I wish I could give Charlie negative stars for how rude he was. He condescendingly told me "I don't think you realize how expensive it's going to be to fix..." The whole reason I brought my car for an estimate is *because* I don't know. He also quoted me over double what another shop estimated the cost for a repair. Safe to say I will not be bringing my car here.

Excellent professionals with a cordial approach. This is a family owned business that treats customers like they are also family. I highly recommend this shop for ANY of your collision / damaged exterior needs. I had the pleasure working with Jimmy and his team.In life accidents happen and auto body shops like Ace's are required. But Ace Auto Body Services is just not an ordinary shop, they are artists with extensive knowledge on all paints, vehicle types, and any kind of repairs no matter the types of damage.My brand new 2023 Range Rover was rear ended and after contacting 10+ nearby shops. I am happy that I have chosen Ace. I cannot even tell that my vehicle was hit after the completed work... Ace was the ONLY shop that took their time to politely answer my phone call and the only shop that gave me a "realistic price". Luxury Vehicle tax exists unfortunately, but not at Ace. Their prices are very fair, in my opinion it is cheap for the high level of work and service provided.There is a reason why you see brand new vehicles here. Do not be surprised seeing a Maserati, Porsche, or any $100,000 + vehicle here pending for work. They trust Ace and their amazing work, I trust them too. I vouch and speak highly of this company. Absolutely the best service. Not only did they keep me informed about the progress about the repair, they finished ahead of schedule. As pleased as I was with that, I became elated when I saw the car. The repair was flawless and the rest of the car, inside and out was spotless. Jimmy and his crew did a fantastic job fixing a rear fender and panel on my E 350 Mercedes Wagon. Paint was a perfect match. Furthermore I was pleasantly surprised how clean the car was returned to me and including the interior. Could not be happier~!

I had heard good reviews through the grapevine, so I took my BMW 328 here. Took it in on the spot for work & did a fantastic job on the rear of my car after the accident. They were very open with the cars status throughout the 2 week period. They also handled everything with my insurance company so I didn't have to jump through hoops. Would recommend and return! Ask for Jim.

I brought my car in to have some minor damages repaired as Ace Auto Body came highly recommended through friends who have used them in the past. The staff was great upon arriving there and dropping off my vehicle. Jimmy met me outside and took a look at the car to assess the damage. I then went into the front office and dealt with James and Max who extremely helpful and polite. My car was ready later the next day so the turnaround time was incredible. The car looked like new when I picked it up, couldn't have been happier. I will definitely use Ace Auto Body again in the future and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair.

The first time I dropped my car off at Ace Auto Body Shop I was able to meet Richie and this was my first experience dealing with a car body repair. Not knowing that generally body repairs take 1-2 weeks I would call Richie every other 2-3 days to check up on my car. Richie was always patient and reassuring, and then came the day I picked up my car. Not only did Ace Auto Body Services do the courtesy of cleaning inside my car, but the whole car was buffed and every small white markings I had separate from the accident was gone. Richie discounted me a great price and dealt with my insurance as well. (Don't expect an automatic discount from this review).About a month ago I got into a hit and run and the first body shop that came to mind was Ace. Today, I dropped my car off to Ace and was happy to see Richie as he was once again reassuring. Richie and his team provide 120% effort and customer satisfaction.Clearly, I highly recommend them.

Not professional and unfriendly at all, I wasted time, energy and money. They didn't fix my car and I still had to pay money.Last week, I drove to the Ace auto body shop to fix my front bumper. The front desk staff saw my car and promised that if the front bumper arrived on Tuesday, it would be repaired on Wednesday and gave me a quote. But on Tuesday, their front desk staff called and told me that they couldn't fix my car. I went to the body shop early the next morning and they booked the wrong front bumper. The front desk staff blamed me, why didn't I tell them, and I had to pay them to reattach the front bumper. It was just a small slit, and my car is even worse now. On Wednesday afternoon, I called to ask if they had put my front bumper back in. I asked if I could handle a small scratch on the front bumper just spray paint and their staff whispered behind the phone mocking at me.Are you open the body shop? I have already told you the model number of my car, and you have promised that there is no problem at the time. And when you place an order, you have pictures. Don't you think that there is a big difference? Do you want to blame me for not telling you now?There was an employee there who was very friendly and he helped me fix my camera. I want to give two stars, but I am really angry. They laugh at me because I am an Asian, a customer who speaks English slowly.

Good work, good prices, nice staff. Watch out for the credit card fee and make sure the give you a quote for exactly what you're getting done. The mechanics follow the quote, not what you tell them to work on.

These are some of the nicest guys around, and they take their work very seriously. Anytime I had questions, they were happy to help, and always honest, respectful, and considerate. By the end of things, my car looked brand new. I can't thank them enough.

I called Ace Auto repair Rich waldrop i talked to him over the phone i asked him when your car go thru insurance job do they give you the free detail when you go thru a insurance job. He told me that they do a detail when your car go thru insurance job that its included so when i went to the shop and did all the paper work then i ask him again are they going to do the detail he then tells me its 75 dollars a day . I feel i was misleaded and treated unfair but i left the car there due to them having good reviews online of there work and didnt have time to go anywhere else .

Cant remember the gentleman's name with the well groomed beard at the front desk but he was excellent. Three body shops turned fixing my cougar away but not Ace. Thank you guys for taking care of my baby and getting it show ready again.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
