Randel and his team were awesome. He met me in the parking lot before I could even pull my car up to the garage, was on top of everything, explained everything his team was going to do, and had me in and out of there in less than 25 minutes. They were all very professional, and the shop was spotless. I have always gone to this location for my oil changes, but they have really stepped their game up recently. A team that you can trust to do a great job.

Just came in for a quick oil change and it was wonderful. Michael, the manager, was so thorough and made me feel so comfortable, even helping me reset the light on my dash. Not to mention I was in and out in under 20 mins. Going here every time from now on!!

This is the poorest company for oil change in America. Poor customer service, lack of communication, and the manager (Mark) is very rude. I took my car there and they charged me for services I did not request. They did not tell me upfront what the cost of the oil change was, and they ended up performing unsolicited services that I had to pay for. In addition, they are so unprofessional! The oil change was not properly done, and they did not perform any additional checks like they claimed on their website. Stay away from them. You'll get better services elsewhere. I will not recommend Jiffy lube to anyone, not even a dog!

usually when I come it's a disaster! But today was amazing and the crew was great! Edgar explained everything to me and the tall black guy with long Dreads took my payment and was really polite and funny! Definitely a pleasant surprise today!!

My service was promptly and professionally finished by the team.While professional, prompt, and efficient service is crucial, there was a bonus to my visit.Bonus: The team was enthusiastic and appeared to really enjoy working as a team which gave me even greater confidence in their ability to provide quality work.

First time at a Jiffy Lube and it exceeded all my expectations. Got the full preventive maintenance and oil change. Mike was super knowledgeable and transparent about what he found. Afterwards, I went out and bought some filters I needed, came back, and they replaced them even before I had a chance to drive into the bay. So friendly and helpful. Truly stellar and I did not expect that in an oil change! I ll be coming here next oil change for sure.

Overall - good experience. The above and beyond would be if they had water, coffee or snacks in the waiting room! Otherwise, the crew was kind, and Anitra at checkout was super pleasant and warm, and appreciated her service.

My car was damaged. A piece of the car was hanging from the bottom. I went back and they patched it up, but not driving funny. Employees were really nice, but didn't seem to know what they were doing. I went for a simple oil change. Terrible.

sooo suprised today!!! i was giving this place one last chance. everytime i ve came here i ve had a bad experience. today tho was great!! guys were so polite,Davonte helped me and Edgar as well they are amazing! and the rest of the guys seemed in good spirits and did great job on my car!! thanks guys i ll be back

Dealing with mechanics, oil stops, and all things auto can be an absolutely awful experience. Often, many people feel taken advantage of or even jipped by the auto industry. Oh there s a unicorn poking holes in my flux capacitor? Great, here s a blank check. This is not the case at the Jiffy Lube in Dorchester. They are fast, knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly - kind. Shout out to Mike and Devonte for the great service, answering my questions, and even teaching me a thing or two about servicing cars.

Was told oil changes only!Why did they send me a flyer with full car maintenance options? I went to this Jiffy Lube for a tune up and was turned away.I'm disappointed because reading other reviews it seems they do more than just an oil change. I think they didn't want to service my little Mazda. I'll take my business elsewhere and you probably should too.

So as I sit here and write this out I have nothing but excellent things to say. The service is pretty impeccable. The guys are super friendly. Now coming from a shop shop perspective as most people do they look for the minuet issues etc etc. I must say there s little to none. Tyler ability to go above and beyond to very heartening. Keep up the good work guys! Customer service is key and yall are doing amazing !

The closing of the Weymouth MA Jiffy Lube was a heartbreak as they provided great service for years. However it seems that I found a new home in Dorchester. The crew was every bit as customer service oriented, efficient and professional! Give these highly competent gentlemen raises!

I went here for a Oil change, I got in quickly and everything was good till I had a employee (tyler r )not ask me to step out the car but just open the door to my car with me in it and scanned what ever you wanted in the car and left he did this 3 times each time I told him he said ohh well, that he dosnt care then he further asked me for the money and my license from my hand aggressively went back and did whatever he wanted to then came back and throw the card and the receipt at me and told me that I only paid $36 for an oil change. And that the service I get for the price I payed

So I go last week and I have a 4 Cyclinder car passat 2014. They charge me a 105.00 for a 4 cylinder never going back. It was 125.00 that's crazy 20 minutes not even.

I went there for an oil change, I was in the bay for over 45 minutes while I watched 4 cars that came after me get in and get their oil changes done before me. There were 4 staff members working but only one was actually doing anything the other 3 were huddled up in the corner laughing talking joking flirting playing on their phones and doing absolutely nothing. The one team member who was doing something who was (according to my receipt) Sudarius was the only one topping off the vehicles etc while the other 3 just stood in a circle. And for that I think he deserves recognition because atleast one team member was doing their job. I was left in the bay w no communication with my 2 year old child in the car with me as to why it was taking so long for a simple oil change or why 4 cars that came after me got in and out before my oil change was done. The music in the upper bay was so loud I could barely hear the one team member actually doing anything what they were saying when they were right next to my window talking to me. There was no window wash done, no vacuum done, the gentleman Sudarius like I said was the only one who did anything and as far as I could tell he did top off everything and check things under the hood but there was definitely no window wash or vacuum which is supposed to be included in the price. All around it was an extremely disappointing experience and I will not be coming back to this location which is a shame because I have been going to this location for years but this last experience was enough to steer me to another location or different business all together.

I came here a few weeks ago for an oil change - I'm not originally from the Boston area so I was basing my choice on recent reviews and I must've just come on a day where the work crew wasn't the same as all the most recent positive reviews. I travel for work so I get oil changes more frequently than most people, and most of the time I go to places similar to Jiffy lube (quick stop service, like Valvoline). I've never been more disappointed or flustered by an oil change experience than my time here. I wish I had gotten his name but the young man with braces was the ONLY person who smiled at me and said more than 5 words to me. The other 2 gentlemen I interacted with never smiled/seemed annoyed to even have to talk to me and one even spoke to me in a rude manner when I asked about checking my oil dipstick (a common practice at every other fast oil change place I've ever been in my 16 years of owning a car). The man with braces checked my tire pressures, as is common practice as well, but no other regular *included in the oil change service* checks were done. According to Jiffy Lube's own website this is what is SUPPOSED to be included with your oil change service:Included in the Jiffy Lube Signature Service� Oil ChangeChange:Oil with up to five quarts of quality motor oilOil filterInspect Key Components:Antifreeze/coolant reservoir levelsEngine air filtration systemSerpentine beltsBrake fluid level (in transparent reservoirs)Wiper bladesExterior lightsChassis (lubricate when applicable)Check and Fill:Tire pressuresTransmission/transaxle fluidDifferential/transfer case fluidPower steering fluidWindshield washer fluidBattery water (excluding sealed batteries)Clean:Exterior windowsVacuum interior floorsMaybe some belts were inspected and they just didn't tell me, but I can guarantee none of my cabin or engine filters were checked, my windows were not cleaned, my interior was not vacuumed, my lights and turn signals were not inspected, nor was my windshield washer fluid checked/filled. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because of the man with braces who was the only customer service driven guy there that day. I hope he gets promoted/a raise. I'm never going back there for service and I encourage others in the area to avoid unless you want to pay almost $100 and not get all the services you're paying for (in case you didn't know, oil is actually pretty cheap).

I have Never felt more confident that my oil change was done properly. The gentlemen that serviced my car was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. Avoid at all costs. I had my old change on September 23rd and they stripped and over tightened my oil drain plug which I now have to pay to have extracted and replaced.

The guys are the shop were super nice and my car was serviced quickly upon arrival. Unfortunately, despite the system clearly having my last oil change on record, they were telling me I got the more expensive oil (100% synthetic) last time I was there. Thankfully, that got remedied. The bigger issue is that my tire pressure clearly wasn t checked and my tires were not serviced despite the receipt indicating F36 and R36 (both wrong numbers). I ended up getting the tires filled correctly as a station up the street when I noticed it. This doesn t have me filled with confidence that anything else was done correctly and, that, is the most concerning part of all of it. I will not be returning.Service: Oil change

Unprofessional, rude, untrained staff. Got turned away because they couldn t figure out a computer glitch. Previous time I was here was also met with an attitude about my air filter. This time it was an attitude about my hood that was malfunctioning. Unreal.

I Had the worst experience. They damaged my vehicle by cross threading the oil pan plug. Now I have to get the oil pan replaced. Then some of the workers are very disrespectful. They will never touch my vehicle again...
