Very smooth process! Dropped my car off and they had the Hertz rental there with my rental car. Personable and professional. Picked my car up on time and it was spotless! 10 out of 10!

Dropped my crv off for an accident, took 13 days to fix. Car looked great. Someone also noticed our rental never showed while sitting outside he brought us inside the closed shop and called the rental shop and then drove my wife and I to the rental shop. A plus in book. I'll come back again if I'm in the same situation.

I recently had an issue with my driver's side door not latching. Being from out of town I had no idea of where to take my car to be repaired and had passed by this shop on my way to my grandson's school. I figured it was worth a shot and I am so pleased I did! I had no appointment but my car was immediately taken into the shop to assess the problem and subsequently a repair was done.The staff at this shop went over and above anything I could have imagined. All were very helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough about the professionalism I witnessed here. I was in and out of the shop within an hour! I would definitely recommend them for all your repair needs!

I can t say enough good things about John and this business. They were friendly, helpful, fast, and did a beautiful job, even detailing my car before I picked it up! They dealt with insurance, set up my rental, and made the whole process seamless. What could have been a miserable experience was made so much better by this place. They finished the job 4 days faster than estimated! If you need auto body work, look no further!

This is the best body Shop I ever been to since I have been driving. The staff treats you very nice and they accommodate you with alternate transportation and they also work in a timely fashion and the work is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If your looking for quality and satisfactory body work this is your place. Thank you A+ Auto for making me whole again I forgot to add they cleaned my car inside before I got it back. I was so grateful Thank you so much You guys are the Best!!!!!

I hit my wife's car in our own driveway .Put 2 large creases in both drivers side doors on Her Beautiful black Ford Fusion. These guys done a absolutely beautiful job on her car.Black has to be perfect. I know good body work and I was impressed with the work they did.

Best auto body place I've been to. The parts arrived earlier that expected and they finished the repairs and painting faster than expected and they do the best job. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle as well as clean the tires! It was detailed!You can't go wrong with this place. :-)

I really liked the work they did on my car, came back to me as it was brand new from factory, the girl upfront were super polite and helpful, she showed me who to call and what to do (it was my first accident and i didn't know what to do). They kept me updated, they would send me at least 1 txt a week, sometimes 2, and also call me, giving me updates on my vehicle, i never once needed to go after them to see what is going on with my car. They gave me the estimated date to be ready, and it was ready on the date they gave me, i really needed my car ready on the date they gave me ,and it was, i really appreciated that.

Great work and excellent customer service. They work with Enterprise in Chelmsford which helped with accommodating rental transportation. They also cleaned my car inside, looks great....and fixed my son's door. Thank you so much!

These guys know exactly what they're doing, no question about it. On top of that, they're going to take great care of you. Not proud to admit, been involved with 3 accidents over the last 2 years from other reckless drivers not paying attention and I've brought my car here every time. Got rear ended, victim of side door collision and idiotic driver slamming the brakes in front of me - all were fixed timely and left my car looking like it was brand new (literally because I bought the car in 2015).

Note they do not take Discover or AMEX. Honestly they really only take cash. This place is all about the money and less about the customer and the quality of service. You would think they would try to build relationships but that is not their concern. It is all about the MONEY! If they were upfront and honest about wanting cash in the beginning I would have been okay but they were dishonest and rude.They will try to pressure you to use cash because it saves them money on fees. Also be ready for the woman Vicki who answers the phone. She will dismiss all your concerns and tell you anything to get you to sign the paper giving them the permission to do work on your vehicle. It also gives them permission to charge you for the car being parked there and for their lawyer fees if you end up in court. Gary the manager does not run his staff well and lets them get away with anything. They run over him like he is an intern verses the company manager.

Gary and Cliff went above and beyond helping through my recent accident. They went as far as dealing with the insurance company who were dragging their feet throughout the entire process. It was an incredible headache to get anything done with the insurance company but these guys went out of their way to step in and get it done. Without them it probably would have taken even longer than it already did. Car came out great and I can't say enough about their service.

What a great experience. Easiest drop off with a rental company who met me there. Took me in right away. When I picked up my car it looked better than new. Plus it was detailed. Above and beyond my expectations.

Almost impossible to find a better auto body repair facility. Precision work in a meticulously clean shop. Attention to detail is superb. Have recommend A plus to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Picked up my car after they had it for two weeks and there was still a dent in my door after I was hit... 2 days later all my weather stripping on that door was falling off to the point I couldn't shut the door. Had to bring it to a new shop to have it all fixed.

I went there for a small repair, and was helped promptly. Excellent customer service, reasonable pricing and overall great repair shop. I recently moved into the area and happy to find them. Highly recommend!

After sending my vehicle there for auto body repair they decided to do a front end alignment and damaged the struts, costing me another $900 elsewhere because they refused to acknowledge the damage they caused
