Came here for some upgrades on my 2022 Harley 48. I got a full stage one and tbr 2 into 1 with a dyno jet power vision. I ended up ordering LED lights as well. Not only did they do all of this in two days, they ceramic coated my bike and man did they do an amazing job. Definitely coming back for all my bike needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

First off, nothing but good things to say about this place!! Had just bought my first bike in September of 2021 and the starter motor went on it. Called up Latours after some research and they couldn't have been friendlier! They helped my pinpoint the problem and even came out to to Worcester to pick my bike up so I didn't need to tow it. Price was very reasonable, work was done in a good time frame, and they even detailed my bike for free as a thank you! Larry was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and even took me back to show me the work they were doing. This spring prepping for a long ride, I noticed a small oil leak and they were my first call. Although they were booked up pretty good, they had me come early in the morning to look at my bike, diagnose the problem free of charge! Can't say enough about them! If you are thinking about going here, I happily recommend it!

After getting burned by backyard mechanics and hack shops, I've finally found what I was looking for. Professional, timely, affordable, reliable friendly, thorough, and enthusiastic service. Great communication and I don't spend one second worrying about what might get screwed up. I know my bike is in great hands. They'll even pick your bike up and drop it off when done for a small fee. Shiny, clean, and ready to roll. I'll never take my bike anywhere else. Customer for life.

So I called Twisted spoke on Thursday of this week. I'm not sure who I spoke with, but I was inquiring about having my tires swapped on my Harley. I was told on Thursday that if I brought my wheels in (off the bike), and my tires it would cost me $110. When I arrived on Saturday to have this service performed, the guy at the counter informed me that they charge $25 for bringing my own parts. i understand that policy, however was never informed of this when I called and set up the service. Very unprofessional not to tell me this policy in the phone and then magnified by not honoring the quote on the phone. Seeing as I drove 25 min to their shop to give them business instead of the dealership. And that I will now never give them business or suggest them for work because of their poor customer service.

Bought a tuner for my bike here they said it was going be a couple weeks until they could get my bike in to work on. I had to call them 4 weeks later to see if the tuner even came in they said they were too busy and was going to be 2 weeks until they could work on my bike. Once they finally went to put in the tuner they said I had a bad o2 sensor and would work on getting one for the following Monday never hers back. Waited 2 weeks for a response herd nothing. Called and left my name and number and issues never herd back. Finally got ahold of someone to help they said they had no idea wich o2 sensor was bad the mechanic didnt know and needed another diagnostic to figure it out wanted to charge me an 85 dollar an hour diagnostic fee to find out then order the part then charge me to install it. I will never be back horrible customer service no communication what so ever.

If you don t own a Harley then don t bring your bike here. They will fix and repair all the bikes before yours. I had an appointment for oil chance and inspection and it took one and a half month to get it back, and I was overcharged I think they charged me for storage even though they did not touch my bike for over a month. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Cant say enough about how AWESOME THE service was at Twisted Spoke. I broke down in Sturbridge Mass. while 2 hours into my short, imprompt to vacation up to Maine. They towed my bike to the shop, started working on it . They wanted to get me back on the road Asap to continue my trip. They also found me a nice motel room at a great price and drove me there. I decided to rent a bike from HD in the next town and come and pick my bike up on the way back. They gave me a ride to the dealership. Staying in touch w them , they kept me informed on progress of my Triumph. I came to pick up my Bike and they fixed the bad crank sensor and put in a new battery. The part was located at a shop close to an hour away. They picked up the part for me. In the end the bill was very reasonable and I felt like they had treated my like I was family. In all the years I have never been treated so well. In the end , my trip was saved , I got home safe and in time for work . Much Love to you guys and I will make this a destenation stop whenever Im passing through.

Ok called set up a time and day for them to pick up my 07 R1. It's been now well over a month now, they told me 2 weeks they were busy and that was ok with me. Waited a month and gave up, They never did call me so I called motorsports international and they picked it up and working on it. Oh yeah they also (motorsports) charged me 40 bucks less to change my rear tire then twisted spoke quoted me on. I can't say I had much of an experience with them maybe they do good work but I'll never find out.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They're professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. If you need new/used gear, repairs or just have a few questions, go speak to the guys at Latour's.

Saved a lot of money, 2 new tires and F&R brake pads . Sheldons HD was about $400 more. And had my bike back in under 24 hours. Sheldons HD hourly rate is $115. PHTwisted Spoke hourly rate is $85. PHAlso they have a Dyno if you need one.

great bunch of guys with many years of experiance. i have had 2 bikes over the years ive had them work on. prices are resonable too. much better than paying harley dealers. im sure the bad review is a fake, these are stand up guys

Never will I return to twisted spokes for any services over charged me for a diagnosistic.tell me what it what they assumed that was rong with my bike I replace the parts and it still don't work.i pretty much robed for 320$ worth of waisted time.oder new parts that I was told was the problem and still I have nuthing to show for it and they are not help full at or fraindlys a bunch of rip off scum bags!!!!!!!!

A bunch or ccroks and wanna be thugs. The over charge for repairs aad maintenance. Tell you that you need things that you don't just to up charge and make money. You call them out on their scam and in return the threaten you. They go as far as finding your friends and family on social media and harass them.
