I needed a tow on a Tuesday around 6:30/6:45pm in North Billerica. The dispatcher was kind and patient with me as I worked out what I wanted to do, and it just so happened they had a truck right nearby. I hung up the phone with the dispatcher after paying and the truck pulled up mere moments later, which was a godsend after waiting a while on a different company that never showed up. Truck driver was very nice (Charlie I think was his name) and he dropped the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic's for me. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but I'd recommend them!Service: Car towing

They were quick to respond, however rolled down my window on a rainy day and was not able to roll back up due to dead battery. Then, left my car in a pile of mud at the end destination. Overall not very considerate service.

Great service. Recently hired them to move a loader for me from Rhode Island to New Hampshire. Michelle in the office was very helpful and pleasant, got me a quote upfront and fit me in on short notice. Joe our driver was very accommodating, had a great attitude, and did a great job with our move during rush hour traffic. Will use this company again.

Our A Class RV blew the drivers front tire on 495 Monday noontime. Michelle dispatched a truck to us and the guys put on our spare without having it towed. They were prompt and most professional and helpful. Great service! Thank you so much - stay safe guys; dangerous job

Thank you to Eric and everyone at Ferreira s who saved our Memorial Day vacation! Our class A motorhome sprung a major coolant leak on the highway and we were sure we d have to cancel our weekend vacation. Ferreira s got us in right away. Eric, our mechanic, is very professional. He communicated throughout the process and is upfront and honest. Definitely recommended!

Worst experience I ever dealt with. I was told by my property manager that I was overcharged $75.00. When I went to pick up vehicle the woman wouldn t give me an itemized receipt until I told her there would be no cash payment without it. I was made to wait for 1/2 hour for said receipt. Rude and disrespectful. STAY AWAY. Beware

Broke down in Chelmsford far away from home and searched for a towing company to tow my medium duty dumpster truck to a shop in the next town. Ferreira's answered my call and immediately dispatched a tow truck to come get me. Truck arrived in very good time, driver was very professional and friendly and hooked me up in no time at all and got and the truck to the shop without any issues. Price was very reasonable and was just very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of both the driver and dispatcher. If I ever need a tow in the future these are the guys I'm calling/

On 12/19/19 Ferrerira's towed my Mack dump truck. They removed the drive shaft for the tow and installed it at my place so I could move it into the garage next day. This place is very good!!!thanks guys and enjoy the holidays!!!

Driver cut off myself and others getting onto the highway cutting across traffic. Never used the service but I'd entrust your vehicle with another company

My van broke down on the highway far from home so we called Ferreira's towing to pick it up and fix it. Everything was fine till we picked up the truck and discovered someone have damaged the back door (huge dent) it looks like they may have damaged it pushing it around the lot. I called up mentioned it to the guy he said he would get back to me and didnt...

I have worked in the trucking industry for a very long time and its very rare that I come across a shop or a towing service that is easy to deal with. Ferreiras Towing is one of those places that blew me away with their customer service. Before I called them, I called about 10-15 different towing services that we all complaining about a snow storm and how they wont be able to make it out there. Ferreiras Towing did it without question. Not only was that lady I spoke to extremely kind (I don't remember her name) but she was also very knowledgeable and patient with me. Also, the tow truck driver after towing the truck called me back just to give me a heads up that one of my trailer tires might need replacing and he didn't have to do that. You can tell they truly care about their customers! When you call a towing service you expect some idiot thats rude and disrespectful just because he knows you need him but these guys were completely opposite. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have earned my business! (TAK Trucking)

One of their drivers almost hit me cutting me off when I had a green light and they went right on a marked no right on red turn. I don t know how he couldn t see me I was literally right in front of him he floored it and basically ran me off the road.

On this date 04-03-19 I use the service of Ferreira towing Along the way while they Was bringing my truck loss one tire passing side the manager decided to call me and say to me you go and get your forking tired I couldn't believe it I would never use this service again
