I have a food truck and the belt broke on 495, I managed to get it back to where I park with tow as it was late at night. I googled looking for road side assistance and found this company. I called Shawn around midnight and got a call back at 4:20 in the am and he came down instantly and got me back on the road. Fair prices and great person. I now have Shawn on my phone no 1 as an emergency contact. Thank you Shawn.

This business is AMAZING great ethics this man did not hesitate to come to my rescue on a weekend and advocated to authorities how another business in Massachusetts left me waiting 12 hours for a flat tire. This man not only fixed my tire. It was quick he was emotionally supportive. I would highly recommend this company a big thank you I would still be there had not been for you.

Top rated guy and service!! 4:30 in the morning this guy called me back (the only one) and was on the road to me too get me up and running!! Updated me when he was running late due to traffic. Highly recommend him--he's the guy you want to get you up and running again!! Thank you for the excellent service!!

I was passing through Worcester as a first responder for hurricane Lee. I stopped to see my son. On my way to take my son and his mother for breakfast my alternator went out. I called every shop In Worcester! Every single shop said they don t work on my type of truck! It s a 2018 3500 Duremax! Finally I called SDL and Sean or Shawn answered. I told him my problem. He asked all the right questions to make sure we had the correct problem identified! He told me all his guys were out working on semis. When I told him my dilemma and time table, he said he would be here within the hour with the alternator!! He got here got the swap done and and while preparing my bill my truck turned off again! He put the paper work down jumped back into my engine and diagnosed a new issue! And fixed it on the spot! And the paper work or the the price he quoted me didn t change!!! Thank you sir!! Anyone reading this! PICK SDL!! You will not regret it!!Services: Electrical, Battery

They are a joke charge me 160 just to run from the job alleging it was to hard , besides that the owner looks like a junkie also make sure you see their job they get uncomfortable if you supervise the job , poor communication not professionals

My diesel F250 died on the highway right before a blizzard. Shops were closing for the inclement weather, but SDL made room for me. Despite the snow, he diagnosed, found a replacement part, and had it running within 24 hours. I had bank problems delaying the payment to him, and he let me drive it home anyway. He's generous and fast, and the price was fair enough (diesel work is expensive). He also has a great customer support team behind him. Highly recommended.Service: Engine repair

Shawn ludquist is the owner of this company, and he didn't tighten the lugs properly on my rear axle on my trailer and my tire came off, as well as damaging everything else that internally inside the hub as well as the hub and the 2 rims. Please steer clear of him if your in the area.

I was broke down on the side of the road. He came out quickly and got me rolling so I could make my delivery. Then I got back to the shop and they were able to fix my trailer and very fast. I thought it's was gonna be a couple days. It broke yesterday morning and I rolled out this afternoon.Thank you guys so much!
