Camelia Fitzpatrick 2/20/2024Today I went to theAuto Zone store # 51421404 Dorchester Ave Dorchester, Ma 02122I'm on a (Oxygen Tank) so it's hard for me to breathe walking , talking, laughing.As I walked into theauto zone store I was breathing hard. Mr. Noel Sanabria opened the door he asked me can he take me by the arm gently and walk me into the store I said yes and then hegrabbed me a chair and he put it at the front door to let me sit down and catch my breath. He said (Mam) please sit down, and I'll get what ever you need and he found everything I needed.I explained to him I can't buy them today but I will come on 3/2/24 so he printed them out with the order numbers for me to make it easier for when I come back.I never had anyone to serve me like this in a store in(20 years) since I've beendisabled with my breathing. He also gently walked me back to my car making sure I was ok, that made me feel like he really cared about me being safe.When I got home I called the General ManagerMr.Ivando Brandaoto CommendMr.Noel Sanabria on how he handled me with great concern and respectThank you sooooo muchMr. Noel Sanabria Camelia Fitzpatrick.(The lady with the Oxygen Tank)

Only because when i returned the kid with the dreads helped me tremendously and was patient professional etc... Not a fan of the asian manager he never knows nothing and always has an attitude

I had such a great experience with Roger C. Roger was extremely helpful and pleasant. His customer service skills are amazing. He answered all of my questions even the stupid ones with kindness and grace. Thank you again!

Best customer service I have received in a long time. I went into get a bottle of power steering fluid because my car sounded terrible. King rang me up, and when I asked if he could put the fluid in my car for me, he assisted me with no problem at all. When I go to other auto suppliers they are very reluctant to help me or refuse to help me at all. He walked all the way out to my car for me, and even went back into the store to get a funnel so that he could put the fluid in better. He did all this with a smile and no problem at all, I can't say enough good things about him. It's little things like that that go a long way and keep customers coming back. Thanks so much King.

Terrible! -5 stars if I could.... literally 5 employees. I just had a question and had 1 employee basically walk away as I was about to greet and ask a question about a bolt and nut. Had no idea of what exact part I needed. Basically grabbed a universal kit and product was way to big... just was treated like I was a bother.. screw the 1404 Dorchester Ave, Dorchester, MA 02122 location... will never ever step foot in that store and deal with that kind of ignorance.

Donelle the store manager is always helpful when I go there for the last year. He is knowledgeable and has assisted me on more than one occasion and gave me customer service with a smile. That s my favorite autozone to go to, and he needs recognition for his hard work.

Very helpful and efficient service. The assistant manager helped us with an unexpected car issue while we were visiting from out of town. He was kind and helpful and filled our coolant for us. Highly recommend.

I bought the roller and the pad for the break and pay cash....2 day later i went back and return it because is was a gift and they already have it so i return it and they said they don't have cash to pay for what i paid.....is not even 500$ they told me to go different stores and i went 3 different one and they all saying the same thing ...they told me to go back to the one I bought....every store they have they own safe....they just don't want to do the returns i guess....auto zone keep telling me go different one and different one

This store is completely disorganized. Not real line, 6 workers not one able to help a customer. We are 8 customers for 6 employee but not one person is being served properly. I wonder is it because this is serving the black community.

I'm giving you 1 star because we can select ZERO star, the costumer service it's very friendly there, I went to do a engine light test and the employee told me she can't do it because they needed to wait for the next shift. They were running short on staff but the shop wasn't busy at all. I would hope a manager look at my review and make sure this doesn't happen again to other buyers, thank for bad service I received.

Ray is so friendly and patient - he helped me switch out a headlight and fill my coolant , he was very knowledgeable and sweet ! 10/10 would recommend Ray as your autozone specialist !

My husband needed a new car battery and went there. He parked his car, forgot and shut off the engine. He went inside and asked the 2 employees for assistance (to give him a jump or to lend him the machine so he could jump the car). They said the had NO machine for that. REALLY?? AUTOZONE?? Thankfully, another customer came and helped and he told him what happened, by that time I arrived and we went a few doors down to Advanced Auto. There we had no issues, they installed the battery and friendly customer service. Thank you ADVANCED AUTO!!!!

Young lady when I walked in asked her where oil was and the young lady went and got me the best price she didn't need to ask she the young lady new what she was doing and so nice to be helped like that

I was in and out of this Autozone in record time, Vi was super helpful, and even volunteered to install my headlight for me. It always feels luxurious not to have to do it myself - great service. Thanks, Vi!!
