This is the first time I ve had my car serviced at Carlisle Auto Body and it was such a great experience. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and their prices are very fair. They didn t over charge me at all and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so much again guys!

Simply the Best Auto Body and Service/Repair there is! You cannot find more friendly, responsive, knowledgable, and fair people to work on your vehicle from start to finish. The body work is incomparable and don't forget they also offer service/repair In a recent visit my rear quarter dent and scratch came out perfectly and they also found and gave me a great deal on 4 special tires that ride like a dream.

If I could leave zero stars I would. If you are a woman I recommend you find another mechanic. Never in my life have I been so disrespected by a mechanic and owner when I questioned the cost of my service. The misogyny of this company is rampant, and I am mortified by how I was treated by the owner and mechanic.

Ever since we moved out this way, Carlisle Auto Body has become our go-to shop for all auto repair services, everything from oil changes (and helping me fix the oil change schedule) to tire replacement, new brakes, and engine diagnostics. I take a lot of pride in my car's appearance and so I was dismayed when someone drove into me. Carlisle Auto Body helped me navigate the insurance claim procedure, clearly having had many years of experience in the business. Then, after getting my car back, I can only say that it looks and feels as good as new from the showroom. A truly expert job. The shop is clean, the people are courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

I have unfortunately had to have body work done on multiple occasions with different vehicles over the past 10+ years. Fortunately, I know just the place to go, and it is Carlisle Auto body. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them every time. They are courteous and professional and do high quality work. They work with the insurance companies directly, when needed, and make the whole process as seamless as possible. I trust them and the quality of their work and recommend them as the place to go if you value honesty and professionalism.

I had an insurance claim after a tree crashed into my truck, and Carlisle Auto Body is right in town. I loved working with Dean and Sharon. My truck looks like new. No issues. Great communication. I will use them again if another inanimate object attacks any of my vehicles in the future.

I cannot recommend Carlisle Autobody highly enough. This fall my SUV was in an accident and they were fast to reply, friendly & helpful, and did a great job making my car look good-as-new even after significant damage. I took in a Toyota Corolla to get a new bumper. They were very professional and clear in their communication throughout the process. I also had to get a ride to my house after dropping off the car and that was no problem. The repaired car looks great!

Carlisle Auto Body earns rave reviews in my book. In the course of taking our 3 cars (2 Volvos and a Honda) to them for servicing, breakdowns, etc., we have always been extremely satisfied in all respects.It's apparent that Billy, Dean and their colleagues are exceptionally knowledgeable "car guys." While that's certainly a critical attribute, what I like about their service goes well beyond their expertise on a wide variety of car and truck models.For starters, Sharon is a very friendly and competent manager who goes out of her way to make callers and visitors feel welcome.In addition to the firm's welcoming attitude, I have been very impressed with their responsiveness, integrity, clear communication and value-oriented pricing.From the moment you first work with Carlisle Auto Body, it's obvious that they're looking to establish trust and a long-term relationship. They did a fantastic high quality job on my vehicle, and they were also timely, finishing the work in a few days instead of weeks or a month. They are the best in the area for all of your auto body needs. A+

When my car was rear-ended and the police towed it to Carlisle Auto Body, they did a great job dealing with insurance and repairing the car. When a deer jumped in front of the car doing serious damage I didn't hesitate to have it towed there. Again they did a great job.

We have exclusively used Carlisle Auto Body for over 20yrs! Work is EXCELLENT! Dean and Bill are always specific as to what they will do and then they DO IT! Facility is clean, bright, modern- and finished product shows it too. My latest work for them was done early too! And for less than they quoted! How many times does that happen? I hope to NEVER need body work again, but if I do Carlisle Auto Body gets the job!

Great work and they handle all the insurance company hassles. Honest and fair. "Unfortunately" I have been here more than I want i.e. a few accidents over the years but you have to go someplace ! ! Outstanding!They were also recommended by my insurance company.
