Dale is an awesome mechanic. He truly cares about you and your well being. When you don't have that reputable mechanic, it can be overwhelming when you need a repair, this is where we will go from now on. Glad we went here, highly recommend!

Dale and Chris are not only great mechanics vut they go above and beyond, two great guys I must say. I'll always bring my cars to them. Honesty and trust go a long way in my book.Not only did I gain some great mechanics I also gain some great friends.Thanks guys, for everything you do.

I hit a pothole on Cranberry highway, took a right on Onset. I quickly realized my back tire was going flat. Looking for a place to safely change the tire I luckily found Lacasse.Dale came out and changed my tire to the spare donut. (I am an amputee, missing my right leg.) I ordered a tire and returned two days later. Settling the bill I noted he neglected to charge me for the changing of the flat. I asked him redo the invoice and charge me appropriately. No charge Steve he replied, glad I could help. Please note he did not know me, this was my first visit to the shop.We had just moved to Wareham that week. In the past year I have been back to Lecasse 4 or 5 times for oil changes, tires, small repairs. I always make an appointment, every time Dale and his staff did a professional job, done on time and on at the price quoted.Today I dropped off my wife s Corolla. Just a laundry list of small repairs. I asked him to look around and see if anything else needed attention. Two hours later he called and suggested a few items, Battery and wiper blades. Of course I had them done. The job was done earlier than his estimate, including the extra items. The bill was more than fair for the work done. Mary tells me the car is again perfect.I can t say enough about the quality of service I have received from Dale and his staff. Add in the great communication going hand in hand with customer service. Lastly Dale goes out of his way to accommodate my special needs due to my amputated leg. I never asked, he just helps when necessary.I no longer give any consideration of any other provider when an auto repair is needed. I just call Dale at Lacasse. I know I ll get the correct Diagnosis, and any other recommendations the staff notes. The price will be fair. I love the team here and Dale and Chris always put their customers first. I love that they're reliable and dont try to scam people. I trust them and will not go anywhere else.

We don't go anymore, seams every time any member of the family goes their he brakes something. Get costly, go elsewhere . Not competitive prices. Having Marc own it I see why.
