Was robbed of 30 dollars yesterday after going to get a friend and head back to ct. Parked at pump one asked for 30 on pump one went out to pump and was only able to pump .08 cents, and they shut off the pump, so i pulled to pump 2. Went in the store and was told she put my gas on another pump and somebody pumped it already. Wasn't able to get my money or gas so i left will never go here again and will be reaching out to the better business Bureau to write a formal complaint about poor service and poor attendant attitude towards the customers.

Always have broken gas pumps. Always have to wait for the attendant to turn pump on never at the controls inside If there ever was a fire you would have to wait for the extinguisher to go off

A gas station just before the rotary as you head out of town. Super was a bit pricey, but it is expected at a bridge gas station.

Rude store leader Nancy was basically yelling at me when it s your machine that was down not sure how that s my fault. Talking to me in a very rude manner in front of other customers definitely won t be back

My visit here was two fold. First, needed gas on the way home to Connecticut. Second, find a Speedway that had an Amazon gift card. I had recently redeemed it with my points. I had been to three other Speedway in Ny and Ct with no luck. This particular Speedway delivered in every way. Conveniently located on our travel path. The gas prices were the cheapest I had seen in Cape Cod. More importantly, they had the Amazon gift card.After filling up, I proceeded to go inside. The inside attendant was changing the garbage on my way in and I asked him if he had Amazon gift cards. He directed me to the area with gift cards. They had a huge selection, I couldn t find it. When he was done, he came over and showed me exactly where it was and handed it to me. Great customer service from Jacob. He was courteous and friendly. If I lived in Cape Cod, I would definitely be a regular at this Speedway.

Most inconvenient gas station I've ever used. Pulled in and all the "left" side pumps were occupied. So I pulled around and tried to use the "right" side of the pump, but with the front of my car facing the road. The cashier cancelled my credit card authorization, and said she wouldn't authorize any transactions unless my car was facing the building. They were a one way facility. Their lot has plenty of room for cars to enter from either direction, and parking spaces all over, so there is no need for this absurd rule. I only got a couple of gallons as I was desperate and the traffic was bad, but I will never go back.

Staff very friendly and outgoing. Gas is the cheapest around also. If you want to get dunkin donuts you need to go in the drive thru. If prepaid cards is your thing, they got racks of them to choose from. But I never really looked at the food or snacks tell the truth.

As I was getting gas an older gentleman pulled up next to me facing the wrong direction. He tried to fill up his car but they wouldn't turn the gas on because he wasn't facing the correct direction he couldn't hear them talk over the speaker. When I went in and told the attendant that they couldn't hear him he told me that they were just ignoring him they always do. When I reiterated that he literally had no idea he was being talked to he kept your telling me that they're ignoring him and could not care less as a matter of fact told me have a nice day and walked away from me.

If I could rate this place less than one star I would. They have four or five gas pumps facing One Direction. I pulled in and the guy would not let me pump my gas and came over the loudspeaker and told me to turn my car around however he let somebody stay at the pump and block one of the pumps to go in and get Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. You can t have rules in place like this when people are trying to get gas. Worst service

Horrible. I stopped in to get gas about 5:30 am. I was the only customer in the store. The man at the counter was very rude. Trying to rush me . He was aggressive and combative. I took back my cash and went elsewhere. I wonder if Speedway see these consistently bad reviews for this dump?

All the pumps that pumped on the side of the car with the gas cap were full, so I drove around to an open pump and they refused to let me gas up complaining about my going the wrong way - why don't I go the right way and wait forever behind someone parked at the pump to go inside and browse? I left immediately to gas up on Main Street and saved $2.20 on my fill up!!!! I should thank them for being rude!!!! Excessive micromanagement is toxic.

We only stop here when leaving from visiting my pregnant daughter and our grandson on the Cape heading back to NH because it has the cheapest gas until we hit the NH border. The people posting that the one way pumping is ridiculous are just overwound and need to learn how to deal. If this is the worst thing to bother you, you have issues. As far as going into the store, we carry food and drinks with us to avoid confrontations of any kind during a pandemic.

I usually go there 3-4 times a week to fuel my work truck and this morning one of the clerks stopped my pump because I had stepped into my vehicle while the gas was pumping. I asked him why it was stopped and processed to raise his voice and tell me if I don t want to follow the rule the door is there while he points at the door. Just thought this was very unpleasant and unprofessional experience because he could ve told me what was wrong and I could ve stood by the pump like he wanted me too but instead he had this terrible attitude and threatened to call my boss when I asked about a receipt. Will not be taking my business there anymore

Just left the Speedway in Bourne. I was facing the wrong way at the pump so I find out when I pressed help that this was the issue with not being able to get gas. The guy in the store came out and smashed the one way sign screaming at me. I was appalled. So I moved the car to go the corrrct way and he wouldn t let me get gas. Very scary situation.

Poor 1 way pumping policy ... waited 13 minutes to pump gas. Only 3 pumps are the ones which cater to most cars. Came in here this AM 2 trucks blocking 2 pumps. 3rd pump 6 car deep.

I apologize for the mean description of the lady but I am unfamiliar with her name. She is a heavier set woman with red marks on her face. She does not allow you to pump your gas with the new legal clips that let you pump hands free and purposely shuts your pump off until you hold it.

Worse customer service. I wanted to throw something in the trash and manager came running out of the store and made me take my trash with me. He turned the pump off on my husband and started yelling at him. Incredibly rude. I m a resident of the Cape and would not recommend stopping here again.

I honestly never thought I'd write a bad review for a gas station, but damn, this place is a mess. Took us 20 minutes and a lot of jumping through hoops just to pump some gas.

Horrible customer service. Was going there every morning for a while. No more, guy there is so rude, and he yells at customers. I'll just drive another 60 seconds to the station a the rotary from now on.

While in the store, the man working the counter constantly complained about the store, customers...and then we heard him making condescending remarks about us after we walked away.

Worst place ever to get gas, employees are rude, and the traffic pattern to get gas is Asinine. Mobil 200yrds down the street is way better.

Very rude talking on the phone while waiting on customers. Could even tell me if Dunkin donuts had a bathroom or not. I don't know I'm not Dunkin donuts.... Seriously

while in the middle of an atm transaction I was told very rudely I needed to leave the store because I have a medical condition and I can't wear a mask

Prices are only ok. Can't go in facing opposite way which is inconvenient if place is full.
