Fabulous place to stay. Great value. Rooms are great. Walking distance to the beach and so many other amenities. Jenn the manager is incredible. She will do anything to make your stay top notch. I highly recommend the Chatham Motel and I will be back again next year for sure.Rooms: We stayed in the Queen Deluxe room. Tones of space. Very clean. Lots of room even after we added a cot. Great value.

We re on year two of coming here on our annual trip and we will absolutely be coming back every year. The people here are so accommodating and friendly and the rooms are completely spotless!! You can tell the people that work here take a great deal of pride in this motel and if you re coming through Chatham you will not be disappointed!

This was a really nice, well-kept motel. It was easy to get to and is in a pretty good location to visit other areas on Cape Cod. The room was clean and there are designated parking spots for each room.I only gave 4 stars though, because the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. It clearly had popped a few springs, making it tilt, and I almost rolled off it a couple times. Even with an uncomfortable bed, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend.

I didn't have too high of expectations because the price was so much lower than other area hotels, but I can tell you this much, Chatham Motel exceeded my greatest expectations. Super charming, incredibly comfortable, nice staff. Room had everything we needed and the beds were far more comfortable than the Marriott's we stayed at in Providence for the second half of the trip. I would absolutely come back here any time I'm in the Cape. Loved this place. Room was HUGE. We stayed in the (2) queen premium. Weather was beautiful so we left all (5) windows open during our time there. Bedding was nice. Flat screen tv, microwave, mini fridge, seating area with leather club chairs. Very bright room and tastefully decorated (except the curtains - if those went, the room would be posh). All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to return!! Don't even question it - stay at the Chatham Motel. Close to everything!

We came for a 4 day weekend and decided to stay here based on a friends recommendation. We loved our room which was in the old school house. We saw a couple of spiders but our room attendant took care of them. The pool felt very warm although we didn t really have much time to hop in. It was located centrally which made traveling around easier. We slept very well each night as it was so peaceful. Overall we had a very good time on Cape Cod.

Thank you Lisa for the super warm and friendly welcome when we arrived. When you first pull up it's easy to tell you are at a great place. Check in was very easy and pleasant. The rooms are very nice, clean and updated. Although it was a little cold to use the pool it did look very nice and clean. The motel is very centrally located to everything. We will definatly be back for future visits. Thank you again Ron and Lisa for making our visit so nice. Keep up the good work.

I stayed here for 5 nights the week of July 4th and it did not disappoint! The room was clean and had everything I needed. It's in a great location and it's well maintained. The staff was prompt and respectful as well which made my stay even better! Will definitely be back. Definitely recommend for anyone traveling to the Cape!

My room was lovely and clean as could be! The location was good . Jen went out of her way to help me with a few items she was great!! I would definitely stay here againFood & drinks: There is a fabulous pizza place Just a little down from the hotel And a nice breakfast place the other way.

Rooms were decent but as soon as we walked in all you could smell was how old it was. Quite small for the high price they want a night but overall eh. Stayed in the last room and it was very gross. The carpet looks like it hasn't been changed or at least cleaned in 40 years and we also found flea bites on ourselves the next day.

Great little motel. Easy checkin CLEAN spacious rooms. We had 5 rooms and everyone was really happy. The kids loved the pool. Parking near your door so unloading and loading were easy. I left my iPad on the table and the hotel left me a voicemail right away. A fantastic experience for all involved

Even though it rained this was a nice clean well kept. The maids came when we went out and did an excellant job restocking and putting all in crip clean order. Music channels wifi and movie channels and regular programing. For those avoiding carpets due to allergies. This is a good choice. Refridgerator tv cell phone charging ports iron and board and hair dryer. This roon had a tall toilet and a real tub shower combination. A long mirror for checking out your attire. This was quiet and peaceful. Staff attentive and. Kind.

Excellent hotel that is worth the price. The rooms are well decorated and the showers have great pressure. Our bathroom was clean and well designed. It is also close to lots of good spots for someone who has not been to the area.

A great experience. My only regret is not finding this place at the beginning of our 10 days on the Cape. Ron and his wife are wonderful hosts. You will not be disappointed staying here. Nice and quiet, comfortable rooms and close to many great things to do.

We stayed a night at Deluxe King Room. The young guy from the office was not that friendly to us. Except that everything was clean and organized even outside pool. It was hard to find a good place for just one night so we were happy staying here.

It was no one in the office, but the rooms were amazing and they were very clean and spacious! I love that there was a coffee pot and a refrigerator in the room. We actually ended up staying a second night well worth it

I booked a room for May 25 for 1 night to the 26th and I was charged for 2 nights. After I brought the mistake to their attention I was told the charge would be reversed within 1 week. I allowed 2 weeks for good measure and wasn't reimbursed. I called numerous times and was told that they would fix it but never did. I gave 2 months, so now I have to leave a negative review.

When I think of a motel, I think of a "run-down" place that is of very poor quality. This place shattered that image I had. In fact, it has easily set the bar high, even for some of the nicest hotels I have ever been to. Definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Reasonably priced, you can tell it was built in the 60s or 70s and they have attempted to furnish it with modern objects. It is quiet there and is close to everything on the cape. Recommend for a vacation where you just need to rest your head and than go exploring.

A wonderful stay at the Chatham Motel. We stayed for the weekend for a wedding in the area. The managers were the nicest and most helpful couple. Rooms were clean and I would highly recommend.
