This was my first time at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Burlington. The facility was extraordinarily clean and well-organized. It is clear that they have a very efficient process to service cars. I had an oil change and requested a change of wipers. They checked all my fluids and the air pressure for my tires and had all of the parts that I needed in stock. I was literally in and out within 15 to 20 minutes max. I was extremely impressed and will return.

Customer service was horrible and didn't know how to change my cabin filter in Cadillac xt4 ...never go there again. Paid over $140.

Great place to get an oil change and other regular maintenance, they did a great job explaining the oil change packages they have and made suggestions which I appreciated. They went through my vehicle and gave me a snapshot of the overall health of my vehicle and made great suggestions dropped a couple hundred bucks, service was honestly top notch and they did a great all around job, very nice and friendly didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need or want. Overall place is Great people are great prices reflect the quality of product and service that is given 5 couldn t have been better. Place is bright, clean, safe and cameras everywhere.-checked battery-checked anti freeze level-brake fluid checked- air filter check-tire pressure check-oil check before and after- double checking oil filter and oil level with this standard impossible for oil leaks due to missing oil filter or plug!-showed me clean oil ( I trust them) but it s a nice thing to do.- and a bunch on other fluids and check list items.

Fast, professional and friendly...what else we can ask for...JUST PAY ATTENTION OUTSIDE YOU GUYS HAVE A TICKING BOMB WHEN SOMEONE TRY TO BREAK THE LINE...THAT HAPPENED WITH ME I WAS WAITING FOR A WHILE AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN SOMEONE JUST CAME AND TOOK MY PLACE..THE EMPLOYEE WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE LINE

hard to say so early but I did have 2 issues. One my washer fluid cap was off, lucky for me it has something on the other end so it didn't fall to the ground. Next the main guy asked me about in cabin filter. As far as I can see my car predates that. I told him that, but he continued to look for it by taking apart the rubber molding that stops gunk from going down the windshield to your engine. If he put it back in place, fine but he did not. Why would you go after a weather shield to find a in cabin air filter?? Then just leave it and think I'm a moron? I always check the work, especially on new places. I may go back, but may not. I love the idea of it, great idea bad execution.

i m usually nervous about getting my car serviced, but richard raymond and sean were so kind and they really put me at ease. they walked me through each charge and actually Asked me before adding services on. a little more expensive than i m used to but it might just be worth it?

I visited the Burlington location for the first time today. It's a fairly new location (less than 2 years old). I was very happy with the service I received here.James took me in right away. He was very pleasant, thorough, courteous, and fast by far the best Valvoline employee that has helped me (I usually visit the location in Waltham). He deserves a lot of credit for being so helpful despite having to work in 90-degree temperatures with little to no air circulation.The Burlington location also doesn't seem to be as busy as the Waltham location so I'll probably go back again for my next oil change.Service: Oil change

Battery light came on, stopped in to have it checked. No pressure to have it replaced with them. Did end up buying it from them, along with a oil change. Great service.

Terrible experience. Got my oil change a few minutes ago since it s down the street from my house. Tech seemed like he really didn t want to be there. Other tech tried to put regular air in my nitrogen tires. I asked to get my tires rotated, they didn t do that. Tech that helped was really disrespectful. Do not recommend for anyone. There are plenty of amazing mechanics around with way better prices and better quality of service. Don t waste your time here.Service: Oil change

I stopped in to do my oil change I usually use the one in Lowell but from now on I will use this one very nice crew fast and efficient took the time to explain everything they were doing and the price don't take my word for it stop in and see for yourself

I dread getting my oil change, I usually have to wait so long, and the staff is never pleasant but last week I went to Valvoline and had a great experience, the staff was helpful, price was great and it was quick!

Echo the experience of Jaxon Rosa down below. Fast - yes. But, Expensive ($100+ for oil change??) , no tire rotation and a rude tech ( one of them, others were good). Not going here again and do not recommend.

Valvoline gets you in and out quickly but charges you for every single thing including synthetic oil. They try to tell you that your battery does not hold a charge after they have you turn the engine on and off repeatedly, thus depleting the battery.

They took advantage of a customer who did not know better (someone in my family) and sold her a $100+ oil change for my 2018 camry. I can get the same oil change at the dealer, with no coupons, for $70. I will never visit them again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had great experience doing oil change here versus the other Vavoline I have been seemed less experienced or skilled, but here staff seemed to understand things better and did have a the rare 0w-40 oil that I needed the most.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

After changing the oil I realized they sold me oil change that other places would do for a lot cheaper. They apparently have coupons and Groupon deals a lot cheaper but if you go not knowing they will take advantage.
