An absolutely great experience!From "preordering" parts through to "rides." The tech writer was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. The repair time and costs estimates were very accurate. And after leaving, I could feel the improvement in my car.The dealer's entire staff are cordial and polite and the waiting area is neat and clean.I will return whenever necessary and I do recommend Cambridge Honda's service.

Anthony was wonderful! He was very helpful, clearly explaining what needed to be done and the process. He was pleasant and friendly. I greatly appreciated having Uber available to drive me home and pick me up when my car was ready.

I loved my experience here. First time buying from a dealer and Shiva the sales consultant was very patient with me and gave me what I wanted. The manager was also super helpful and helped me get a great financing offer, never felt rushed or pushed for something I didn t want. Their insurance broker Cora also helped me find a great insurance agency at a fair price. If you are looking to buy a new Honda vehicle please consider this location.

I've been taking my civic to Cambridge Honda for years. This latest time, I had just gotten back from a very long work trip and the car hadn't been serviced in over 6 months. I had only 48 hours before leaving town again, I was starting to get nervous about the car, and I called these folks to see if they could fit me in. Sure enough, they took care of me, because that's what they do, and looked at my car first thing the next morning. Full service: fluids, brakes, battery, filters, rotation, the works. It was affordable, they are such nice people, and they have tremendous knowledge and talent. I'm a full Honda convert now. You cannot put a price on piece of mind. I'm very grateful.

The service we received at Cambridge Honda has been top notch!! All service members in the Body & Auto shop are kind, friendly & helpful. We had two cars worked on - our own and family aunt s car. Cannot say enough about Jorge Oz - manager of the Auto Body shop.He was pleasant, kind, aware & understanding of our situation, He is prompt in calling you back, looks for the best value and is super helpful with any questions or problems that arise. He made the situation of getting the cars repaired so effortless for us. We appreciate his professionalism and would recommend him and Cambridge Honda for a job well done!

I was very happy with the service at Cambridge Honda. My car felt like it ran very smoothly after their service. I had fluids changed and new brakes. Customer service was great as well, friendly and accessible to ask questions and get my questions answered in a knowledgeable way.

Many options to choose from. Sales consultant Shiva is resourceful, thoughtful and professional. Roman helps move the paperwork and logistics effectively. The Manager provides sound judgment. All and all adds to a pleasant experience in spite of the anxiousness associated with making an important decision. I am happy and excited about my new car. Thanks to everyone at Cambridge Honda.

Great experience at Cambridge HondaVisiting Boston from NJ and needed immediate car repair.Joe in the Service Department was wonderful. Knowing I needed to get home to NJ, Joe advised me that the car could be fixed as soon as possible He kept in touch with me regarding the need to get the part shipped overnight from California, which delayed the repair by one day. In addition, I was advised of car issues that needs to be addressed by my local mechanic when I get home. Joe and the Service Department at Cambridge Honda made the best out of an unexpected car repair with the least amount of stress.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rubin, who is an exceptional honda associate. Rubin truly went above and beyond. Rubin took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, ensuring that they understood exactly what I was looking for in a car. Not only did he provide me with valuable insights and advice, but they also went the extra mile to research and recommend additional options that I hadn't considered. Throughout the entire process, he remained dedicated and committed to finding me the perfect car. Rubin s exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping others truly set him apart. I worked directly with Salem for the majority of my time when I went in to finance the car I have been leasing for the past couple years. I also worked with Roman toward the end of my appt to go over some final paperwork and financing/ownership details. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and respectful to work with. The experience would have been a 5-star experience if I (and family accompanying me during the appt) did not have a bitter interaction with one of the people (possibly higher up) working there. I don t even know his name, which is a red flag that he came directly talking to my face without introducing himself or going for a proper intro or a handshake (everything that you would expect from an expert sales person, or anyone to be honest). I think he was upset that we were discussing potential price decrease, saying there is no negotiation for the buyout price (understandable). He could have instead been a decent employee (or even worse if he was the owner) and explain and elaborate instead of increasing your voice at a customer. Anyway, if you go there, I highly recommend Salem and Roman!Shiva

I stopped in only to look at Honda hybrids. I had absolutely no plan to purchase one in the near future. By the end of the afternoon, Ruben had sold me one. Ruben is a great, respectful, low-pressure salesperson. I will send all my friends and family to him!

I bought for a new car from this dealership and the warranty covered up to 24,000 miles free oil changes and they wouldn t do the oil change because they said it has to be under 70 percent. I won t recommend buying a car from a dealership that can t hold up on warranty coverages.

This was my first time buying/leasing a car on my own and I was terrified I was going to have a negative experience or that I was gonna be taken advantage of. But I worked with Salem and had the complete opposite experience I anticipated. He was incredibly kind, professional, optimistic, and helpful. I got exactly what I wanted, got all of my questions answered honestly, and I couldn t be more thankful! I was in a bind and really needed a car. Honda is known for its reliability, and Honda Cambridge should be known for their care, hospitality, and kindness.

Very helpful service department (thanks to Glenn and Anthony especially). They were very attentive with my car, there was a bit of a complicated problem to diagnose and they called to check in at regular intervals and explained things properly. I will be going back.

Every aspect of my service was great! Shiva was very helpful, knowledgable and provided everything I needed to make the decision to buy the Honda Accord. He then was there to provide a tutorial and make sure I felt comfortable before leaving the dealership. Highly recommend him and Honda Cambridge.

We bought our first car from there and it was a great experience. Right from the get go everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Appreciated how the staff worked as a team.In particular we worked with Mike who was very professional, helpful, and friendly. He never pressured us into doing anything. He just gave us all the information we needed to help us make our decision. We had a direct line of communication with him throughout the entire process and I appreciated that.We will surely be going back here if we need another new car.
