It s says 24hs, but it is not. I kept calling because I was 6min away from Boomba s, and I needed to get my EV vehicle to a charging station, which was 14min away. Anyhow, Mike, the guy that I was told to talk to was super rude, saying: if I am not picking up, we are out of service. So how come are you advertising that you re open 24hs a day? Please, have a little bit more of emotional management and DON T EVER treat your customers with such disrespect. He hung up the phone on my face for so little. So sad.

We were stranded in MA over a holiday weekend and Boombas were the only ones who answered our call. They were incredibly helpful, quick, and reasonable.

Great people and great service. Helped us in a delivery and tow with great prices. Highly recommended if you have a breakdown in that area.

Excellent, professional and fast service. We waited. literally hours, for our roadside service to provide assistance towing our truck and horse trailer. One call to Boomba's Towing and they arrived within a half hour and helped make arrangements for our horse trailer and horses while our truck was being worked on. I cannot say enough about how helpful and pleasant they made the experience after the frustration of waiting for our roadside service to assist. I highly recommend Boomba's. I actually saved their number in my phone in the event I or any one of my friends need service in the future.

They have the worst customer service!! They are very rude to people. I had to deal with them when my car had to be towed there. They lied to me about how much it d cost and when I tried to let them know nicely that the person who answered the phone told me something different, the owner was yelling at me, and ended up hanging up on me. They really don t even deserve one star, however that is the lowest option to pick. I would never recommend this company.

The owner of the place is a slightly unpleasant person. I have gone twice on the same day. In the first one he was not there, even though it is a 24-hour business, in the second round, the owner attended to me while he was inside, in his locked office. He attended to me through the window.El due�o del lugar es una persona un poco desagradable. He ido dos veces el mismo d�a. En la primera no estaba, a�n cuando es un negocio de 24 horas, en la segunda vuelta, el due�o me atendi� �l estando adentro,en su oficina cerrada bajo llave. Me atendi� por la ventana.
