Got into a pretty bad accident last month. Didn t have any clue where to take my car. Randomly found C &J auto repair & Collison and I m very happy I did.The process went seamlessly. Would def recommend it

Amazing and quick reliable service. A tree fell on our car and everyone else was trying to make us pay thousands of $ or supposedly had a wait for several months. C&j auto had my girlfriend come in same day to fix her car and finished in a day. Even cleaned the car top to bottom. Amazing service and will be recommending this place to everyone

A tree fell on my car during a storm last Friday, and every garage I called told me my car wouldn't be done for at least a week with the body work and glass replacement it needed. I contacted these guys and dropped my car off the same day, and picked it up the following day finished AND they cleaned out the inside and washed it which was much needed due to the amount of glass that was shattered inside, and dirt and sand my dogs tracked into the car. They went above and beyond and did things they didn't even have to do, and will definitely be back for more work to be done on the car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you C&J I was so stressed out about getting that windshield replaced and I feel so much better!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto glass repair

I have no complaints Kevin was very informative and explained everything that was going to happen with my car. The staff was very friendly and professional.They didn't try to over charge me or beat me because I'm a woman and I was alone. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I couldn t have been happier with my experience. The staff was helpful and courteous from the start even offering me water and snacks as they went over the repair process with me. Car accidents are stressful enough, but the guys here took care of all the heavy lifting, including dealing with the insurance company, etc. The quality of work truly exceeded my expectations my car looked brand new when I received it back. I needed a new alternator for my Lexus SUV. Not only did they have my truck ready sooner than I expected, but the customer service was amazing & they had my truck running like she was brand new. And as a women a lot of auto places take advantage of that, but they didn t here. I ll always go to them for my services and recommend them to everyone.

Our brand new car was involved in a two accidents within a week. C&J worked with our insurance company and made the process seamless. After picking up the car we noticed the park assist light was still on, they were so helpful and quick making sure the car was 100% perfect and back to new. Carlos is the most reliable and trustworthy person I have ever dealt with in this industry! I had major hail damage to my car and he not only explained all of my options to me, but also kept me informed throughout the time he was working on my car. This shop did a beautiful job restoring the body of my car, it looks brand new!!!! C&J is a great auto body business. The shop exceeded my expectations. Carlos was extremely easy to talk to, friendly professional and provided thorough explanations of my car repair process. Customer service was excellent I felt like a valuable customer. I was very satisfied with the car repairs. The shop was extremely accommodating Carlos called rental services to pick me up from the shop once I dropped off my car for repairs, he even offered a bottle of water or snacks (free) while I waited. I highly recommend C&J Auto Repair & Collision it is a hidden gem in Dorchester.

Our car was hit 3 weeks after we brought it brand new with 14miles on the odometer fresh off the lot. This is the place you want to take your automobile, they were very professional and very friendly, there service is great they help us with a rental car from enterprise car rental, and when they were done repairing our car it look brand new and to my surprise they did a flow up phone call a month after the repairs were done to see if everything was ok you can't go wrong if you use C and J auto repair and collision 21Jan2015 James W,

I spoke with Carlos (the "C" of C&J), and he was very nice and helpful. They got the work done in about 20 minutes and he was very accommodating to my schedule. My brakes were acting funny so he even had someone listen to them to give me an idea of what might be wrong. Heads up: be very specific about what you want (e.g. I need the trim to be 1/4" wide), they don't take credit cards, and they don't have a mechanic onsite, but can refer you to one close by.

My car was damaged on halloween and brought my car to C&J autobody shop. They help with getting into a rental. If i had any questions they was there to answer them.
