I have used Danilchuk Auto Body for a few different services. First, they did a full restoration on my '82 landcruiser and it came out AMAZING. There were no shortcuts taken and the work was incredibly detail oriented. I couldn't recommend them more for paint and body repair.Second, I have taken my 08' F150 there for a number of things. They have replaced my brakes and most recently I was having issues with my fuel pump. I first took my truck to the Ford dealership in Braintree and they couldn't figure out the problem. They said the truck was too old for them to work on and I should just buy a new truck. (I unfortunately didn't have $30K lying around to make that happen) so I had it towed to Danilchuk and they fixed it in 2 days and for a fraction of what the Ford dealership said it would be. They filled me in on everything they were doing and were transparent about all of the work. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes

When I discovered my car had been broken into I was more than distraught. They shattered the window, broke my mirror and, I assume, after finding that the bag they were going to steal was empty they also trashed the interior of my car.Even though I have insurance, I knew that this was going to cost me time, money and a huge headache given previous experiences trying to fix my car. I dreaded it. Danilchuk Autobody changed my perception entirely.Knowing Eric Danilchuk I called him first, he told me to bring the car into the shop. He gave me the information I would need when talking to my insurance company and that he would handle the rest. After a FIVE minute conversation with my insurance agent, they told me that they would call back if there were any further questions.The next call I received was from the Danilchuk Autobody shop telling me my car was ready to be picked up less than a week later. I couldn't believe that it was the same car. They not only fixed all the damage to the exterior of the car, but also had it professionally detailed. They put in new floor mats, washed it, and provided me with the best customer service I have ever received. All FULLY COVERED by my insurance. Amazing.I'm not kidding when I say I almost felt like leaving a check for whoever it was who broke into the car because it now feels like a brand new car. I can't speak highly enough of Danilchuk Autobody. I encourage you all to call them first, as they are the premier auto body shop in Massachusetts, perhaps in the world. THANK YOU!.

I was really hoping to find a trustworthy repair place close to home. This will not be my place.The person I spoke with (Eric) seemed very nice, spent time discussing options for repair and scheduled me to come in at the end of the week to the Charlestown location. It was an issue with my car that I was not eager to wait to fix, but valued finding someone close to home in hopes that I could continue to give business to them for the long term.I rushed home from a meeting in order to make my scheduled appt time. When I arrived, the office was locked and closed. When I called the number on the door, the person who answered said that they run by appt only and notified me that Eric was out of town on vacation.Eric was very apologetic later and did try to offer options to resolve this, but it would not be until he returned from vacation after the weekend. Frankly, at that point they had already lost my trust to fix my car, or get my business.

Top notch service! I asked for an estimate on my side mirror and Danilchuk came to my workplace to look at my car in the parking lot- I never had to leave my office desk. They were responsive and nice to work with. Highly recommend.

Worst auto body shop ever. Horrible customer service and the manager is extremely rude. Don t waste your time of money with these people. Especially if you dealing with insurance.
