I couldn t be happier with my experience here. If you re looking to have any repairs/work done to your vehicle look no further. I went over to this shop to get an estimate on repairing a couple dents on my car. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Dana and after a brief conversation I knew immediately I had met the right guy for the job. He is thorough and will go above and beyond for you. He repaired a dent he came across that I was not aware of and he even gave me a deal, charging me less than the estimated price. Dana is an absolute professional and knows exactly what he s doing. He is a personable, outstanding guy and takes his work very serious. He s very meticulous and will take care of your vehicle as if it was his own and will make sure the job is done correct and satisfactory.Service: Body & Trim

Couldn t recommend Dana more! Had a small door dent in my new vehicle. He was able to fix it on the spot in 45 mins. Great guy and now you can t even tell there was a mark on the door. Dana is a real professional straight up kind of guy. Unbelievable work done on dents and scratches on my truck. I couldn t even tell where the dent and scratches where. Dana was great to work with. He gave a fast quote and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. I had a good size dent on the side of my truck bed and quite a few minor scratches. I dropped off my truck sat morning and a few hours later it looks like there was never a dent and the touch ups on the scratches look great! Reasonable price as well. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

I have been using Dana for many years at my detail shop East Coast Auto Spa. His work is by far incredible. I have never came across someone with so much knowledge, pride, passion when it comes to scratch and dent removal. His work is of a magician and always leaving me thinking how did he do that! Dana s prices are extremely reasonable and work is top notch. I Highly! Recommend Dana for all your dent and scratch need you with not be disappointed at all! !

Excellent local business in a peaceful rural location. I gave Dana a call after reading the positive Google reviews. Half an hour later and I was watching him remove an acorn dent from my hood! He is very experienced and reasonable. I honestly cannot tell where the dent was now... It's completely gone!Thanks again!

Dana did a great job on removing a big dent in my door. His prices were reasonable and he was able to fit me in less than a week after I contacted him. Highly recommend if you have any dents that need to be removed.

Dana did a fantastic job repairing two of our vehicles that had damages from falling tree debris causing numerous small dents on our car and truck. The process was efficient and convenient and you could not even tell there had been multiple dents when we picked both vehicles up. And the truck is a Ford which has the new aluminun body and still looks perfect. Great job and would highly recomend Dana's services and will clearly use him in the future should this happen again.

Just visited this business to remove a dent on the door of my 2020 Lexus. Dana is everything that these previous reviews describe. Work is so precise, professional and at a reasonable cost. I had a rear bumper issue on my 2007 sprint blue s4 Avant on valentine s Day Friday night I wanted repair ASAP because it will bother meSo I brought it in Saturday morning because some local repair places were closed for the long weekend.Dana was able to accommodate same day and finish the touch up beautifully! He was very informative and honest in the options and also assess the car s past body work for me.I own multiple cars and now I have someone who I could trust.I would most definitely recommend Dana for any body work.

I recently received his paint less dent repair service and I was very happy with the outcome. Had a small but sharp dent right on the body line above the rear wheel well of my Tesla model 3. I drove right in to his garage and in about an hour it looked brand new. He even polished up some light surface scratches around the area no charge. Dana is the Best!!! Second time in 3 weeks I have used Dana to first remove a ding in the roof of my 2019 Buick Regal and then remove a ding in the passenger door of my 2021 GMC 2500 AT4. Dana was really professional and accommodating. I arrived a little early and he was ready to get started on my vehicle. He fixed the dent I had so quickly and efficiently. It was really pet friendly. At the end of the service he had wiped down al the parts of the vehicle he worked on and disinfected it all due to COVID-19 safety.

Highly recommend. I'll be back for any dent repair needs. Repaired what appeared to be a complicated roof dent in hours with no painting needed. Autobody shops had quoted the same repair at days, requiring them to paint the entire roof. Paintless service here proved to be the fastest and easiest complete repair option.

I had a small but deep crease dent with scratch along the body line of my car. Dana looked at it and said I can fix the dent easily but the paint job won t be perfect. Another shop told me the dent can t be perfectly restored since it s on a body line. Well, Dana proved the other shop wrong and did his magic. He touched up the paint and explained how he fixed it. In and out in under an hour. The dent is now gone and you would need to know where to look to spot the touch up. I hope I won t be a regular but if I ever needed a dent repair again, I know where to go. I am recommending him to my family and friends.

My teenage daughter borrowed her grandparents car for a week. The day we were supposed to return it, she came home with a small but very obvious scratch/blemish on the rear bumper. This was at 3pm on a Saturday. No shops were open but I took a chance and texted Auburn Dent and Scratch.Within 5 minutes I had a response and an hour later I was at the garage having the scratch buffed out. Dana was very professional and obviously takes great pride in his work. I was so grateful for his willingness to help during "off" hours. He has a customer for life! Thank you!

We have been working with Dana as a collision repair shop for well over ten years. There are many PDR guys out there however, none of them compare to Auburn Dent and Scratch! The quality and professionalism is second to none. You will not find a better value in this trade. If there were TEN stars we would give all TEN! Keep up the great work Dana!

Dana made the process very quick and easy! He thoroughly explained the process, the timing (which was quick considering the severity of the damage), and was up front with the cost. As a very picky customer I was very pleased with the high standard of Dana s work. He s a master of his craft and I would highly recommend him.

This Place is Fantastic! Dana at Auburn Deant and Scratch came highly recommended, and now I know why. He is very responsive. When I sent my inquiry in, he got back to me right away, and got me in very quickly. I brought my car in at 9am and he was completely done in a little over 2 hours. I couldn't believe it. He did an amazing job. Looked good as new. He also ended up charging me less than he quoted. As a bonus, there is an awesome little breakfast place next door called Tiny Tim's Cafe. Worth a visit. If you are a Tesla owner like me, i was pleasantly suprised to find out there is a Supercharger about 2 miles away, at the Auburn Mall.

Best in the business!!! I drive big diesel truck but it was no match for a deer. After all my efforts we met in a some what of a wreck ( the deer faired better than my truck). I have been in the auto body industry for over 25yrs. 90% of the damage was on my passengers fender. I knew from my time in the field it was a border line fender replacement. I spoke with Dana and he was very nice, professional and positive. He said bring the truck in and lets have a look. I made an appointment for the next available sat. He said with confidence i can do it. I thought he was out of his mind the fender was bad. A few hours later i couldnt believe it. You would never know it was there. Im a painter by trade so looked at every angle. It was perfect. Hands down best experience. You wont regret it!

Dana did an awesome job on our 2006 Mustang. The car had several small dents and paint chips which are gone, the car is almost like new . We highly recommend using his skills on any vehicle.

Auburn Dent and Scratch has paintless dent removal talent I've never seen. He's honest about his highly professional opinion looking at a dent. He uses up to date technology to remove many types of dents on aluminum or steel. Have had him take many dings out of my personal car but also customer's cars and I and my customers are always astonished how the end results look; flawless. He even takes the extra time to match the factory orange peel on your clear coat so it looks like nothing ever happened. Truly top of the game!

Dana is more of an artist than your typical dent guy . I have seen him fix things that anyone else would say cannot be fixed by PDR. He is professional, punctual and the only person that I trust to perform PDR and light body repairs on any of my cars. I honestly can t recommend him enough.
