My recent experience at the AutoZone located at 756 Gallivan Blvd, Dorchester, MA, was disappointing. Upon arriving to pick up my online order, the staff seemed unaware of it and rather than assisting, they suggested canceling the order and going to another store. I ended up canceling and finding the items in-store myself, despite them being listed as available online, and unfortunately, the refund never came through. Throughout my visit, the staff appeared disinterested, engrossed in their phones, and neglectful of customer needs, highlighted by frequent intercom announcements about unattended online orders, revealing a lack of coordination. This fell far below the service standards I anticipated at this specific AutoZone location. I hope to see improvements made at 756 Gallivan Blvd, Dorchester, MA, AutoZone, ensuring a more customer-focused experience in the future.

Stoped in to get new wipers and JC was super helpful! He saw me looking up my car in the book of wipers and told me he could look them up on the computer. He figured out which ones I needed, grabbed them and even installed them for me! Great customer service!

I had a malfunction where my car would not start and a braking error message came up on my car. After having someone check my battery it turned out that I needed a battery replacement. I came over to auto zone where Tim helped me out. He got me the new battery, showed me the variations of ones they offered and even teaching me on all of them and to top it all off he installed the new battery in for me! From start to finish he was amazing and because of him I was able to go about my day and complete my errands. You ever need help, please do yourself the favor and ask for Tim!!

These guys offer great service! I'm always in and out picking up stuff for the car. Tommy the manager is always jumping in to assist his staff, you can tell he cares and willing to lend a hand.

Tommy & Matt were fantastic! Went above and beyond! Helped me find the correct headlights and when the headlights did not work, they still made it work! Will definitely return

I had Unreal service conducted from a great man by the name of Tee. My car started randomly putting and couldn t accelerate when I would give it gas. Tee was Very helpful and told me exactly what I needed and wasn t trying to sell me some high priced trash... Not only what I needed for the fix but explained the reasons behind it all. Great attitude and very knowledgeable in his line of work. One of Dorchesters finest! 10/10 #GoodGuyLocalGuy

I just went to Gallivan Blvd Auto Zone. And JC and Jomol were absolutely spectacular in helping me. Wonderful professionals. This is the best Auto Zone I ve ever been too. The Customer Service was awesome They are truly assets to Auto Zone

I GIVE ALL AUTOZONES ONE STAR DUE TO LACK OF STOCK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Specially this location is the most depressing location. Bunch hoodies running the front desk will barely open their mouth to talk to you and lack of stock. Avoid this location if you can.I WILL AVOID ALL AUTOZONES BECAUSE I KNOW THEY ARE USELESS! WHEN YOU NEED THEM

I had a wonderful experience with auto zone today the team member Lex M and Matt L provided a wonder service to me when came to going above and beyond with their patience and vigilance in getting my part for my car to me they really are the definition of hard work and supreme customer service !!!

I went to AutoZone on Gallivan Blvd for a new light, my rear blinker was out. The gentleman who helped me was very nice & helpful. I will definitely come back here, I've been here numerous times already, always have a good experience.

I came to AutoZone looking for a new bulb for my headlight and T was extremely helpful. I wasn't sure which bulb I needed, so he looked it up, helped me find it, and then also helped me replace it in the rain outside. I was not expecting such great customer service, truly above and beyond my expectations - thank you T and AutoZone!

Gustavo and Jessie were amazing came in on crutches and did not have to walk more than 3 feet into store they ran around getting all my merchandise then came out to install. All within 20 minutes. Carlos and Mat were extremely professional and helpful by changing tailgates bulbs of my Kia Forte. They normally do not get involved in that if tools are required, but they understood my situation and saw my lack of experience and helped me to avoid expensive service with the dealership. Process took less than 10 minutes and 3 times cheaper, more importantly it was quality. I really appreciate your support and that s why they deserve 5 a 5 stars feedback!
