My car wouldn t start well on vacation. Oscar provided fast, efficient service. From a tow truck referral to diagnosing and repairing. Turn around time was unbelievable and price was very fair. Oscar went above and beyond and is hands down one of the best mechanics. Mike was also very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. Car troubles on vacation, far from home can be a very stressful situation. These guys made it a breeze. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I will never go to a different mechanic ever again! This place is a gem and Oscar is a friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. I ve brought my car here several times for a variety of different work and every time I ve had an exceptional experience. Also very affordable!

By far the best shop I ve gone to. Oscar does great work very friendly and knowledgeable. They have worked on all my cars since moving to the cape and will be the only place I bring my cars to in the future.

Great Service! Nice people! Awesome work! Good Pricing! Fast and friendly! Driving home from the Cape and my caliper froze on my car. I limped it into the Garage. The were able to get the part, fix it, and have me back on the road fast. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic.

OMG! Great customer service, fair, honest & hardworking - endless stars!! My husband's Honda CRV broke down on the Bourne Bridge, I googled repair shops in Bourne and immediately called Bay Village because of all the stellar reviews. Oscar fit us in despite not having it towed there until 9am. He immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and worked thru lunch so my husband could drive home that evening. We owe him lunch! If we didn't live 160+ miles away, Oscar @ Bay Village would be our go-to guy/place! For those that live nearby, you are so lucky!! Thank you, Oscar!!!

Hands-down best customer service ever. I dropped off my jeep to have a new engine done. A pretty big job as it was a hemi engine. Turnaround time was quick. Ran into some electrical issues a few days after I took it home. Made a phone call to the garage and within 10 minutes I had the owner and 2 mechanics at my house to take it and fix it free of charge. Great customer service. Trustworthy.

The guy that owns this place is awesome and the mechanic that worked on our car was fantastic. They are thorough, extremely professional with amazing value. We came here on a whim for a last minute service and they were so helpful.

I had a screw stuck in my right front tire. After filling it up twice a day I decided instead of continuing to put air in it I should have it repaired. I pulled into this service station with pretty much a flat tire hoping to have it plugged, because I did not want to have to replace a brand new tire. I met the owner John who was very pleasant and was able to have someone help me right away. Everyone was so pleasant, and turned a stressful situation for me into a great experience. I highly recommend!!

Needed to get a tire repair done, called Bay Village and he said to come down. Since I work right next to them I drove over and he started the fix right then! A friend of his was there and they were cracking me up! He was kind enough to do the repair for free and said I will need tires before winter, which I knew and agreed. He said to come back when I was ready for tires and I definitely will. Thank you sooo much!!!

These guys are great. My car had a busted fan and over heated and I live out of town. They got me back on the road as quick as possible. They were kind, fair and efficient.

I can only describe this place as a throwback to what I can imagine as "The Old Days". Full service gas is nearly unheard of nowadays and these guys do it right. Windshield washed, service with a smile, with competitively priced gasoline? I'll take it any day of the week.

Excellent service, good parts pricing, and quick turnaround! Yes, there are some other garages with good reputations but those places have customers out the door they are so busy. And not many are within walking distance .Needed new rear brakes (rotors and pads) for a Z71 Tahoe. Ability and tools to DIY but out the door WITH an oil change too for a good price and none of my knuckles busted. Thank you!! WILL be back in the future.

Tony was very helpful and would not take any money for making simple diagnosis. He only would charge to fix the car if it needed repair.

Nothing but problems at this gas station tried to give them $10 for gas and they told me to get $20 when I explained to them I didn't need that much they refused service. Very rude will not be back.
