We were so pleased, brought our truck in for an oil change and inspection sticker. They found a broken tail light and fixed it and then inspected for a pass. So nice to find folks that care about their customers!

Where to begin with this? First I want my one star back. This place is the worst. Everything people hate about used car sales is in this place. Ralph, the owner, will talk circles around you, lie, and not make things right that go wrong. My car that I paid cash and a trade for had problems hours after I purchased it. He never offered me a loaner or assistance with a rental. They inspected it and the check engine light went on. It should have never passed emissions. It was in and out of the shop, at the Kia dealership, and even another well known mechanic in town. I was told it s the O2 sensor, then the catalytic converter then not the catalytic converter then oh wait it is. Such a hassle. No part available for who knows how long. He said he d reverse the deal. Then he refused to honor his word. This guy is everything people hate about car dealerships. If you re desperate enough to buy a car from him get a pre purchase inspection from the dealership. After a month of being jerked around (being without a car, in and out of the shop, asking for rides, even walking) I sold my lemon to car max and took a loss. I m now in a car payment but at least I trust the dealership and the car. I will never do business with Ralph MacDougal again. Check his references on Yelp and other places. I m not the only one.

I would definitely recommend this business for your car repairs or used car sales needs. Was visiting relatives in Buzzards bay when I experienced some car trouble. Luckily was just a bad battery and they completed the job same day! I know I lucked out, but price was very reasonable and found the owners very friendly and trustworthy. Thank you again for making my day!

ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO HAVE YOUR CAR OR YOUR TRUCK WORKED ON CAPE. ALSO BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR STICKER. THIS PLACE WON'T LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU IF ANYTHING IS WRONG OR NEEDS TO BE FIXED. ASK FOR TONY

My whole family have been coming to Coastal Motors since we moved to the Cape 24 years. We have had services done as well as purchased cars and we have never had an issue. If something is not right they will make it right. They take their reputation very seriously and operate with honesty and integrity. I refer many people to them and will continue to do so.

I have had the best experience of coast motors. I bought my car three years ago and have brought it back for oil change and minor issues, they have always helped and gone above and beyond their service. I find it hard to believe people would complain about them as they are the best deal in town. This is my fifth car that I have bought from them, and always have been taken care of

WARNING TO COASTAL MOTORS CUSTOMERS!I purchased my truck from them the middle of may and brought it back to repair a few problems. The mechanic could not find the power steering leak and said that the undercarriage was to dirty (they just sold it to me) to be able to see it. I had to bring it back and crawl under it to show them the leak that I found in three minutes.They do not know how to service air conditioning and told me that the air was coming out cold enough. What they don't know is that I have been in the refrigeration business for 15 years and know that you need to check the pressures of the system to diagnose a problem. It has a leak and was low on refrigerant.Last but not least I have a shudder in my transmission that happens periodically. After three times back to them and a test drive that ended up my word against the mechanics they say there is no problem. I don't know what my next move is...PLEASE BE WARNEDCOASTAL MOTORS WILL SELL YOU A LEMON.COASTAL MOTORS WILL DENY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR VEHICLECOASTAL MOTORS HAS LAZY UNTRAINED MECHANICS

We have bought a few cars over the years, (us and for our kids), and have them serviced there. They are AMAZING!! Professional, honest and terrific mechnaics!! They were recommended to me about 15urs ago and wouldn't go anywhere else!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM COASTAL MOTORS IN BUZZARDS BAY!Bought a truck there in April of 2015. They "delivered" it to me with a good sticker. Never got a registration, they told me they would mail it to me. Ended up going back 4 times before trying to return the truck because it wouldn't pass emissions. I was told he bought it in Florida and drove it up here. I had it gone through by a gm tech day after I got it and he said it looked like it was in a flood. They knew they were selling me a lemon and hoped I wouldn't figure it out
