Absolutely horrible service, very disappointed! There were going to fix a hinge simple repair, right ? 2 days turned into 2 weeks!! I got it back in worse condition than when I dropped it off I won t be returning, this place is a disaster! Rude obnoxious hacks

Every time I have had an issue with my computer Tim and his team has always been there to help at a fair price! Tim did birthday invitations for me one year they were fantastic and not expensive! They are knowledgeable and good at what they do!

I've been there 3x. 1st time was excellent(cell phone help) 2nd time wasn't good (desktop computer help) charged me $75 for less than 3 minute wrong key push. 3rd time (laptop computer repair) $75 to tell me he couldn't fix it. 10 minutes wait. Attitude beyond belief. I'd never ever go back. NEVER.

Brought my desktop computer in due to repeated blue screen crashes, it is now functioning normally again and i have had no further blue screen crashes since. Was provided recommendations on additional measures i could take to improve my PC's health. Recommended.

My laptop decided to type the same symbol infinitely as I was on a short deadline preparing a booklet for a non-profit. Nooooooo!!!!They offered me a loaner and got my ALL FIXED laptop back to me 5 days later! Exceptional Service!!! I couldn't be happier!

A had a small problem the other day with my computer. I brought it down to Tim. He was able to fix it in minutes.Days before my phone had died. They were unable to repair it, While there I also bought Aa new phone. These guys are awesome!! I highly recommend them for all repairs and questions

I found both Tim and Tim to be trustworthy in the advice they gave me on the repairs to my cell phone and daughter's computer. They were clear from the beginning of the costs and the time and the entire experience was professional. Will definitely return to them for any other cell or computer issues again in the future and will recommend my friends to do the same!

What a Monday. First thing 8am i start my work week off with my computer not starting up. 9am i was outside the store and met by Tim. In less then 3 hours Tim had my computer and company back up and running at a more then reasonable price. He honestly saved my worked week. I never noticed how dependent I was on one little laptop.These guys are absolutely professional and it was refreshing seeing one small business helping another.I will defiantly be back!

Wow. Great find for quick & professional iPhone repair. My go to place going forward. I visited the store this week to get my mom s iPhone 6, and Tim the tech was awesome. Replaced the screen in about 10 minutes. He did such a good job, I decided to replace the battery on my iPhone. Tim even offered fresh strawberries while I waited! Phones r working great, and based on how many iPhones in the family, I m sure I ll be back soon

Any time in the last few years I have had an issue with a machine, I have called upon CCN and its owner and received comprehensive and knowledgeable, quality services.Recently I had multiple device issues which necessitated a reliable and efficient service. My brand new laptop began having an issue I was unable to troubleshoot. After spending hours and multiple days on and off the phone with the manufacturer, I decided to enlist the help of the guys at CCN to double check my issues. Upon discovering that there was an issue with my motherboard, I was happy when employees mentioned that perhaps I may have a warranty available to cover this issue on a very new machine. Still, they were able to recover all of my extremely important documents before I sent the machine away to be fixed.In addition to this, I had been sitting on an old hard drive that I have been informed previously- may or may not have been able to recover from due to the damage. Unfortunately, I had known for years it needed to be sent away to a sterile facility to access extraction. I personally was met with great news, but more importantly, beyond exceptionally affordable pricing for such a service to be offered.

Timothy was super friendly on the phone and gave me options for fixing my phone screen. Saved me over $70, part came in quicker than expected and had it fixed within 20 min of dropping it off. I'd recommend him to anybody.

My lap top crashed over a year ago. I brought it to Geek Squad because I wanted to retrieve the information on it before I had the hard drive replaced. They plugged it in for 5 minutes, told me they couldn't retrieve anything and it would cost $600-$1000 to do it. I brought it to Tim at CCN, and was AMAZED with his perseverance. He kept and worked on my lap top for 3 days, worked very hard to retrieve every single thing from lap top. He kept me updated with the progress and he did not give up! He did everything he could think of to get that information. And he did. He replaced my hard drive and set my lap top back up for me. And it all cost under $300! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone who has any kind of computer issue!

Highly recommend Tim in phone repair - extremely courteous, professional, and quick. Running a million errands i stopped by to drop off my galaxy s7 for LCD repair, he not only did it same day, he also dropped it off to me on his way home. 6/5 Stars.

DO NOT GET YOUR COMPUTER FIXED HERE. I tried to go to CCN to support local business and get a more personalized experience but was extremely disappointed in the quality and customer service here. The problem, which I did not know at the time of bringing my computer in, was my computer screen broke, the optics in the screen were fried so it appeared that my computer would not turn on. After taking it to CCN they suggested I buy a new charger, which I did, although that did not fix anything. Upon looking at it again they determined, correctly, that I needed a new screen. As I needed my computer back for work ASAP I agreed for them to fix my screen for roughly $500. They fixed my computer and it worked correctly, for ONE MONTH. I was living in Boston when it broke a second time and took it to another shop to get it fixed again ASAP, this shop which is an Apple affiliate informed me that CCN installed a 3rd party knockoff Apple screen on my computer. This was extremely frustrating because I paid for the cost of a new Authentic Apple screen but got a knockoff screen that did not work.CCN did not inform me that I was paying for the cost of a brand new Apple screen but getting a knockoff screen (which ended up breaking in a month). I called to get a refund but since I went to another computer company CCN would not refund me. Why would I return to the same computer shop that could not properly fix my computer after the first two times I brought it into them? After returning to CCN in person for a final attempt at a refund I returned the third party screen they sold me for roughly $500 and they said they would try to contact the seller to get a refund. CRICKETS...It has been 8 months and I havent heard anything. They just want your money, they don't care about service or you. It is unfortunate to see such shady practices from a small business in a nice town. The computer department of CCN is very unprofessional and is not forthcoming about how they conduct operations. I am typing this review on my same computer that I tried to get fixed at CCN which I then had to bring to real computer professionals and it has worked fine since. For the reasons stated above, I would not get my computer fixed here or engage in any business with this shop.

my laptop was running slow after i would leave it running for months at a time so i brought it to them, having never been there before. brought it to these guys and they performed a system refresh (i think thats the right term for it) and they even cleaned up the outside of the laptop and fixed a broken button! my laptop is running great now. very professional, efficient service and they were very helpful with tips about antiviruses as well. they even humored me when i asked them to "show me" the work they had done because i had never used them before. this is the way it should be.

I have had the good fortune of utilizing the services of Computer Consulting Networks in Buzzards Bay, MA when my computer and/or printer have decided they were the "boss" and refused to perform in the manner I requested. Tim has come to the rescue each time. It's a wonderful feeling to know that if it's not working now, it will definitely be up and running once he has performed whatever service was required, and it's doe with a smile. My laptop stopped working and I thought I lost all my pictures and files etc. I took my computer to Tim and he saved the day!! He went above and beyond! My computer is fixed and I have all my pictures and files and running perfect!! Very professional and honest! I highly recommend them!

My experience with CCN was excellent. I had a serious problem with a 3 month old laptop which CCN was able to completely resolve on the same day. Their responsiveness showed a commitment to customer service not just customer revenue. This was a much better experience than any I have had with the big guys.

Tim was such a lifesaver because I thought my new phone was unfixable. I had jammed my SD card into the slot with the paper and without the tray. In no time at all, Tim took the phone apart, slid out the card from the slot, and gave me back my new phone fully fixed. When all other places told me I was out of luck, Tim was able able to do what the others said was impossible. Thank you for saving me!

Highly recommend Tim. Being new to the area I feel fortunate to have met and dealt with this business. Tim was extremely patient and kind as well as knowledgeable dealing with my issues. He always made time for all my questions and was beyond fair with charging me a minimal amount. The curb side customer service was very much appreciated. Thank you for all your help.

Five Stars to Computer Consulting Networks!My MSI GS63VR laptop was making frightening scraping-screechy sounds and my heart sank every time I thought that one of my 2TB SSD drives must be dying and that I would lose all my data anytime soon. So I ordered a Dell XPS 15, just in case. Then it occurred to me that perhaps I should have the MSI checked. So Google led to glowing comments about Tim, and GPS took me to Computer Consulting Networks.where I found Tim and Quinn. They said SSDs do not make noise and that one of the fans must be the culprit They ordered the part, then I took the laptop there, Quinn fixed it, and that awful noise was history.It was a great experience. Thank you!

Brought my laptop in because the power button was jammed and they took it apart immediately and was able to get inside and come up with a solution to the problem after my 3 year old had thrown it on the floor. I was satisfied with the service and had a good experience in the shop. I would return again if I needed any repair for my computer or phone.

Tim and his assistant who is named Tim Pickett they make a great team they will help you with all of your computer and phone needs..I willsay that you will not be disappointed with these two great people and their ability to fix any of your electronics..! Tim runs his business very professional! Are you found that Tim is very knowledgeable and finds the problem. I have over by many years dealt with other companies and have found Tim to be the best and price wise very reasonable. Again if you are looking for someone who really cares and knows about computers . Give Tim a call!

I brought a few computers into CCN with various issues. Girl behind the counter was very pleasant and the tech that was there was very knowledgeable!!!! The turnaround time was very reasonable and the work that was done was better than I expected!!! And I was pleasantly surprised with the cost. Very good work and they do not overcharge like I have been charged in the past!!!!

I feel the owner is honest and fair when I go in.The last time I was charged upfront $75 to spend less than <5 min to fix a simple program problem with my moms desktop. I probably could have figured it out myself in 3 hours. lol. I would still take anything I owned there and do rate it 5 stars
