I had a great experience buying my car from Will and JP at Boston Prime Cars. I found exactly what I was looking for and purchased from out of state. Im from Maine. Will made me feel comfortable buying a car I hadn t seen before. He accurately represented the vehicle and was always available for questions. They allowed me an extensive test drive and plenty of uninterrupted time examining the vehicle. I drove my car home that day. A+++

Such a simple process. Saw the vehicle through a Facebook ad. Confirmed availability and went in to take a look. I was allowed to look at the vehicle and not be bothered. Sales rep Will was able to formulate my application and finance rep JP got me approved within minutes. Once everything was closed my car was ready for pickup within 2 days. Highly recommend these guys to anyone in the used car market right now.

Boston Prime Cars was a great experience. They were super helpful and did all the footwork that sucks when buying a new vehicle (RMV and Insurance). The financing through DCU was a bit frustrating, but that is not any fault of Boston Prime Cars. The entire time if I had a question or wanted an update, they would text or email back within the hour, most times within minutes. We love our 2016 Jeep Compass and would definitely do business with them again. Thank you Will and the whole team at Boston Prime Cars for a quality vehicle and amazing customer service!

Boston Prime Cars was the epitome of a five star service. From start to finish, Will, Alex, and JP provided me with a professional service experience I honestly did not expect. Buying a used car is no easy task and one that many of us do not look forward to. I did not know what to expect when I showed up at the used car lot in a busy Chelsea intersection. Well, I am here to tell you that if you find a car that interests you that is being sold by BPC, do not hesitate to reach out to them. The negotiation was straight forward, the paperwork was done efficiently and the constant open lines of communication was always appreciated. An overall exceptional car buying experience that I would recommend to all!

I purchased my first car here at 2011 Subaru legacy. JP and Alex guided me through the whole process and explained everything on my bill of sale showing no hidden fees. I had my plates same day, along with inspection I was able to budget in an extended warranty through their company of Cornerstone United . I 100% recommend this dealership, especially being a first time buyer.

Just sold my car to Alex! He was very professional and we were able to coordinate the sale over text so that the sale was super easy once I came in person. Highly recommend it. Also, they are very hospitable and make great coffee.

I never write reviews, but feel that I needed to for Boston Prime because of the fact For the first time ever going into a dealership feeling like they weren t just trying to make a sale. Their communication was amazing, if I called and they didn t answer they would simply just call me back. Some dealerships would just leave you hanging till you call about a thousand times. I also felt that I wasn t being annoying to them with all the questions I had, they simply just answered them and explained the process. They seriously made it easy I highly recommend. We appreciate you Thank you!!!

Boston Prime Cars has an amazing inventory of vehicles. I was looking for an used SUV and I ran into this company through a good friend indication. They did an neat job on our deal since the very first time that I was there. The car is beyond my expectations. They did all paperwork fast and I also got good interest on my loan. I do recommend this place. They are very professional on everything.

Bought my second car here. 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This was my first time financing a car. I test drove the car and completed the application. I was able to get an approval with DCU as a first time buyer. The car was serviced and with plates within two days. I still keep in contact with my y sales person Will with any services I need for it. Definitely recommended this private dealership.

Please be aware of this dealer I went to purchase a Lexus Is250 they have on the lot. Turns out there cars do not pass inspection I came out of pocket to have my mechanic put the car on the computer it came out with several codes. I spoke with JP which offered to fix it and call me back. He never returned my call. So I reached out to him and was treated very badly for asking him to have my mechanic recheck the car to make sure everything was good. He refused not only did he refuse he also was very argumentative when I asked to have my mechanic recheck to make sure the work was done. That was even before the purchase of a car I would never buy from here and recommend everyone to exercise their right to have there mechanic check the car before purchase.

I recently got a car here and I worked with Andre. It was my first car and he was so helpful from start to end. I really wanted my mechanic to checkout the vehicle before buying and signing any papers. But it was difficult because Boston Prime only had 1 license plate at the time. So if I took the plate they wouldn t be able to use it for another customer who may want to test drive. I really appreciate that Andre called me up and drove the car himself all the way to my mechanic. I met him there and everything turned out good. He was nothing but friendly and I highly recommend going to Boston Prime. The people here went to a lot of lengths to make my customer experience great. Thank you

JP's son told me about an STI that was just traded in. Car was fully loaded with extras. Went to go look at it. Loved the car! They gave me an amazing trade in offer for my 2016 WRX. Signing process was flawless with no issues of dealer BS. I had the car in less then a week and have never been happier. Boston Primes team only focuses on Grade A customer service for all clients.

Came in just looking at certain cars. I got helped right away by JP. He really helped me with my first car purchase! I recommend this place if you don t have the best credit, they will definitely help and work with you! The only thing that was stressful were the lenders, but it wasn t JP nor the company s fault! Definitely will recommend with anyone trying to purchase a vehicle!

Horrible dealership beware! They sold us an F350 we bought with a large amount of cash. The truck was in violation of MA state law unsafe to drive, would not pass inspection. They lied to us saying they thoroughly inspected the vehicle and it was ready to drive home and get a sticker all they cared about was getting paid. They were aware of the safety issues with the front end and the break caliper on the passenger side froze up the first day we had it which was another major issue they knew about and hid from us. They allowed my family to drive the vehicle an hour home knowing it wasn't safe! They were hesitant to address the issue and were not responsive or helpful. With persistence in contacting them they did repairs and left us without a vehicle for 2 days and did not return any of our calls. Their business is unethical, dishonest and unsafe!!
