I just bought a 2013 Audi S5 convertible last week. I brought it to Mike for a Stage 1 software upgrade. The grand I spent on this car yielded me about 100hp more. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and he has promised to send me pricing for additional upgrades that gain me more performance for my new toy. Thanks Mike and crew.

Of the many things, Mike is a Mercedes Mesiah. We've had our GLK350 serviced exclusively at a large dealership for several years who as of late has been putting us through several machinations about why they can't correct our brake issues despite no difference in driving style and how much the car is driven. Calipers, brake booster, master cylinder and 2 sets of rotors and pads! Mike surgically went through all the components and identified that it simply came down to the lack of applied knowledge and skill at said dealership. The end result after the brake and suspension fixes once it left Mike's hands according to my wife was; "the car drives beautifully and I really enjoy being it in again." Mike also maintains keen attention to detail from the intake he gets from the customer and doesn't let an item go unaddressed. Also, and being a car enthusiast; I personally enjoyed my interactions with Mike and found talking to him was like one of the guys from the car club. All members of the staff are very cordial and easy to work with, and the car comes back to you spotless and fully detailed.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Body & Trim, Brakes

We recently took our Mercedes in with some steering issues.� Mike and Kelley were very thoughtful and timely with their responses to our many questions about the issues, timing, pricing, and anything else we thought of. They were easy to communicate with via phone, email and text.� We got our Mercedes back within a week and it works absolutely great.� Plus, they even cleaned it out for us, a very nice bonus! We highly recommend bringing in any European car to them...you and your auto will be taken care of with great professionalism and care.� We will definitely be going back if with any other issues or maintenance that our Mercedes needs. 5 stars all around!

I have a 2015 ML 350. Mike was recommended a friend at another quality shop that specializes in american cars.Shop and office were immaculate. No overselling, complete inspection with pics of vehicle / recommendations and timelines.I'm very particular who works on my vehicles. I have over 30 yrs in fleet maintenance.Looks like Mike is my new Guy!

The safety of my vehicle is very important to me and I know I can rely on Mike. He s a man of integrity.Mike details the work list so I can see what s most important and will only do what is necessary to ensure the car is running well. The other items are listed for a future visit.I trust Mike and he does an excellent job. Mike and his team are the only people I trust in this world to work on our BMWs. Mike is meticulous, so knowledgeable and actually takes the time to explain in detail what's happening, what needs to be done, etc. From years of taking my cars there I legitimately feel like I know so much more about engines than I ever thought I would. Kelley is super responsive, friendly and clearly is the reason why the shop runs as well as it does! I would recommend European Motorsport 100%. They aren't just great at what they do, they're also genuinely good people that go out of their way to help their customers!

This is one of the best mechanic shops around. Their attention to detail, customer service and ability to diagnosis and fix problems is the best! Kelley (the front desk manager) is easy to get a hold of and book appointments by email or online. Mike (the owner/mechanic) explains things thoroughly and is very personable. I've never met a mechanic/owner that takes that much time with clients. They wash and vacuum your car before returning it to you. I especially love the honesty of this business; there were two things I thought I wanted fixed on my car and when I told Mike about them he explained to me that they weren't really big deals and weren't worth the money to fix them. I really appreciated this honesty; on an 11 year old car I just want to make sure it is safe to drive and not going to leave me stranded (fixing a broken cup holder probably isn't worth the money).

I bought a used car last fall, and some issues started to crop up after I'd had the car for a few months. I had an idea of what the problems were and how to fix them, but I didn't have the time or space to do the work myself. Communication with Kelley to set up the initial appointment and follow-up on the repairs was great, and the process was very easy. Evan and Mike took a look at the car and diagnosed several issues, confirming my own analysis. Their suggestions to solve the problems were very reasonable, and the repair work was great. Mike went beyond the expected repairs and looked around for a sensor connector that is just missing missing from my car; I appreciate the effort and attention to detail. My car was returned to me with all of the problems solved, running better than it had been, and thoroughly detailed. Absolutely fantastic work all around.

For starters, Mike is the most compassionate and all around awesome person. His staff is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and easy to communicate with. It wasn t until this year that I turned to Mike and European Motorsport but without a doubt would say this is the best place to take your vehicle in Boston! 10/10 highly recommend

Great service. Mike Curry took the time to explain what was wrong with my Audi, then provided the most detailed report of the state of my car that I have ever received. The repair was $1000 less than the estimate I received from a dealership. Strongly recommend them.

Timely & expert service.Mike and his crew do a great jobBrought in a 2006 E350 in need of a lot of suspension work.Mike did it in the time and price he estimated and was very clear about what was being done. He also follows your car visit to visit - so that its not a new discovery process with each visit - which is important if you're keeping an older model running.

Had my clutch replaced recently. They did a great job and were transparent with the quote and work they were going to perform. The owner Mike even showed me my old clutch and explained what caused it to fail. Great service and communication. Will definitely bring my car back for my next service.

I had gone in last week for an emergency tire situation for my X3M. I had to get it patched real quick before we had to leave town for the weekend. Both the owner and his employee (didn't get their names) were extremely, extremely nice and willing to help out right away. This was a late afternoon on a Friday and every place I had called didn't even want me to come by. It was a really great experience and great, reasonable price too. Thanks guys!!!!Service: Tires

Mike performed a REVO tune on my 2013 Audi S4 a few months back. I had not taken the time to write a review but felt I had to. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable and professional. I have worked with numerous independent shops over the last 20 years for my BMWs and other cars...tuned and stock. Nothing but positive things to say about Mike and his business. I will be back the next time I need any work done!

I've been a client of Mike and his crew for the past 2 plus years and it's a great experience. Mike is competent, knowledgeable, and honest and after getting this type of service I will not be looking at the dealership to service my BMW 535. I expect to be a client for a very long time.

My wife's Audi Q5 got an EPC warning driving back from work. She happened to pull off the exit and ended up right near European Motorsports. We gave Mike a call, which was even after hours, and he waited for the car to get to the shop. His customer service and knowledge of the car was excellent and was quickly repaired the next day. We got a complementary wash and clean and the car was back to good as new. We are happy to have found European Motorsports and will be back for regular services!

I had been taking my VW to a garage in Cambridge for the past ten years. When I found it suddenly out of business, I needed a new, trustworthy mechanic. I found European Motorsport and just stopped in. Mike did a thorough examination of my car and provided individual quotes for groups of service. Despite no appointment, he stayed beyond closing time, and completed only the work I requested. And performed it well. Also, and I don't know if it's their standard practice, but they also washed my car. I will definitely be going back to complete the remainder (and any future) work.

Mike, Kelley, and team take care of customers and have your vehicle s best interests in mind. Their prices are slightly above average, but that comes with expertise they bring and peace of mind knowing they ll take care of any service right the first time. I ve been a repeat customer since 2017 and wouldn t bring my car anywhere else in the Boston metro.

Fantastic first time experience. Brought in my 2014 Audi S4 for a 10k interval oil change and wheel alignment. Made reservation quick and easy online. Great, prompt email communication (not easy to find these days). Dropped off car in the morning before work, picked it up same day after lunch. Car exterior and interior were also courteously cleaned.I can't imagine I would ever go to a dealership for service ever again.

Mike and his team are professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy - so rare to find a repair shop with all three - European Motorsport is the real deal. I've been taking my M3 there for a couple of years and couldn't be happier with the service. Boo to Herb Chambers, hooray for European Motorsport!

Couldn't be happier with the service here! I brought my car in with a check engine light on, at about 5:55 pm...Mike had no problem staying checking it out. I couldn't believe that he cared about me as a client after just meeting me.He was efficient and thorough, and explained to me exactly what was wrong (my car was idling low) and what my options were. At no point did I feel oversold or pressured. He wanted to see me leave safely in my car and nothing else.I felt totally taken care of, and trust Mike. I've always been weary of mechanics (as a woman we're usually victims when it comes to auto repair) I will definitely be back for continual service on all my vehicles.

Professional, deeply knowledgeable, more-than-fair pricing (included gratis roughly $700 in mis-diagnosed repairs. EVER had a car repair place do such a thing??). I haven't enough superlatives to describe Mike and his team - truly a principled guy running an honest car business - so I'll just say: GO. You will not be disappointed.

Brought in my 2007BMW 335 for Engine misfire. The team here is extremely helpful and importantly respect you and your vehicle. Very knowledgeable in their line of work , wouldnt force you to fix anything that is not needed. Great experience throughout the service , prompt responses, flexible in communication, quick turnaround. Great job!

This is a communication review rather than about their services. I have been trying to call the garage since 4 days now (twice everyday), but nobody picks up and the call goes to voicemail everytime. Of course I could walk in, but I live 30 mins away and like a normal person, I want to take an appointment before I visit.

Great mechanics they give you a diagnostics and great price compared to others. My Mercedes is always detailed after every work they have done to it. ( Maintenance repairs and some bodywork.

Excellent! Extremely skilled, trustworthy and professional.. takes the time to communicate what is needed and prioritize the work. Kept my BMW 327i in top shape for 15 years! The last auto maintenance person you will ever need.

Lot of information and respect of dates:Overall quite happy about the experience. ProfessionalOne star is lost due to the diagnostic fee:I understand the charge if client decides NOT to do services.Differently, it seems to be a bit nickel & diming also, you don't get charged it at dealers' shops (even if they have higher labor rates)

Called this place and left multiple (polite) messages about getting an oil change and suspension/brakes estimate scheduled over the past several months. Not one callback, virus or no virus. This after having brought the car in for work there previously. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
