demeanor, and caring attitude. Refused to fix my truck or provide a quote just said he's too busy and too many things can go wrong. I can't judge his work because he refused to provide it. Just want people to be aware when calling they may refuse your work if it's not something they can charge the insurance companies for.

back in 2015, my honda civic had a side collection and they repaired the dent and repainted the left side of the car.recently, I sold my car to used car dealer and they were using some kind of paint thickness detector, they couldn't found out there was even an repair on the car. just want to give you guys an idea the quality of work these guys did.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't recommend M&S enough. I got into my first pretty bad accident and they were unbelievably helpful in explaining the process. I ve heard great things about this place. So I decided to go and see for myself, Customer service was awesome. The lady who unfortunately forgot her name was super helpful and even saved me some money. By the time i left I felt like I knew her for a long time. The car is great have no regrets. So far so good. I give M&S 10Stars. Definitely recommend who s ever looking to get a car too come and feel like family.

This is the place where you want to go to get your car repaired. Great service, gets the job done every time. If not then they are happy to make sure you leave satisfied. I been going there for about 5 6 years. I just brought my wife's car to them and my wife's car look like "what accident?" I would recommend going to them for your auto body repairs

Recently had a minor fender bender and needed work done on my car. M & S was recommended by abdons in Quincy. I couldn't have had a better experience with these guys. Martin took a look at the car, saw what parts he needed to order, and told me to come back after the weekend to start working on it. They have Hertz rental right there, so it was perfect. 4 days later, my car was back to brand new AND... DETAILED ON THE INSIDE! As a woman with 3 kids and 3 dogs, you better believe this was QUITE the awesome surprise. I NEVER expected that. I would give 10 stars if I could. Martin, the owner is kind, takes time to explain things, and an honest GOOD guy. I'm very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. This place is the BEST.

I cannot say enough good things about M & S! was involved an car accident where my front bumper was damaged but the car was still drivable. I called Sean at around 5 pm right after the accident and asked he and his team could take a look at the front bumper and secure it if possible as I needed to use the car that night for travel. Sean got me right in and his team adjusted and secured the bumper so I could still go on my trip. Sean also gave me advice about what the car needed for further repairs from the accident and how to proceed with insurance. If I ever need any auto work I will definitely go to M&S and highly recommend anyone in the area to do the same. Thank you Sean and your team for treating me like family!

Martin is a class act! Went out of his way to accommodate me and my schedule, made sure my rental was lined up, dealt with insurance/3rd party doing and paying for repairs. Great when you have a local shop that is looking out for you and your cars best interest. He even buffed out some spots I had and cleaned up the inside. Work they did looks awesome :)

I have had 2 cars worked on by M&S auto and I appreciate the professionalism and honesty from M&S auto! The cars came out looking great and my experience with the team and the owner was really great. Over the years i haven't been able to say that about many shops and I really appreciated it and would recommend them to anyone!

Martin and Sandro are really GREAT people to deal with. They educate you on everything and the whole staff is friendly. I have sent many of my friends there also and they were super happy with the work preformed. I have built a relationship with these guys and I can not say enough about there passion and pride on everything that goes thru the shop !! Thank you guys

The only shop I will take my car too. The guys here are always helpful. I've had to have body work done (unfortunately) on numerous occasions and each time they make my car look amazing. They communicated with my insurance company so I literally just had to drop my car off and get into the rental which is next door. These guys are awesome!

Martin is the absolute best! Took my jeep in for a torn off bumper. He helped me deal with insurance company, ordered the parts and had my car looking brand new in two days... oh and fully detailed. Highly recommend these guys!

Martin and the staff at M&S are friendly, professional, personal and high quality. They know their customers, even after one meeting. They often go the extra distance to make a customer's experience easier and more convenient. They communicate effectively, and really support the people who bring in their cars for repair. We have had reason to bring them our custom on several occasions, and will always choose M&S whenever the need arises.

I cant say enough good about this company after my 2 interactions with them.My personal vehicle (small sedan) was involved in a hit and run and I had a work vehicle (Dodge Promaster) that was hit by a driver who lost control during a storm.In my car, I was rear ended at a stop sign and the driver took off. I contacted my insurance company and actually requested I could work with M+S b/c I had heard great things about them from a friend. Once they were involved, they made the process incredibly easy. Once they got my car up on a lift, they found the frame was bent and a lot more damage than originally seen by the adjuster. M+S then reached out to my insurance company to get the claim adjusted. They kept me in the loop during the entire process and even had my car back to me 2 days before the original time estimate. It looked brand new when they were done.When my work truck was in an accident, I immediately reached out to M+S again. The insurance company I have on my work vehicle was not as responsive as my personal auto policy. Sandro asked me for my claim number and contacted them on my behalf. He help schedule for the adjuster to come look at the vehicle and once he had the OK from the insurance company he had the car towed to his location within hours. This vehicle did end up being totaled after closer inspection, but I was really impressed that they would be able to work on such a variety of vehicles.Overall, with both interactions, I'm incredibly impressed with their response time and how helpful they were in helping me deal with my insurance companies.Fingers crossed for no more accidents but if they happen I will be going back to M+S Auto.

Yesterday ,Friday 06/23/23I went to get my car, when I got home I saw the car is leaking and I brought it back to them then the guy told me, it is because the car just wash, it is water from the wash...on Saturday 06/24/ 2023I drove it to go to the gym same thing happen..but they close on Saturday... car spent almost four weeks in their shop.

In June of 2018 we were involved in a fender bender so we brought our 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan to M&S Auto Body for repair per recommendation of our insurance company. Upon arrival we were greeted with warm and friendly customer service and a very high level of professionalism. The shop manager Martin made the entire repair process a breeze from drop off and acquiring a rental car to pickup upon completion of the work. The quality of the body work was outstanding and our car was as good as new.Now our story has a little twist to it and this is why I would actually give M&S auto a 10 star rating if I were allowed. Upon driving our vehicle away I noticed an electrical glitch which was not present before the repair. I contacted Marty and informed him of this and he immediately took full responsibility for the glitch and said he would have his guys check over the wire harnesses which they had to disconnect and reconnect in order to complete the repair. I dropped of my car for this and Marty paid out of his own pocket for us to have rental car. When we picked up our car the glitch reappeared one day later so Marty told us to take the car the dealership to have it repaired and that he would pay for it.Now since I have a natural aversion to the dealership, I Googled potential causes for the glitch and I replaced a fuse which resolved this glitch for another grand caravan owner. I proudly prematurely called Marty and told him that I replaced this fuse and that our car was all set (In retrospect I can tell that he was listening to me with a raised eyebrow of disbelief). Needless to say 24 hours later the glitch was back and I was sad and too embarrassed to call Marty back.To make a long story short in December of 2018 six months later I called Marty and let him know that our car actually still had the electrical glitch and that I took it to the Dodge dealership. He told me that I shouldn t have been embarrassed to call him back and he asked me to let him know what the dealership found. Well today it was determined that a wire in one of the harnesses came loose back in June and it shorted out some modules and that the repair cost was #%$^&#!. And I am extremely humbled to say that Marty took care of it. M&S Auto Body is the absolute best!

My experience at M&S was phenomenal. They help you feel comfortable and at ease. What stood out the most to me was the paint job on my car, it was amazing. I highly recommend!! Five stars!!!

Awesome service and stellar people. These guys were quick and did a great job fixing up the damage on my Optima. They even cleaned the whole car up (which included tons of hair from my dog) in a shorter timeframe than they originally estimated. Would highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews because they are typically obnoxious but I'll make an exception. Had a tiny dent with paint transfer on my door from someone being careless in a parking lot. Walked in and Martin immediately came out to assess the damage. He looked at the dent then grabbed some wax and removed all the paint transfer leaving only the dent (so already 50% better). Then, honestly told me that the price to fix it using standard techniques would be too high (I agreed) and instead provided the phone number for a paintless dent repair specialist. And despite spending 10 minutes with me and doing some minor physical labor, he charged nothing.Amazing service and honesty. Exactly the type of auto body shop I would use in the future for more serious damage.
