Stopped in for an inspection sticker. Very organized and the service tech was very friendly. There was a low battery warning on my key fob. He changed the battery without even charging me. I'll be back for my next repair.

Drum Hill Sunoco charged me $155.05 for an oil change! When I saw the bill s total I called them and spoke to the owner who s said that his staff overcharged me and he doesn t know why, promised me a refund of duplicate charges they put on the invoice and never came through on that promise. I don t suggest them to anyone, they re very overpriced and seem to be dishonest.

Fair, competitive pricing. Incredibly kind and effective communication- I knew about what needed to happen and what my options were before they did anything, so I was never surprised and was never pressured. Efficient work that took less time than the dealer would for my flat tire. If you end up on rt 3 with an emergency, they are the ones to use.

Took my car in it showed me to check engine I have a extended warranty with car Max and they where I could go to took my keys to check the car with in 15 minutes they came to me what was wrong they needed to get the part I asked how long to get it they said 45 minutes I asked could I do some errands can I do them was told yes went and did what I had to do came back they took my car in with in 30; minutes my car was done. So easy to make a appointment would go back to them

They charged $50-60 extra for "labor". It was not clear to me beforehand that labor was additional. Very professional and honest. I went somewhere else and they quoted me a higher prices and tried to tell me my car had more issues than I knew about. When I went to Drum Hills they told me otherwise and took good care of me and the car. Great people.

I called on Saturday morning to see if an appointment was needed for an inspection and was glad to hear you don't-only that they close at 2pm. I pulled up around 1:30pm and was quickly greeted by a worker. There is a sitting area inside the gas station where you can wait. The inspection took no time and it was $35. Glad I trusted the positive reviews.

I called up to make an appointment to get my car inspected. I was told there was no need for appointments, and to just stop by and it would take 10 minutes to complete the inspection.When I arrived, there was a line of cars to be inspected, and it took over a half hour for the line to clear. Once they came to my car, I was informed that I would need to empty my car before it would be taken for inspection (my back seat is full of Halloween party supplies for an event later today).This requirement wasn't posted, nor was I informed when I called, nor was I willing to throw out the supplies I need for my event later today. So I left having wasted a half hour travel time, and a half hour wait time.If you plan to use this place for any services, ask in advance for any restrictions or requirements needed before going.

It has excellent service, but I recommend arriving early around 8AM to get your vehicle serviced.

Friendly staff. Had synthetic oil change libe filter and tire rotation. Service done quickly. Saved $40 on oil change with coupon from mail value-pak envelope of coupons for local businesses.

They completely and deliberately high-balled me. Told me my car would need $2700 worth of repairs. Took it to another shop nearby who did it for $1300. There s no way a difference that large was an accident.

This place is full of chill dudes. I was having issues with my power steering many years ago, and they took the problem with its inability to be fixed personally. They went out of their way to take care of me and my car. Once the issue was found, my car was able to make turns like a beast.If you want mechanics who are competent and remember your name, even after years, go there. I would give them ten stars if possible.

For years I have been going to Drum Hill Sunoco for gas, inspections, and repair work. While having work done recently, I not only interacted with the owner but with four employees during my visits, and I have to say that everyone was friendly, helpful and took time to speak with me. They did a great job fixing my car too!

I use Drum Hill Sunoco to service all three of the families cars. I have going here for many years and appreciate the professionalism and experience of the staff. Additionally, they are great about alerting me to upcoming service issues but it's always my call. It is rare to have such pressure free environment like this. It's great to have a local service station I trust.

Very nice guy doing inspections. Seldom a wait and they come out to your vehicle and you can wait inside quik-mart on site and they being your vehicle right to its front door. Very respectful group

Went in for an inspection sticker, in and out in 15 minutes. Extremely nice staff and he even buckled in my box for my phone holder which was on the floor. Extremely professional and will be going back again!!

Stay away from this place. The owner is rude and misbehaves. He behaves as if he has done a favor to the customer. If you go for one thing, you will end up paying more than what you went for. Also, they charge an additional tax (shop tax) for fixing the car in their garage. Isnt that why they have kept this place at the first place. I would give then negative star if that was an option. I normally never give bad reviews and mostly stay away from them but in this case I just had to because of the bad experience I had. JUST BEWARE AND DONT GO THERE.

I went to Drum Hill Sunoco to have an oil change and my vehicle checked before going on a long distance trip. I asked them to do an oil change, check fluid levels, air conditioning, and check the vehicle in general. While completing those requests, they detected a major problem with a wheel bearing rendering the vehicle unsafe. The wheel bearing needed to be replaced. The Sunoco team was wonderful in getting the car done as soon as possible for me.
