Meric and the entire team at G and S were outstanding to work with and were extremely patient with me as I purchased my first brand new boat. Meric took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me and my wife with a fantastic sea trial and demonstration. We could not be happier with our purchase or with this experience. I will be bringing my boat back to G and S every year for service and all of my boating needs. I cannot recommend G and S more.Thank you!

I bought a new center console from G&S this year (Nautica Star 2017) and love the boat. I have had a few minor issues that G & S has quickly responded on and repaired. They even washed my boat down one day after I had been out in it. I would so far give service a 5 stars. But the minor manufacturer issues has lost an overall star. I recommend them.

I have been working with Meric regarding my upcoming new boat purchase. My wife and I have been looking at lots of boats a from different companies. In all over our interactions Meric was kind, honest, and professional. This was the impression we had with him upfront in person as well as through the phone/email. We have had a large range of experiences with different people in the boat industry all over New England over the past couple of months, ranging from downright appalling to amazing. Our experiences with G and S Marine have been at the very top of this and has made a Nautic Star one of our top choices for a new boat for many reasons but one of the largest has been our experience with the staff.

In preparing my home for hurricane Henry I realized I had forgot to take the covers and cushions off of my boat. I went down to the marina and found somebody from G & S Marine and taking care of it. That s just a little example of the service I ve received at G&S marine over the past 12 years Well done G&S and thank you

Had a great experience with Meric from here. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Can't go wrong with G&S Marine, they really care about their customers. Don't hesitate!

I had my Mercury outboard motor serviced here. Guys were great and I was grateful for the fast turn around time. Unfortunately when I called back to ask a question about paperwork I spoke with a women by the name of Susan and I was applaud by the way she spoke with me. She is the rudest condescending representative of a company I have ever spoke with. I will not bring my motor back there and would caution anyone who is looking for service or a boat to stay away. It is unfortunate that one person has to ruin my opinion of a business however my phone conversation was that off putting.

Very impressed with Jason in service!!! Had an accident and Jason kept me in the loop daily on progress and expected completion date. He got me back in the water within 1 week!!!!!!!

I have been boating for the past 40 years and consider myself a knowledgeable boat owner.I own a 25 ft Nautical Star boat purchased from G&S marine at theBoston boat show several years ago. I found Mr Bacchiocchi very knowledgeable about his products , but more importantly spent the time necessary for me to feel comfortable enough to purchase the boat. I later met with sales manager Merrick, who along with company manager, Susan, also helped me through the paperwork, titling, trade in and insurance all in a friendly professional manner. I met with service manager, Chris, and Gary who helped me hire a canvas person who did a great job.However, I was most impressed when I arrived at my boat on Memorial Day with some family members, looking forward to a day of fishing and found that the GPS/Fishfinder was not functioning properly. Mr. Bacchiocchi was driving by and saw the look on my face. He stopped and ask me if he could be of assistance. After trying to repair the problem for quite sometime, he requested an hour to fix the problem. I returned to find a new GPS/Fishfinder installed by the G&S' s owner, himself. He earned my gratitude, respect and business for the foreseeable future.Ralph Malin
