Had a trim motor failure coming up the Atlantic from Florida. Part was backordered. Todd was a problem solver who took this on. They sent a tech to my vessel (32 foot Whaler) who diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, when others demanded a haul out and diagnostic "survey." They ordered the part without sending me on a wild goose chase, got it early and made it happen once I dropped the boat off. Trim motor replaced, dual engine service, genny service ALL in 24hours. The next day I had an unrelated fluid issue (the case of the leaking Red Bull), they were on it in hours at my slip. I have dealt with marinas all my adult life (over 40 years). This place gets a Medal of Honor and Gold Star. They are truly customer focused. On the Cape marinas are often dismissive, they are swamped. These folks aren't dismissive, while others act as if they are doing you a favor to take your money. The marine industry should go to school here. Love these guys from front desk to owner and everything in between. YESSS!

A big Shout Out to the Top Shelf Team at OHM. From the Marina crew to the Service/Repair crew, they welcome you with a smile, are creative and always willing to help, high energy, and fun to work with. My wife and kids loved the Captain Services, the marina looks sharp, and they did an excellent job refreshing our whaler. If there is a problem, they fix it; customer service - they get it! It's easy to see why they consistently get Top ratings.

Great people, great service. I have been doing business with Outermost for over 10 years now. I purchase two boats from them and have used their service team countless times for my Yamaha engines. Just this summer i used them to repair both engines after hitting some unknown submerged object near the north cut. In spite of supply shortages with Yamaha, they hunted down the parts somewhere in South Carolina and got me back in the water expeditiously. I highly recommendDevin and his entire team.

White glove service always from this premier Chatham marina. Great location, supplies and friendly service. Also has boat shuttle and serious fishing Charters out of the marina.

We were meeting family members at the Outermost Harbor Marine in Chatham last weekend. Space is rented to the Freedom Boat Club at this marina. Freedom is only allowed one parking space on the other side of the marina but my wife and I are handicapped and my wife has a placard. We were kicked out of the posted handicap space on the opposite side. They told me they were a private business and could do what they want. All business's are private and that is why there are state and federal mandates on handicap parking. Next time keep your smirks to yourself. I can see why you have the lowest ratings of all marinas around.FYI we went to W Dennis Freedom Club the following day where the parking was jammed. No problem there they were more than happy to get us a handicap space.

Visiting Outermost was a great experience. The staff are extremely helpful. We rented a kayak and explored the protected area outside the marine. The beach shuttle took us to the south beach and spent the day hanging out at the beach. If you're visiting the Northeast, this is a must stop for any traveler. I'll definitely be back. Don't miss out!

We visit cape cod yearly and always choose Outermost to shuttle us to the beach. Their service is always superb and we look forward to our visit. Absolutely would recommend them.

being a boater for almost 35 years in Rhode Island has been a great experience. This past summer my wife and I moved full-time to Chatham. Without hesitation we wanted to be at, what I consider the best all around Marina; for location, service and staff in Chatham Outermost Marine. Owning a 60 foot Vicem in RI would be difficult for the skinny waters of Chatham so we had to sell it. We were boatless . Having a summer house here for over 25 years I knew OMM was sold to Devin and Harrison about 6 years ago. I met them and always thought about a second boat here in Chatham. Well, now that we re here Drew and the boys found me a BEAUTIFUL 30 Scout that we absolutely love! They have worked hard getting me a slip and I am extremely happy to say we will be at Outermost this upcoming spring in our new boat! Drew, Devon and Harrison went above and beyond helping me navigate the process and I am extremely grateful. A sincere THANK YOU from the Beneduce s!

They took us for an extremely enjoyable beach day on the shuttle. We were able to see tons of seals on the way out which was fun for the kids. Very nice staff. We will return and hopefully go fishing next time.

We took the shuttle to south beach. The beach itself was a disappointment. It s just a narrow spit of sand. Nothing more. No dunes. No grass even. Just a spit of sand where motorboats stop. I asked them to reroute us to north beach(not to be confused with North Monomoy) but they refused. It's false advertising. Notice they have no photos of South Beach on their website or in their shop. It's for a reason. Better go to North Beach with Beachcomber Tours. You'll enjoy it a lot more.

Quality marina for small to mid-size outboard motorboats. Easy access to good beaches and fishing. Seasonal slips and racks. Good service.
