Just got my tune today and WOW it woke up my 2015 Q5 S line! Fantastic power, beautiful power band, and exceptional drivability!!! Matt was super responsive and responded almost immediately to my questions as I was going through the process. I 100% will be a Jackal customer for life ! I haven t been this excited in years about a car.

There are no words to the quality of tunes, products, customer service! This is almost like a dream. Matt has been the biggest help and the man never complains about the questions I ask and I know he deals with so many customers it takes a lot for me to leave a review but this is so well deserved. If you re on the fence, PLEASE do yourself a favor and go Jackal! You will NOT be disappointed!!! Thank you again Matt and Tony!

First off, Matt is the man and provided the highest level of support I ve received with any car company! Now for the good stuff, I installed a 93 stage on tune today on my C7.5 A6, and this thing is an animal now. I don t even know what to expect with a pulley and stage two. Drove perfectly when behaving. You absolutely will not regret your purchase!

Matt tuned my A6 and after reading reviews from others I thought everyone exaggerated there tune but I am absolutely stunned my A6 is running so strong the car is literally keeping up with v8 s that make 450 HP on stage 1 with stock air box

We have dealt with Jackal for a awhile now, whether we send customers to them or have them flashed through us they are always the best to deal with. The tunes are amazing, impressive, and they have worked with us to make some adjustments to satisfy our customer. HIGHLY recommended.

These guys are top notch! I received the shipment within a couple days. Stage 1 93 octane with intake for my 2013 S4. The tune is great, shifts are smooth and I definitely noticed a power boost, plus the car just feels like it runs smoother all around. Also, launch control is INSANE. I ran into some issues(user error) and I reached out via text at 9:30pm on a Saturday and I got a reply and help almost immediately, and throughout the duration of an hour. If I had to choose a tune again, I would 10/10 pick Jackal!

I've been running Jackal Motorsports tune for over a year and have been very satisfied with the results. The tune definitely woke the car up from stock. Compliments downpipes and exhaust system nicely with with low growls and over runs. Matt is always responsive with questions or concerns.

1. Best customer service ever. Matt walked me through a few things via text, it was great! He even shipped me the flashing cable on a Saturday night when I placed the order.2. Did a stage 1 tune on my B8.5 S5 I m a bit shocked at how different it is. The car was fast and fun before but this is like an entirely new car! I m clocking 0-60 somewhere around 4.5 seconds with launch control on.3. Oddly enough, when I m not driving like a hooligan, I get about 30mpg in comfort mode.Overall, I can t recommend enough.

It's been three months since I installed the tune for my 2007 Audi B7 RS 4. I drove the car as daily driver, and I took it on the track for once. Absolutely love the tune, it performs better than ever! It really wake the RS 4 up! But more importantly, the customer service from Jackal was the best part of the whole experience. They had the all time support to solve the issue I had before I flashed the tune file and the follow up was great as well!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

Products and Service are both amazing. TCU tune improved the car in every way, shifts are faster and smoother than stock. ECU tune really makes the car feel alive. Matt is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend giving them a chance if you're on the fence over who to go with for tuning!

I was looking for a tune for my b8 s4. After extensive research on 034, IE and Jackal I decided to go jackal for a 4 main reasons.1st was communication. Everyone on the forums said Matt was quick to respond to questions. They were right, Matt has been nothing but helpful.2nd is price. Jackal tunes are the best bang for your buck.3rd is his expertise in turbo 4.2 builds. I m a 12v vr6 turbo guy but follow the 4.2 build group. If he can tune a turbo 4.2 he can tune a bolt on 3.0.4th is tuning freedom. Every other company I researched charges for tune changes. Matt gives you access to all of his tunes. This means you won t have to pay for new tune when going dual pulley, e40 etc.

Easy install. Matt helped me along the way via email. Responded in minutes. Noticed a huge difference in performance and low gear jerk went away (2014 A7). 10/10 recommend. Awesome product.

Figured it's been a cpl months got a lot of good data, I can honestly say jackal is an awesome tuning company, they stand behind their products and their customer service is top notch! I had them tune my B8 S4 back in July stage 2 single pully. I'm now stage 2 single pully on an E40 file and the car runs awesome! I've put well over 15k miles on this tune. It's also running over 3 seconds faster 60-130 then with the stage 2 piggyback tune I got the car with. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone!

Best decision I have made for my B7 S4 was getting a Jackal tune. I had plenty of questions and Matt answered them all. Performance is instantly noticeable after installation and a great unexpected bonus was my highway fuel economy got better. This on a 4.2 V8 that hasn t had any real platform development in 13+ years! Have purchased the stage 2 intake manifold and billet oil filter cap as well. I recommend Jackal Motorsports to all B6 and B7 friends I know as well as plenty of other Audi/VW model owners and will continue to do business with them myself.

Not gonna lie. I was skeptical about all the 5 star reviews cause in my head I was thinking "No way its that good."Lemme tell you! I was wrong. Those one star reviews on here are a joke and should not be taken seriously. Likely haters or rivals. (Notice how they have no explanation)This tune transformed my RS4. As was said before, this should 100% be how the car came from factory. So much more fun to drive. So smooth.The best part, the customer service. It is LEGENDARY! No leaving you in the lurch for days at a time. Matt is VERY responsive. If you are deflapped and have to get a tune anyway get jackal. I assume all his other work is just as good. Wow. I went to Jackal today to get my 2013 Audi S4 worked on. After completing a service on the car, he installed a CTS intake, their stage 1 engine tune, and tcu tune. Car is a completely different animal now. It is a complete night and day difference. Jackal Motorsports is extremely professional and will get your car where it needs to be. I will be returning when its time for more work on my car. You will not be disappointed. 10/10 recommend Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

Hello everyone just wanted to jump on here and share my experience with jackal motorsports. I have a Audi s5 b8.5 and was looking for a stage 1 tune. I stumbled across jackal because of the Facebook groups and YouTube. I reached out to Matt Barrington at 11pm one night not think he would respond with some questions about the company and about the tune and to my surprise he responded at 11:02pm and answered all my questions. I then bought the tune in the following days and went to go install it one night. Let me start by saying that I am like a 90 year old man when it comes to computer and technology. Matt walked me through pretty much every step of the tuning process and sent me the link to the tuning videos on there YouTube page. I m about 15-20 minutes the ecu and tcu tune was installed on my car with ease all thanks to Matt and jackal Motorsports. This was the greatest customer service I have ever received in anything I have ever bought. The tune itself is fantastic and the butt Dino thinks it s got crazy gains. The car continues to pull throughout the entire rpm range, launches way better then stock, and the transmission is smooth as can be. I couldn t be happier with jackal motorsports and everyone working with them the tune and customer service is a 10/10 I highly suggest tuning with them if you haven t already!

Best tuning company in the game for the 4.2 engines. Ask anyone who knows anything about B6/B7 S4s and they will tell you that this is the best tune available. Customer service is on point, and he can tune you in person, ship you an ECU to swap, or can send instructions on how to flash your ECU from home. *photo taken on private property*

Beyond great experience with EVERYONE over at Jackal. I have a 2014 Audi S4 and have been eyeing a few things for it, specifically a tune. I have been on the fence because it is my daily driver, so I had a TON of questions and concerns... All of which were answered EXTREMELY promptly and without judgement by Matt!Made the jump and ended up going with Jackal for my stage 1 ECU&TCU tune; my car feels amazing and I am super pleased from EVERY angle.GREAT shop, great service, and amazing people! If you want the premier Audi tuners in the game I highly recommend Jackal Motorsports. They have the best customer service out of all the tuners I have worked with. They dont use a 3rd party for their tuning so response time is much quicker and they will provide you with multiple options on your tuning to your preference.They are also now getting custom forced induction (turbo and supercharged) audi 4.2 tunes dialed in all over the world and if you want to have a company tune your car without ego, with communication, and with provided options go to Jackal, you will not be disappointed.Service: Auto engine tuning

I just installed Stage 1 tune using the tuning cable... Was super easy and fast! Only problem I had was I had lousy wifi. I texted them about 10pm eastern time and they told me that, I went to a friend's with so;id wifi and that was that! Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and GREAT POWER GAINS! TCU tune included and you can flash for free for the life of your car! That's what's up! 5/5 IMO. Loving every minute on the road.....
