Marcus was a consummate professional. I needed solution for a dent and paint scruffs on a rear bumper cover. He was easy to communicate, responded to all my questions and punctual. After arriving he started working promptly, explained the process and was quick to work. As you can see it is hard to imagine there was a dent on the car in the picture. He also gave recommendations for full paint job from an auto body shop. He took time to answer questions and explained what they would do; my friends were so impressed with his work that they want to book him for their cars too.

Marcus was on time, very personable and most of all removed my dent in just over 2 hours. My car looks like new! So convenient to have someone come to your house and knows what they are doing. Would highly recommend him.

Marcus was incredible! All you have to do is text him with a picture of the damage, set up an appointment, and he comes to you to fix it. He was very professional and nice, and fixed my car perfectly. He even went above and beyond and fixed a couple other small dents that were on the car before I even purchased it. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to fix a dent. Thanks again!

Marcus really did a great job and the price is very cheap comparing with other shops. My dent is on body line, but Marcus still perfectly repaired it in very short amount of time. I would definitely recommend him!

Marcus was a professional. Quoting and communicating were fast and easy. He came on time for the job, and did an excellent job repairing a tricky dent on the wheel rim. The result was amazing, can barely notice that it was touched up. He went the extra miles to make sure the result looks good. 10/10 would recommend

What a fantastic experience it was working with Marcus (PDR). Had a golf ball hit the hood of my car. This was my first experience with paint-less dent removal, it was everything I expected. Marcus has done a great job fixing my dents in my car, which would have cost me 2k in body shop using painting. The dent removal tech he has applied will eliminate 99% of the mild dent, and I cannot spot the rest 1% if I don t really pay attention. In addition, he is responsive, finish the job on time, get to your door for the service. I sincerely recommend the service to everyone who have dent issue.

Such a great experience working with Prime Dent! I contacted them a couple weeks ago and sent a few photos of the dents I was hoping to get removed. Marcus was quick to let me know when he was available and what his pricing was (very fair!) and we locked in a time. He arrived this morning right on schedule and was finished up within the hour. My car looks brand new! I couldn't have asked for better service and couldn't be happier. Thanks Marcus!

Marcus was great, he perfectly took a dent out of the seam of the hood on my pick up truck and even buffed out some scuff marks.

Great job! You would never know the door was ever damaged. This dent was not an easy fix, because the crease was in the middle of an angle bend detail, not on the flat surface of the door. My 2021 F150 Lariats door is aluminum, so it takes a bit more finesse to straighten than steel. Marcus knows his craft, will recommend to anyone who needs his magic touch!
