We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Chatham Ford in the past 3 years. Our first was a 2021 Bronco Sport Base, the second was a pre-owned 2019 EcoSport Titanium and the latest was a leftover brand new 2023 Bronco Sport Big Bend Edition. I have always been very impressed with the sales staff and the office staff. Chris Brunco does a great job with the management of the dealership and working a deal that makes everyone happy. Our salesman Rick Svenson has always gone above and beyond to make things easy from start to finish and is one of the most honest people I have ever met in the car business. Everyone at Chatham Ford that I have dealt with, in sales and service has been helpful, pleasant and patient enough to take the time to explain any issues and things that we had questions about. We got a great trade in price for our old vehicle, much better than what I thought we'd get, no hidden fees, no last minute add on costs and they do everything you need them to.It's nice to walk into a car dealership where everyone is pleasant and welcoming and treats you like a friend. It's definitely a much more pleasing experience than dealing with some big box dealer off cape. The prices here are just as good if not better in some cases than you find over the bridge and the fact that the treatment you get here is much more personal just adds to it.I highly recommend Chatham Ford to anyone on cape looking to purchase a new Ford vehicle, they also have a great selection of pre-owned cars and trucks as well. (The Eco Sport we got for my son was perfect, low mileage and in pristine condition.)Over the years I have been to many different dealers for vehicles, this is by far the best dealership I have used, hands down.

I had a great Service experience at Chatham Ford. Was able to make a reasonable appointment within 24 hours of calling and waited for my car while it was serviced. Everything was done within an hour and there were 3 people in front of me! The staff was super nice and pleasant and kept me informed all along the way. The cost to replace my taillight bulbs was very reasonable. I left the dealership with a smile on my face.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Chatham Ford. They listened to me and found the right vehicle for a great price in a tight market. The process was seamless and the staff was friendly and attentive. It's the first time I purchased a vehicle in a straight forward manner without going through countless departments. I used Chatham Ford to repair my Ford Edge's transmission using a CSP. The repair took weeks longer than estimated, with no updates along the way. They also removed and damaged trim and its wiring harness, and didn't put it back on. The vehicle also had a wrench light on when I picked it up, which was not there when I dropped it off. I was told that it was an issue with the battery. I replaced the battery and the light continued. I brought it to my local mechanic and they said that the light was due to a sensor harness not being reconnected during the transmission work, costing me $100 out of pocket for them to reconnect it.

Everyone I spoke to was polite and straight forward, gave me all the info I needed so I didn't even have to ask questions. My car was there for about a week because we had to wait on a part, but there were no hiccups & everything went smoothly. I will say it's quite a small lot, or at least it feels that way with so many vehicles there, so if you're unfamiliar with the area it may be a little difficult to navigate. We got there quite early, though, so we didn't have to worry about traffic or anything like that.

Great experience under difficult circumstances. The manufacturer could not build the vehicles fast enough due to COVID 19, supplier issues, chips, etc. The dealer was very supportive. Rick the sales person made many good suggestions to expedite my order. MSRP sale. NO B.S.!

I just purchased my second vehicle from Chatham Ford this week, I d recommend them for a new vehicle purchase. The sales process is simple and straight forward without any of the gimmicks or drama you hear about with other dealerships, they are genuine folks who serve the local community. Jim and Rick do a good job of keeping the customer informed (long waits on ordered vehicles are the norm these days) as information comes their way.

My mother Jean Russell had a great experience today with your service department. She said all the ladies that helped her were so accommodating and friendly. That's so nice to hear since sometimes people don't take the time to talk to a senior citizen and make them feel important. Kudos to your service staff for giving her such a nice experience today! She came home smiling ear to ear!

I Can't say enough about the customer service of Chatham Ford's service department. These guys saved my butt big time. Being 400 miles from home towing a travel trailer with my Ford F-250, one of my brake calipers seized. I called the service center and Dario didn't hesitate to assured me that could take me in and get it looked at. When I got there Chuck wrote me up and again assured me they'll take care of the truck and have me on my way as soon as possible. Never had to call to see what the status was because Chuck kept me updated along the way. What a great team at Chatham Ford! Got my truck back and have the peace of mind that it was done right with a Ford trained mechanic, Ford parts and dealership that's there for you. Thanks to all!

What a joke of a dealer. Was looking at a Bronco sport was quoted sticker price over the phone. Show up in person and the actual price is 2k marked up. I said this wasn't the price I was given originally and wouldn't pay it. Was told "well get back to you"...they never did!! Absolutely poor customer service on top of the extortion. The dealership itself is pretty bad as well. The lot is tiny and cramped, and the inside feels nothing like a dealership. Just a truly poor experience I had with these people. Go to Easton instead.

I recently finished graduate school and Have been living off the mercy of my family by using their summer house in Chatham Massachusetts for a temporary stay. Not being from the area, when my tire pressure light came on I didn t know where to go and find air. It might seem like something silly or very simple, But not every gas station has an air pump. i called Chatham Ford to ask for advice, and they were so nice in helping that they offered to take a look at my tire pressure for free and adjust them as needed as winter turned to spring. I could not be more grateful for the kindness that they showed me and would recommend their service based simply off of the tupe of people they are and the way they treat the customers who come through their door unexpectedly

Old School experience not seen too often. Having bought more than a dozen cars over the past 25 years, I am familiar with the usual nonsense that takes place at dealership. Not this dealership. This was the most pleasant experience to date. Every part of the sale was like working with friends. Chris and Rick provided me the opportunity for multiple test drives and the mechanics of the purchase was as easy as ordering a camera on Amazon. I wanted to ad a few items/upgrades -Mark and Otto in parts really Went the extra mile to make sure it worked. Mike in service was very communicative and helped pull it all together. Kate helped me with some Paperwork. Jim (another sales guy) helped me clean out my trade and swap my plates. Jim also helped me with the infotainment system. These guys are a team and I never once felt like I was at a car dealership. Please keep it up guys and serve as a beacon for others. Worth the drive!Cheers,Timm

I recently visited the Cape along with the rest of the world, and on departure day (a Monday, of course), my car wouldn't start. I had it towed to Chatham Ford, and despite having a backlog of work to do, not only did the repair shop have my car ready the next day, but Rich made sure the work done was covered by warranty, and he helped me with rental-car (ultimately not needed) and fueling info. During the course of my "ordeal," I called in a few times to check the progress of work being done on my car, and Rich was always highly professional, responsive, and good-natured. I imagine the number of stranded tourists Chatham Ford deals with during the summer is astronomical. They treated this stranger like a valued customer!

Truck diagnosed as needing a DPF filter which the dealership can t even get their hands on. Keep tellIng me next week then after I took the truck from the dealership admitted they had a vehicle on the lot for over 8 months waiting for parts. The cost for repair if part had come in would have been $7500. Thankfully we pulled from dealership and brought to local diesel mechanic who repaired the DEF sensor for only $860.

Awful experience here. The girl in service had an AWFUL attitude with us, as well as the man who called to update me on my vehicle. I ve never brought a vehicle here before and after this one experience I never will again. Completely unimpressed with the employees attitudes towards customers and their way of handling things. I will not be back here.

Accompanied a relative who wound up buying a used car here. The sales people and GM were polite, not pushy, and handled every detail, including delivery of the new car and removal of the trade in. Would definitely recommend.

Today is Sunday February 8th, 2015 and I am preparing taxes for a very dear and long time friend of my husbands and myself. I was appalled when I saw that back in Sept. He purchased a vehicle from you with a trade in and I couldn't believe that he has a loan to pay for this vehicle that after trade in left a little over a 10,000 balance. Did your company not realize that at the time of the sale the vehicle you sold him was valued at only $1,600.00! Plus he is paying outrageous interest on this loan. I wonder if because he has a slight learning disability your company took advantage of that fact and performed a transaction that is not legal or just in any situation.While you ponder this review which happens to be the only one for your company, I wonder that when I call on Monday to speak with the management how this will be properly and professionally addressed so to avoid any legal action...Your dealership has NO Stars and I once visited to purchase a vehicle for myself and was very aware of unethical business practices.

After 20 Years of working with the professional at Chatham Ford on a daily basis and knowing some of the staff even longer , I can safely say they have never disappointed myself or the many people I have referred to them .
