I had the pleasure of purchasing my 1st vehicle as as a newly single female. I had a bit of anxiety thinking about buying a car alone with sales sharks. I first met with Ryan and we took the car I was interested in for a test drive. I felt totally relaxed. When I decided that I did want to purchase the vehicle, I met with Matt. Both guys were easy going, answered all my questions, explained everything and I left with my new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited today with a huge smile! I will be recommending McGee GMC, Matt and Ryan to my family and friends for their vehicle purchasing needs! Thank you, guys!

Great service on my Yukon! Was able to easily book online through the GMC app. Had my oil changed, transmission fluid flushed & tire fixed. Was thrilled when I picked up my truck & they had renewed my inspection sticker that was about expire in 2 days. Very satisfied with the service, will be back for new tires and future oil changes.

Alex in service is phenomenal! I went to my regular dealership last year and spent $1,000 on an issue. Not even a year later, I had the similar issue and this time I was quoted well over double the price to fix it, mind you, my normal dealership wasn't even entirely sure what the issue was. Alex was recommended and I am so happy I went to him. He explained what the possible issues were, how they could be fixed, and was up front about the cost right away. I ended up needing only about 1/3 of what my regular dealership told me I needed. Alex saved me well over $2 000. If you want someone trustworthy to look at your car and know their stuff, Alex and McGee GMC is the place to go. He is one of the most knowledgeable people in this industry. 10 stars!

I bought a used car here back in November. It took almost 3 weeks for me to take my car home because the registration process took so long. I got charged $1,000 more than what was on the website because they said because I wasn't trading in, that's their policy (again, nowhere noted on the website). When I test drove the car, the tire pressure light was on and they kept telling me it was just because it was cold and would go away. Well it turns out there was 2 broken sensors. It took them over a month to get a new sensor only to tell me they don't have the correct tool to install it (oh also they only ordered 1 sensor because they said they didn't know which one was broken). So it was going to take another month to get that part in. I ended up just getting it taken care of the same day at my local tire place. They said they would reimburse me for the parts and installation however it's now months later and I've never been reimbursed despite me asking multiple times. It was over $200 which I don't take lightly. I've recently discovered a literal hole on the roof of my car. Which apparently they thought was fine during the inspection process. So now I'm sitting here, almost 5 months later, still no reimbursement, a hole in my roof that they said they'll repair, wishing I never came to this sad excuse of a dealership. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I was hesitant returning to McGee. However work previously done was covered under warranty. Within 1 hour Brad and Chase had finally found my issue and resolved it. I am grateful for the new associates at McGee. Their empathetic nature and attention to detail has made me happy with my vehicle of choice. Thank you!

I have an older Tahoe, and it s at that point in its life that it needs things replaced on a regular basis. I ve bought some parts at local stores in the past and gone the cheap route plenty of times but after getting frustrated over having to fix the same issue over and over, I called this McGee dealership and talked to Alex about the issue and the part I was looking for, he told me I would be best off getting the factory part, instead of an off-brand. He ordered it for me, and once I had it in, worked like it was supposed to and I haven t had to replace it! Definitely calling on Alex s team next time I have an issue! Thanks so much!

You are two service advisors were excellent. They were both extremely friendly and really helped me out when I was in a pinch and I m very grateful for how easy they made it. I can t say enough good things about them and also your sales staff was extremely helpful I m bad with names but he s all tattooed up and he waited for me to get there so I could exchange the loaner vehicle you gave me for my truck. It s because of employees like them that will bring me back in down the road when I m looking for a new truck. Thanks again guys

Great Dealership!!!! Brought my car in for service. All the staff were really friendly. This was my first time going in and getting my car in for service and I was extremely happy with how everybody helped me get through my first maintenance. Definitely would bring my car back In for maintenance and have my car looked at.

My recent experience dealing with McGee GMC in Charlton MA has been amazing. From the laid back sales people and managers, the positive communication throughout shopping and mostly the ease of purchasing our vehicle, especially during such a busy time of the year. I highly recommend looking for your next vehicle at McGee GMC. In 20+ years of car shopping, dealing with Sean, Justin and Brian made it the best experience and I will definitely go there when I m in the market again!

Saturday appt for 2nd repair from 1st repair. Simple radiator replacement should ve been complete today as discussed when making appt. No communication about any delays until service dept left for the day. On my way to hertz to get a rental.Communication is key and GM has a lot to learn diffusing escalated situations and taking the heat with dissatisfied customer. On fence if I ll do business with them again.

Sean was amazing. He made sure I completely understood what was going on and what I was getting myself into. Matt was ok just quick to get me into something but Sean really wanted to make sure I understood what I was getting into and made me feel great about what I was about to do. My truck threw a check engine light out of no where. 2021 GMC Sierra Duramax. Code p1028, engine power reduced, fans at full blast while ice cold. Had an appointment on Saturday 01/06. Called service on Friday 01/05 and spoke to BRAD. This man is a gentleman let me tell you. Told me to come down the same day so they can take a peek at my truck. Got me right in the shop and diagnosed. Technicians scanned my computer confirmed my vehicle needed to have a big software update. For my truck back within 45 minutes and all under warranty. Truck is back to new and everything works as it should. Thank you BRAD and McGee for being professional and courteous. 5 stars.

McGee gmc charlton sold my daughter a car & 1 day later she complained of a rotting smell. They kept promising her a detail & that never happened. Then we find the problem. The mouse pee is dripping it s so wet. This is so nasty & they refuse to do anything about it. Look at the video attached. Do not do business with these people.

Service was very expensive. I was charged over $900 just for labor to replace a wheel baring and a ball joint. Also, they charged a diagnostic fee of $175 which many places void if the service is done at the same time. Crazy.

A small mom and pop dealership with excellent sales and service.Dealer prep of the vehicle was 9.5 out of 10, truck was almost spotless. Ask for salesman Mario by name because he was very easy to work with. Overall experience from beginning to end was five star, from the first phone call to the last handshake. Even though it's over an hour from where I live, I will highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I was able to walk around a few cars and look before Dan came out. It was perfect timing. I test drove a 2018 Jeep Compass and decided to buy it. I was able to negotiate and got a good price. The paperwork went smoothly and effortlessly. I had questions while the car was getting a looked over and Dan made me feel like I was important. I will definitely go here when buying my next vehicle.

I have to say my overall experience with Justin and Jason was extremely good. They took their time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. I will return again for sure and definitely be sending people to them to make deals in the future.
