BEWARE!! DISHONEST!! MUST READ!!. I am an autobody shop in Florida. a customer came in that had his car fixed at this facility. the hood and bumper were cracking and peeling as shown in attached photos. we tried to strip the hood to repair and found the hood had alot of bondo on it and needed to be replaced in order for us to do a good job and warranty our work. The customer stated the shop was supposed to replace the hood which is what the insurance company paid for. so apparently they kept the money for the new hood and fixed the old one. the customer contacted the shop and they agreed to pay $2000.00 for the repair, which i thought was nice of them to do so, and the right thing. we called the shop and they made the $2000.00 payment over the phone. well 2 months later they dispute the charge and told their credit car company that they did not authorize the charge. now i am disputing this but as of right now i am out of my $2000.00 and ELI seems to be dodging my calls and not trying to make this right. Sounds like they are a little desperate to take $2000.00 back from a legit transaction with another business. as a business man i would never operate that way. i wish i could put negative stars.

Great shop with great service. I had some bad experiences with other places around that would charge an arm and a leg for minimal work and would do work not authorized. Nothing like that at Canton Auto Services and Auto Body. They always work to get the best deals on parts they need and have been very up front about everything. I had to deal with an insurance nightmare from an accident recently and they were very helpful the entire way through that too. I wouldn't go anywhere else at this point.

We've been coming here for the better part of 20 years. They have always been so customer service oriented. They've done amazingly great work. They are exceedingly, honest. And we will keep on bringing our cars back.

Eli and his staff are amazing. They are always so friendly and welcoming. Eli doesn't mess around. He is fast and fair with his pricing. My parked car was hit recently. Eli did the body work and surprised me with a full detail and wax upon pick up. Can't recommend this place enough.Services: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes

Eli and his team did an amazing job in fixing my car both exterior painting and interior mechanisms. They go out of the way to make the customers happy and I'm truly impressed by their commitment and dedication towards their work. I originally thought that maybe they were just nice to me, but on observing them dealing with other customers while waiting in the wait area, I realized they give the same amazing service to every customer. All the years I dreaded going to car mechanics but this shop changed my mind. Now they are going to be a default place to go for all my car troubleshooting needs. My recommendation to anyone trying to fix a car - if you are looking for a all in one shop - exterior dents, mechanical problems or simply car detailing at reasonable prices, please give them a chance. I have taken my Jeep Liberty a couple times now and let me tell you the service here is above and beyond! Eli and his team are so helpful and thorough in what they do. I do not trust anyone other than Eli to tell me what is truly wrong with my car. Sullivan tire tried to tell me I needed 2 ball joints I went to see Eli and he told me the ball joints are completely fine! Being an honest auto body shop is a huge win in my book! Recently brought my car here and from when I walked in Eli took care of everything. I was in a accident and had a ton of front end damage. Eli dealt with my insurance company helped me get a rental kept in touch with me during the whole process. My car is perfect now! I went to Canton Auto Services & Auto Body after my most recent accident and Eli took great care of me. Didn't have to lift a finger - he communicated directly with my insurance and made all the arrangements to set me up with a rental car. I got my car back freshly cleaned and looking like new. It was an overall very pleasant experience and they clearly had my best interests in mind.

Eli and his team are the best! I have had the same trusted mechanic for 20 years, but when I recently moved to Canton, I had to find someone new. I found Eli by chance when I needed an oil change, and he has since done brakes, struts, and a timing belt for me. He does amazing work, and his prices are significantly less than going to the dealer. He is trustworthy and honest, and I am so glad I have a new mechanic that I can depend on. He even washed and vacuumed my car before I picked it up!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Oil change

I dropped my black 2015 Honda Accord at Canton auto services after a rear end collision and everything was perfect from drop off to delivery. Eli was great to work with, he took care of everything with the insurance, car rental, and any questions I had. I also had him fix an older dent on the car and the price was amazing. Definitely the best auto body shop around whether it is for quality, budget, convenience (one-stop shop!), and time. Highly recommend and will take my car there for all other services.

I can't recommend this body shop enough!!!! Eli not only gave me impeccable service he was also there to help me understand the insurance world which can be super tough he was there to fight for me.My car came back looking and running brand spanking new after an accident that almost totaled it. Everything was easy with Eli and I was supported in every step of the way. Eli was highly recommended to me from a friend and I am so happy I used his shop. Eli and his crew are highly professional, they do not take short cuts, detail orientated, excellent workmanship, and they even detailed my car before delivery which was extremely nice. Eli was so concerned that my car came out perfect that he put more work into my car and he refused to take extra money. Eli stuck to the initial estimate. I have been coming to Eli for almost one year for all auto issues and must say he and his team are professional, and passionate about the job they do. I recently had my car fixed for a bumper replacement and his quote was lower than the other Auto repairs I checked with. The entire crew did an amazing job. I highly recommend Canton Auto Services

Eli and his team have done an amazing job taking care of everything from small scratches to full accident body repairs. They handled all the details with insurance and even gave us a loaner car for the duration of the work. Each time I picked up my car, whatever they touched looked like new. I even sent my parents there to have work done on their car. I highly recommend Canton Auto Service.

The last thing I wanted to do during this Pandemic was get my car repaired after being rear ended. Thankfully Eli made the process easy! He was so kind and made sure I knew everything that was going to be done. He walked me through the entire process and communicated directly with my Insurance company. This not only made me feel valued as a customer, but also took a lot of the stress and anxiety away from the situation. I was able to concentrate on working instead of dealing with the insurance company. Not only did my car look brand new when I picked it up, but it was also ready 1 day earlier than expected! The inside was even cleaned - complementary! I cannot say enough great things. If you hesitant do not worry you are in good hands, I will definitely be back in the future if I need more work or an oil change! Very impressed!

Eli and his team were great, my fianc� and I were having brake troubles and they let us bring the car in after hours and leave it over night to be worked on first thing in the morning. Eli didn t try to pressure us into anything we didn t need and was very reasonable with his pricing. I m a 23 year old woman who just recently moved to the area. My Hyundai needed the front brake pads replaced and found this place via google maps. It had good enough reviews so I dropped off my car and after an hour, they said that my car needed front pads and rotors, timing belt repairs, a new battery, an oil change (after I just got one 3 months ago) and my rear brake pads and rotors needed to be completely replaced. I knew this was odd because I had just replaced my rear brakes and rotors in July 2021 (so not even a year old). I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion and they advised that my rear brakes were completely fine. They were definitely trying to take advantage of me. Giving 1 star because the work on my front brakes was good but it was pricey and they were trying to get me to pay for more repairs. Very disappointing.

Eli and his team were fantastic taking care of our car after our Subaru was rear-ended. He made the process painless-- organized a rental car for us, handled the insurance claim, and delivered our repaired car back in record time. If you are looking for honesty, humanity and true transparency in auto body place, look no further than Canton Auto Services and Auto Body!I first brought my car in to get an inspection sticker renewed, which is when I first met Eli and his team.A couple months later, when I got into my first auto accident, Eli not only fixed the dent and damage above my left wheel expertly but also matched the paint perfectly (I have a VW Beetle in Candy White).Eli also helped me navigate the next steps on what to do as well as providing me with solid advice on how to work with my insurance provider. During a time of great stress (I had a lot of other personal things going on in my life at the same time), it was a huge relief to know that I was doing the right thing and that my car was going to get the best care possible. His guidance was invaluable.I should also mention that Eli has a huge heart as well---patient, communicative, understanding and just an all around wonderful guy during all of our interactions. He went WAY WAY above and beyond to help me out during a very emotional and difficult time in my life and his kindness and empathy is something on a personal level I will never forget.If you are looking for top notch service in the Canton area, I really cannot recommend the team over at Canton Auto Services & Auto Body highly enough! I was experiencing an unusual noise while driving my car so I took it here to get looked at. They accommodated me right away and identified the problem within a couple minutes. They also let me know my brakes were getting close to needing replacement, and quoted me at a very fair price for all the work to be done. Within 3 hours I had new brakes, rotors, and the noise issue I was experiencing was also resolved! Overall great service and very friendly and accommodating employees. I will be using Canton auto services in the future!

i got on an accident with my honda. my sister recommended this shop to me because she got good service before. Eli was really nice and helpful. He offered me a cheap car rental while he s fixing my car. the fixing took a little longer than expected but he did not made me pay for almost half of the car rental which is really nice. He also waxed/shine the inside and outside of the car, it looks really clean. I would definitely recommend him to people who s in need for car assistance.
