Had a great experience at the Rivian service center. Few things you might want to know before coming here.1. The location is not the best for people coming into the city from the west or south. This is just because of traffic and the limited entry points due to the water. I would recommend trying to get an appointments during hours where there is as little traffic as possible. It s really hard to do. Hopefully they open a location outside of the city in the near future.2. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. 5 stars without a doubt here. Answered questions and never felt rushed.3. Beautiful interior design. Comfortable place to hang out if you need to. Lots of stuff to do for kids so that s a major plus.Overall, this was a fantastic visit. Highly recommend. Check out my photos to get a sense of the place.

Everyone we ve worked with in Chelsea has been fantastic. We had some unforeseen delivery delays but the team made us feel taken care of and stayed late to ensure we left happy. You could tell that they really cared and wanted to make things rights. Thank you Kyle, Sam, Brian, and Kate you guys are great and helped tremendously.

It is in an industrial park. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. They don't have a lot of space, and parking on site is tight. However, they did alot to make the waiting area as comfortable as possible. The lot is full of Rivians for delivery and demo drives.

I am a tesla early buyer. Lucid. And now rivian. Don't offer to send cars to a bodyshop for people that are true car enthusiasts. Our first 2013 p85+ was far from perfect but they never passed the buck on. How can a company grow and learn without even trying from day 1 to the trucks 3rd visit. Same issues but not a bolt moved on the passenger side. Driver side was for sure to align the everything to the power charge port. I understand no one wants to work. But if you have staff that works you better train them properly......

Tough place to test a car. Showed up at 230. Drove over an hour to get there. Appointment was based on their limited availability. Traffic was such it was like test driving in a parking lot. Location was in a warehouse-not well thought out. After the"test drive" we are in nomans land. Would have to do another test drive before committing funds to such a large purchase. Whole process was 5 hours with traffic for a 15 minute drive with no highway speeds. Probably a great car -not enough info. Too much effort.

I had my first service with the Rivian Team. A few minor corrections after delivery to set right. In a word, it was awesome. Kept me updated, finished when they said they would, very friendly. Best automotive service experience I have ever had. Go Rivian!

In for recall work. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Good parts stock (they actually had a replacement seat on site). Comfortable waiting room. And they put the truck on a charger while they were working on it!

Why Chelsea? Is it because it's the hardest place to get to during the day near Boston? Is that why you chose it Rivian? Or did someone in corporate look at a map and thought "Oh wow! This is cheap real estate near Boston."

Delivery experience was superb despite a small hiccup that was resolved immediately. Very happy customer so far!However, the location is horrible to get to and leave from.
