Charlie and Chris were great. I needed a last minute brake job after accidentally opening the brake fluid line on one of my wheels. They were very friendly and accommodating despite me making a last second appointment and Chris having just started his lunch break when I came in. They are great guys and I would recommend this location to friends and family.

Honestly worst place I have ever been! Had an appt for an oil change and my car wasn t brought back to work on for over an hr later. Told them I possibly had a leak with my coolant and I put a full bottle in 2 days before they filled it up and couldn t tell me how much they put in. Then when they put air in my tires he set it to 50 and it s only supposed to be at 36. I was there for 3 freaking hrs for something that would have taken 1 hr at any shop. I feel like the guy that worked on my car had nooo idea what he was doing

Follow-up from a sister store contact. The first point of contact nearby did not have the tire. They called ahead and this store waited for me to get there and quickly installed the wheel. The cost was reasonable, and everyone was pleasant. This should be the norm at every company, but sadly it's the exception in 2022. Thanks again #MonroBrakeTire for a wonderful experience.

Brought my girlfriends car and they diagnosed the problem, said it was an exhaust whatever, told her bring the car Friday gave her a 1300 invoice. her car was there for two days and they called her again saying they re missing one part which again, things happen whatever. yesterday she calls and speaks to yevgeny gorodentsev or Eugene to confirm she brings her car back today. After all is done we go to pick up her car and as she s ready to pay he says the final price is almost 2000 dollars so when i ask how is it 700 dollars he says labor blah blah lies to us saying a girl quoted her that price but they fired her today and the whole run around I ve been sick the last two days i got out the hospital every time my girlfriend has called this place he s always been the only one there and the onlyOne to pick up the phone, and to make it even crazier he says he s been working at this job for two weeks yet he s been a manager here for some time .DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN, THEY WILL TRY AND SQUEEZE EXTRA MONEY FROM YOU ANY CHANCE THEY GET AND LIE

That was a pleasant experience I ever had in my entire life of taking my Car to an Auto body shop to get it checked and fixed with a simple issue.My Prius had the rear tail light not working. I just drove my Car to this Center, the guy immediately checked and pulled my car inside the bodyshop fixed it and I got charged the minimum possible amount that I could ever imagine. All done in 10 minutes and I walked out with a great feeling.This is truly "Genuine way of doing business"- charge really for the "parts and true efforts", keep Customers happy, and let them keep coming again.The "Best ever pleasant experience", I would say!

Excellent service & customer service. I worked with Gladymir, the store manager. He came highly recommended. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He made sure all of the parts I needed for new brakes and rotors were ordered in a timely manner. They had my car up and running fairly quickly. I will definitely return to Monro s for future services.

I took my car to the Canton facility and needed 1 high end tire which is about $300. Service manager said he'd have the tire in a few hours and call me. A few hours later he called and said he was delivered the wrong tire and service would slip until the next day. Not great but OK. Next day he calls and said that the tire was there so I immediately went there for the install. The new tire just happed to be laying around so I looked at it and discovered is was the lower end of the Michelin tire that I asked for and that he quoted to me. The tire that he was about to put on my car was $100 cheaper that he was going to charge me. This place tried to rip me off and were caught because I looked at the tire. When questioned about this switch the service manager said the other tire (the one I wanted) wasn't in stock. Be careful...

This location has gone down hill since the last manager left. It used to be a really good shop. Now your lucky if you don't leave with more problem than the ones you came with. Went there for an oil change, tire rotation and coolant. First of they threw away the plastic bottom part of my vehicle that covers the oil pan, my tire sensor is not working properly when it was working 100% to previously dropping it off. The coolant machine wasn't working. The tech that worked on the car didnt even bother to reset the oil light.The tech also took my key home and had to wait two hours for him to take his sweet time to get back to the shop. This shop has no reliable manager or staff. Then you point out an issue about their work and they don't want no responsibility in the matter. I would honestly stay away from this location till they can figure out their staff and get properly trained associates into the shop or just drop it off somewhere else that cares about your vehicle and is going to take good care of it. If they can't properly take care of the business and tools they use everyday, I don't see why they would care about anyone's vehicle. Just walking into the place is a mess and very unorganized. Just pay a lil more somewhere else where they would treat your car the way they should, because it deserves it.

The store manager Gladymir Rivera- is a total scam!My car engine light was blinking. Autozone gave a code cylinder 6 misfiring . This is the closest mechanic.I called and reported the diagnostic code, asking if he was able to fix it, he said yes. Then I asked if he has the spark plug and ignition coil for the brand of my car, he said yes.So I brought my car to this store, being the closest one.he ran a diagnostic, says my car need a tune up . When I asked what s the problem, your car need a tune up . When I asked how to fix the problem, your car need a tune up . So I asked him what is a tune up , he said we will check on everything, and replace everything . When I pointed out that it s only one cylinder problem, he insisted that the code does not pinpoint where the issue is, and some stores just want to give you a code and sell you stuff. (How ironic if you read on )3 hours later, he told me, the problem has not resolved. We tried to save you some money and installed some whatever parts, but they did not work. now we need to order OEM parts , which will be delivered the next day! At this point, I decided to leave.This manager lied about 3 things: 1, he doesn t know how to fix this problem but he pretended he did. 2, he did not have the relevant parts even though I specifically asked prior to making the appointment. 3, he tried to scam me even when I told him not to proceed further as I plan to tow my car to local dealership. He said the OEM parts were already ordered for me!He even said, it s more expensive at the dealership.So I towed my car to local dealership. Local dealership ran a diagnostic on my car, told me: these parts were not original, they will not be able to ran proper test until the after market parts are removed and replaced by original parts!The local dealership did not charge more than the above scam manager at all, and guess what, once they re replaced, the problem resolved!The above scam manager created a bigger problem, then tried to coerce me into more repairs!Please do yourself a favor, stay from this store!

Went in for an oil change and talked with the manager Thomas and was describing problems with my car and he took the time to diagnose my car to let me know that I was having engine trouble. He and his crew were able to fix the problem in no time before I needed to head to work.Highly recommend coming here. The atmosphere is great especially with taking the time for new car owners like myself. Am definitely coming back for all check ups. Thanks again guys

Monro Auto Service Center and Tire Centers replaced my front rotors and break-pads on my vehicle incorrectly. In addition, I waited about five hours for my vehicle. After picking my vehicle up a loud noise from the front wheels began to sound. I drove back to the Canton, MA Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers to inform the manager. I informed the manager the vehicle front right wheel is making a loud noise. He told me I was incorrect and the noise is coming from the rear. The noise began to sound louder and my breaks did not work accurately. I had to drop my vehicle at my own mechanic and spend an abundant amount of money on ubers to and from work for a week. My mechanic found the issue, Monroe Canton location installed my breaks/rotors incorrectly and damaged the thread connected to the caliper bolts. I went back to Monroe and the manager refused to return my money and was very difficult. The manager could not even explain why the mechanic damaged the thread on the bolt connected to the caliper. The manager reported he has to speak with a manager above his position about a refund. On this date Monday September 26, 2022, the manager called me back and reported I cannot receive a refund. This is totally unacceptable, I called cooperate and solve it channel 7. I spent $600 to have my mechanic replace the break-pads, rotors, and calipers on my vehicle. I highly recommend going to a more professional environment.

With the new management, below zero service and customer service. 2 times came here he made me wait more than 30 minutes. And at the end said futuristic price (592$) for one prius axle. Which is 95$ part and 1 -1.5 hour labor. Second time i came waited again, he is staying in front of me , but just don t talk to me. And said wait a little. While doing nothing. And then doubled price for the thing i asked before another manager Mike( asian guy. ) we had good relationships with mike. After this new guy Nothing. Recommend to stay away from this unprofessional guys.

I stopped in yesterday for an oil change and replacement windshield wipers. Danny was at the desk and was very polite, friendly and informative. I've been there before and always receive great service. This shop is my go-to for service on my vehicle. Thank you to Danny and the crew. Never any pressure and I trust them to help me make informed decisions.

Mike was super helpful and replaced our flat tire efficiently! Such a great experience and he was always willing to explain anything wrong with our vehicle. If we re ever back in Canton, we ll definitely come back!

I was on my way home on the highway and noticed my tire pressure light on. I stopped by at Monroe canton location. Needless to say a had a very big screw in my rear tire. Even with the covid 19 pandemic going on. I got great friendly courteous service. The mechanic not only fixed my tire,he also checked the other tires for proper psi. All at no charge! I told the mechanic, that by his good gesture, this location has my future business and,I certainly will tell my friends about the Monroe Auto in Canton ma. Thanks!

I went to Monro in Canton on 12/17/18 and I must say Shawn Hudson made sure I had everything I needed for my car. I called and the same day Shawn was able to get me in for an oil change. Ethan Jones was the person to take care of my car and he did an awesome job and I was not waiting for long. I definitely recommend Monro in Canton! Everyone was very polite!

I had an amazing experience at Monro.Anthony at the front desk who helped me to SAVE MONEY all the way to my special assistance from DANNY who made it his PRIORITY to give me peace of mind with my car issue. I appreciate the service the help and the encouragement that helped me to be empowered to trust the process.LADIES......Being a woman with car issues going to repair shops can be uncomfortable... Not knowing if you are being treated fairly and just. I can say they took great care of me and my truck.....they gave me advice and guided me on how to save . To the point and honesty spoken without a hidden agenda is something I will advocate! 5 STAR EXPERIENCETHANK YOU DANNY & TEAM FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORKGOD BLESS YOU!

I used to get my repairs and maintenance regularly when Ed was the manager, but it's horrible customer service now. The Manager, Thomas, was out and the Assistant Manager, Cesar, tried to help but did not know how to process my repair. He called his cousin to come to the store.The cousin looked at my receipts to tell me I had no warranty. He condescendingly pointed out that I initially declined it (which is correct) by saying "look where it says declined." However, he didn't notice the line item where I paid the next day. I could have easily told him "look where I paid," but chose to be nice. He then made no acknowledgment of his mistake and began processing the repair. Meanwhile, Cesar asks "what's it going to be?" twice throughout this process without giving me access to my own information. There were no other customers in the store. The cousin also refused to identify himself even though he was making the decisions.I would suggest not doing business at this branch. They got the last cent they'll ever get from me.

I've gone to Monro twice now, and both experiences have been great. The team has been able to fit me in without an appointment, and made sure my car is taken care of quickly and thoroughly. I will continue to go back and have them work on my vehicle!

Danny, the store manager was great! I originally had an appointment with the Monro in stoughton at 5pm, I had to call to try and switch my appointment to 730am when they open. I was on 5% and explained the situation, since I have a far commute to work. They were unable to accommodate. I called Monro in Canton right after, and Danny told me to come in right when they opened and took care of my car right away. They have great customer service here and have a very welcoming staff. I will be coming back for all of my future car needs.I definitely recommend this location over stoughton, they are not too far from each other either so it makes the switch that much easier!

My significant other's car caught a flat this morning and, after a horrible 5 hour wait from roadside assistance, we werelooking for a place to get the tires changed. We needed the tire change today, but many places were booked. As I was getting ready to give up hope, we called Monro in Canton and were greeted by Sean. He was so helpful in accommodating us. We actually couldn't make it to the original time,(blame roadside assistance) but Shawn was able to push back the appointment for us. When we finally got in he was very thorough with our options asking us what we wanted. It never felt like he was trying to sell us on anything, but what was actually needed. He was fast and efficient, will definitely be back.

Shawn was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I showed up when the shop opened and he got right to work and replaced my tire and wheel for me. I was on my way in ten minutes. There have been several management changes here over the past few years. I hope Shawn is there next time I need service.

Shawn and David were awesome! I had gone to a place to fix my tire and they couldn t remove it. But I came to Monro Canton and Shawn and David fixed my tires without collecting a dime! These guys are fantastic! Please visit their shop at Canton and they will give you the best service!

New Management in this location, Gladymir the New Shop Manager, took the time to explain in detail how a problem is cause and the diagnosis of it. Knowledge and having some one explain things that makes since to ordinary people in real time is very appreciated, especially to someone who has no understanding how a mechanical vehicle works and operates. His personality is something the customer service field is lacking. Kudos to Monro for employing such candidate. Good luck to you Mr Gladymir. You gain this customer AGIAN!

Booked my car in for a 930 appointment for a change over of 4 tires, winter to summer rubber. Had the tires, just needed to be swapped.Received confirmation that the appointment was all set. Arrived on time and the manager told me there would be a slight delay of a few minutes because he was short staffed.I waited 40 minutes and still my car was not in a bay to be seen. I asked for the keys back because I had an appointment at 1030 I couldn't be late for, hence why I had booked it in and made an early appointment - to avoid this.The manager told me it would have taken at least 90 minutes to do the change.I left and took it to another Monro Franchise. They had me in and out with 30 minutes.I can accommodate the things that affect a business but I can't accommodate the dishonesty about it.

Save your $$$ go to the dealership my car wasThere for a balance since the dealership was very busy and I just left there after having work done I just needed to get my tires balance 1 week goes by and I m back there because these kids fail to do the job car is vibrating at high speed next thing I know at 75,000 my car needed cv joint never in any of my car did I replace these the manger tell me after not charging me for dia I need cv Joints the said his tech that has been there for 30 years said that meanwhile the tech look like they are 20 lol mean while I know about care and I felt they lied 100% to my face SAVE YOU THE HEADACHE AND GO TO A TRUSTED PLACE DON T WASTE YOUR TIME PLACE SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN

Ed (store manager) was very welcoming and took me in right away. I had already been turned away from 2 other places at 7:30 in the morning. They were quick, very pleasant and very helpful. I will definitely be back!
