Excellent HVAC contractor and company. I highly recommend Sam and his crew. Professional, polite, well-educated regarding heating and air conditioning, price point was lower than others, and the quality of work is superior. He answers all of your questions or concerns promptly, as well. Very happy client here, Sam!

We had a phenomenal experience with Bay Point- so good that I am writing this 2 minutes after they ve left! We had a ducted heat pump, minisplit (in basement) and electric hot water heater installed. Sam and his team are efficient, considerate and skilled. We have a 4 month old baby and they worked around her nap schedule and sleeping location changes and were so understanding and kind (I know we re a little crazy for doing this with a 4 month old in the house) Sam even helped us with the MassSave rebates! I would 100% recommend Bay Point.Service: Heating system installation

I decided to convert my house from gas heat to a heat pump due to the need to fix a faulty heating system and the desire to add AC to my 100-year-old home. Bay Point was just one of the 4 companies I called for quotes after having an energy audit from MassSave and learning about the great rebates on heat pumps. Sam came out and gave me the best quote by far (all the other quotes were for at least 10K more almost as if they were putting the rebate on top of their normal cost). He and his crew put a ducted mini-split system in our attic (new duct work and all) in 2 days. Then Sam came back to the house when we were available, to explain the system and the WIFI app that controls it. Great value and great service! Sam is even taking care of all the work involved in getting the rebates! (Oh, and he also worked with us to get the HEAT loan that was offered through MassSave.) Awesome job! If you have HVAC needs, Sam at Bay Point is the guy to call. We ditched our oil boiler and upgraded to mini split heat pumps and a new hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the process with Mass Save. Sam is honest, fair and clean with his work. Don't hesitate to call, he is a pleasure to work with and very responsive. 100% recommend Bay Point heating and cooling. We look forward to working with Sam for our future needs.

I had multiple quotes for a new Mimi Split home heating/ cooling system. Sam s was the best and his team was great in the installation phase of this project. Very happy that I used Bay Point Heating and Cooling for my project! If you are looking for this type of service I highly recommend them.

Sam and his team did an outstanding job. Best estimate, best plan, executed on time and on budget. Whole home ductless system, two outdoor and 7 indoor units. I highly recommend you talk to Sam before any HVAC project.

During inspection we had our 32 year old boiler fail this summer. We also had an issue with a slow leak on our central AC which used R-22 which put the age of that unit towards End of Life as well.We went to MASS SAVE and had the assessment done and qualified for a rebate. We decided to replace the boiler and water heater with a combi unit and the central AC with a heat pump and an additional split system for the downstairs. When Sam from Bay Point came out he represented his company very well and gave us a great quote.All of the guys at Bay Point were courteous and took care of our house as if it were their own. The owner Sam was energetic and always willing to communicate, train and respond to all the questions we had. Now that we have had the systems installed and been able to use them I can say for the work that their workmanship is fantastic and the equipment performs as designed.I would recommend Bay Point Heating and Cooling to anyone. There are too many people/contractors out there who do poor work and are even worse for the responsiveness that I want as a paying customer, but not Bay Point. Sam and his crew were great. Totally professional. Came on time. Did the job in the time they said it would take. Disposed of the old heating system. Cleaned up after the job. And, Sam has been very responsive to a noise issue we are having with the condenser.
