What an amazing stay! Ray & Judy's place is straight out of a Hallmark movie. The whole place smelled like freshly baked chocolate chip cookies when we arrived (which we enjoyed later that night - so delicious!). The entire staff was so welcoming and we felt right at home. Cozy, clean rooms, amazing homemade food, and a perfect location in downtown Chatham.

My fianc and I stayed at the Old Harbor Inn for a couple of nights in October and we loved our stay! We cannot wait to return! Ray and Judy are so warm and welcoming, you feel like you ve known them forever. Ray was super knowledgeable about local activities/restaurants and Judy takes such pride in their wonderful Inn.The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are spacious and well kept. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent (super important to me) and the mattress was comfortably firm. The rooms have fantastic snacks and refreshments available and we loved the turn down service at night with great local chocolates! Breakfast was out of this world!! We had buttermilk blueberry pancakes that I m still thinking about, the eggs and bacon were delicious, yogurt with fresh fruit and granola was refreshing. Coffee was always available and we loved the espresso machine and homemade baked goods waiting for us when we returned from our daily activities! The location is 10/10! Every morning after breakfast we went for a walk down main street to the beach. We enjoyed the quaint shops, stunning homes, and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Ray had suggested we go to the Chatham fishing pier and we re so glad we did, it was such a great experience and there were at least 100 seals!!I can t recommend this B&B enough and we re looking forward to our next stay. The off season is a fantastic time to visit especially if you re local!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and everything was perfect. Ray, Judy and their staff were friendly and hospitable. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and probably one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. Breakfast was delicious as well as the homemade pastries every day. It was also nice that you got to help yourself with unlimited coffee, water to fill up your bottle and small snacks as needed. The B&B is also in the perfect location to walk anywhere in town. It is right off the main road full of shopping and restaurants, but we were also easily able to walk down to the Chatham lighthouse and beach, as well as the fishing pier.Rooms: Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and SPOTLESSNearby activities: Main Street shopping, restaurants, Chatham fish pier, Chatham LighthouseWalkability: Right off of Main St, perfect location to walk anywhere in ChathamFood & drinks: Delicious breakfast and fresh, homemade pastries

My husband and I stayed in Chatham for a wedding and truly enjoyed our experience at the Old Harbor Inn. Judy and Ray are wonderful and engaging hosts. They add a personal touch missing from some other places. The Inn is immaculately clean. The rooms are charming and provide all the modern amenities. There are daily baked goods that will melt in your mouth! Highly recommend a stay here if you want a quiet change of pace.Rooms: Rooms are small as one would expect in a historic building. Bathroom was also tiny for a couple but we made it work.Walkability: You can walk to everything!

We had a wonderful mid-summer stay here. Our room was lovely, updated and quiet. We had the choice of interacting with other guests in the common living and dining rooms. We felt connected with others but not smothered. Perfect. Lots of freshly baked goods, tea and coffee at all times. Loved how they supplied re-usable water bottles and filtered water dispenser. Full breakfast every morning - made to order. Management and staff are super friendly and helped us with any little question or need. Will definitely stay here again!Walkability: Half block from Main St.

A lovely, intimate Cape Cod styled inn, perfectly located within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants on Chatham s charming Main Street. The Oyster Pond room was very quiet and luxuriously appointed with a large jacuzzi tub. The delicious breakfast was included with home baked treats and espresso. The proprietor Ray couldn t be more helpful, making suggestions of restaurants and things to do in the area. A five star experience!

Judy, her husband and staff are wonderful. Friendly, helpful and full of great suggestions! The location was perfect! Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts excellent! She offers a different special breakfast each day along with staples of bacon and eggs and cereals. There are always a homemade treats and snacks about also. There are games for rainy days or just fun evenings. The only thing that could be improved are the pillows. They are a little hard. I highly recommend a stay at the Old Harbor Inn!

My partner and I were able to book our suite at the Old Harbor Inn with 24 hours notice for an impromptu trip to Cape Cod. The Inn is so cute, welcoming, and charming! There is ample parking and it is located a block from Main Street in Chatham- we were able to walk to an awesome tavern down the road. We had a king bed, jacuzzi tub, and an en suite. Everything was clean and decorated nicely! The Inn features local artisan goods too from the mugs to the chocolates. The service staff was so nice; there was good variety for breakfast, as well. I would highly recommend a stay here and I would definitely book again.

Truly lovely place to stay, the best Cape Cod experience you can get. Ray and Judy made us feel like home. They welcomed us with a bottle of white wine in our room , to celebrate my accomplishment at Boston Marathon. She also offered to wash the wet running stuff I was carrying with me after the race - something I will never forget. Everything was perfect: food is awesome, breakfast is perfect, rooms are cozy and clean. Strongly recommended!

Wonderful Inn right in the heart of Chatham. Judy and Ray were so accommodating and just a pleasure to talk to during our stay. The Inn is beautifully maintained, rooms are comfortable and inviting, great parking and the local couldn t be better. If there were 5 more stars available for this review, The Old Harbor Inn would get them. Would not hesitate to book again.

Stayed at the Old Harbor Inn for a couples getaway for a few days and couldn t be happier with our choice. Location is perfect as its walkable to the shops and restaurants on Main St. Also a good central location to drive to all parts of the Cape very easily. From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and attentive to any needs. Our room was very modern with a comfy bed. The breakfast each morning was fabulous and changed daily (George was excellent preparing and serving the meals). As a bonus there are fresh baked goodies and snacks/drinks throughout the day. We ll definitely be back after such a wonderful experience.

The Old Harbor Inn is a lovely, comfy, cozy, quiet cottage, nestled around the walking-distance corner from Chatham s busy Main Street shops, cafes and restaurants. Its rooms are beautifully appointed with pretty decor, thick, luscious towels, English soaps, adequate outlets, AC that can be fine-tuned, and even toilet seats that close quietly. Breakfasts are exquisite, especially the daily yogurt with fruit and granola and the French toast with strawberries. All staff are warmly helpful, as are the owners, Judy and Ray. We are definitely planning to return to this Chatham Cape treasure.Walkability: Located up one block around the corner from Main Street s many shops, cafes, and restaurants.Food & drinks: Breakfasts are exquisite with daily yogurt, fruit and granola plus daily specials such as French toast and blueberry pancakes.

My husband and I stayed here during our babymoon and it was just as lovely as you can imagine! The location is right around the corner from main street and in walking distance of the cutest shops and restaurants. Our room was cozy, comfortable and clean. The bnb itself has everything you could need - breakfast each morning, delicious baked goods at all hours, refillable water bottles, toiletries, umbrellas etc. Judy and Ray are the best hosts and even gave us a little baby present upon our departure. I highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at the Old Harbor Inn for our 20th wedding anniversary trip and it was an amazing experience. The location of the Inn made it perfect to walk anywhere in Chatham for dinner, shopping or a visit to the beach. When we checked in, the staff took the time to give a lay on the land and suggest places to eat and things to do. Every piece of advice we took from them was a perfect experience. The room was also perfect, and the daily breakfast was beyond perfect, Judy needs to write a cookbook with her breakfast creations. We cannot thank the staff enough for making our anniversary trip a trip that we will never forget, and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Ray and Judy!!!

Just returned from a two night stay at The Old Harbor Inn and here to leave yet another rave review!! We had never stayed at a B&B before but the Old Harbor Inn set the standard unbelievably high. From our first moment stepping foot into the Inn, we felt like we were welcomed and taken care of like family. From the delicious treats to the world class breakfast each morning, you ll find it hard to imagine ever feeling satisfied with your average hotel breakfast after this experience. The Inn is immaculately clean and well decorated- it s clear the owners and staff have such an eye and thoughtfulness for design, detail, and great taste. I especially want to thank one of the staff members Michelle, who supplied my mom and I with our itinerary for the entire weekend, from activities all the way to our dinner reservations. Her kindness and care made our vacation just perfect. I look forward to our next stay, this truly is a one of a kind spot.
