Exceptional service! I recently had my brakes serviced by Corey, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment he arrived at my driveway, he was professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. He thoroughly explained the work needed and provided a transparent breakdown of the costs involved, which I really appreciated.Corey did an outstanding job replacing my brakes, and my car now stops smoothly and quietly, just like it did when it was brand new. The quality of his work is truly commendable, and I feel much safer on the road knowing my brakes are in top condition.Not only did they deliver exceptional results, he completed the job in under an hour.Overall, I highly recommend Brakes on Demand for any brake services. My wife and I went to Boston for New Year's Eve and suffered a gashed tire on our way up about 15 mins from the hotel. We had to leave the car in a lot because everything was closed. I reached out to Corey on New Year's Eve, told him of my situation, and he contacted me early on New Year's day. I was able to get a replacement tire and he came and installed it for us before 10 am on New Year's Day. Everything was closed and we had a 270 mile drive home and would've been a really bad situation if we had to leave a car and get a rental at the airport. Oh, and we travelled with our dog, and while we have AAA, it could've been dicey with 2 people and a dog (would need a flatbed with a crew cab), IF driver would accept a dog. Sadly, I had a full size wheel with tire on it at my home so will now never travel more than an hour from home without that. Top notch equipment too - no problems mounting a 35 series profile tire in 30 degree weather.

This is the second time I have used Corey and Brakes & Tires on Demand. Service was impeccable, and I love their online payments, invoices and scheduling. They service a demanding clientele, so if you're looking for the cheapest, go to Costco. If you're looking for high-end service and amazing customer care, Brakes & Tires on demand is the only place to go. Bravo Corey.

Perfectly executed! I got a flat at my kids daycare. I called around and found out my tire is on back order until June, and my only other option was to replace all 4 with a different brand. But Tires On Demand was able to get my tire the next morning, bring it to my abandoned car, and replace the flat without me having to be on site. When I was free later in the day, there was my car, just where I left it (no need for me to tow it anywhere), good as new! They made an initially painful scenario painless and effortless! Highly recommend!

Corey and his team provide exceptional service! I have been a loyal customer for years. Whenever there is an issue with either of my vehicles, Corey is my first call. I cannot say enough about Corey. I called him on a Saturday and he was at my house on Tuesday to do my brakes. He did great work and he will definitely be my go to guy when I have to have tires put on or my brakes replaced again. Corey was great! He came as soon as he could and did a fabulous job. When he heard I wan an acupuncturist, he wanted to book something for him and his friend to help with his aches and pains. He's a great guy as well as a great mechanic!

BOD is a LIFESAVER!I m a working single mom of 3 active children, and get very anxious about automotive projects because of some bad past experiences and limited time/money. I m not mechanically inclined and have trusted some shops in the past that likely took advantage of my situation. BUT: Kazel and the Brakes On Demand team are incredible about helping to arrange a fast turnaround, fair price, and informative service experience. They helped get my car safe again for my family, suggested some future symptoms/repairs to consider, and a budget to plan for. They worked through the freezing cold with the most respectful and professional approach I could ever imagine, and took time to help me learn about my car. I can t say enough good things about these guys. I contacted Corey, and he was at my place the very next day to service my brakes. He communicated perfectly every step of the way from start to end.He and his helper arrived exactly when they said they would, and they were done in 45 minutes. Absolutely great service.To top it all off, Corey was up front and completely honest. He told me I definitely needed rear brakes, However my front brakes had more than 50% life left. He gave me the option whether or not to change them. I can t tell you how much his honesty means to me in this day and age. I ve had plenty of bad garage experiences. This was absolutely the best experience I ve had in a very very long time!I will be doing business with these guys from now on, and Will be. recommending them to ANYONE I know.Service: Brakes

Outstanding!I have an F350 dually that needed new brakes asap. Corey was able to fit me in in only a few days time. The overall service was outstanding including being professional and patient over the phone with all my questions, responding to emails promptly, thoroughly explaining things,taking before and after pictures, doing a terrific job on such a large vehicle, and cleaning up after working on the truck so that boxes, wrappers, etc were not left behind. I always felt like he was there for me and that I could trust their work and putting my vehicle in their hands.I highly recommend Corey and Brakes on Demand!

Not writing this review would be a disservice to Brakes On Demand. Corey was fantastic. I had my brakes & rotors changed a few weeks ago and I am very pleased with his service. Corey is very professional and offered a fantastic value. The convenience of the mobile service allowed me to tend to other items on my busy list to accomplish for the day. I will certainly utilize his services again in the future..

As someone who looks are reviews before I make a decision I feel complied to leave one on my experience with Corey.I actually made the decision to reach out to him based on previous reviews. He responded promptly, provided a quote in record time and setup an appointment to fix my brakes at a time that worked for me. He arrived at my home and within 45 minutes I had new back brakes and rotors. I like the idea of not having to go to a shop and spend half my day. I was so happy with my experience I had him do my front brakes. I highly recommend Brakes on Demand.

Excellent brake service at a reasonable price! Corey is nice and professional, and he cares about his customers and the quality of service. He arrived on time and assessed the conditions of my brakes. He finished the job right on time, and overall I had a pleasant experience with him. Corey was knowledgeable and very professional. He was quick and did a great job. Best of all it didn't interfere with anything. He came right over to my apartment. He is also very honest. I misquoted a price that was $30 higher than he had said and he corrected it. Got my back rotors and brakes done. I will certainly use him for my front next. He was done in roughly 45 minutes too. His prices are great. Give him a call you won't be disappointed. I don't tend to write reviews but this one was worth it. Thank you again Corey!

Excellent service, professional and courteous, great products and pricing. I can go on and on about how great my experience with Brakes On The Go has been. From the get-go, Corey has been a pleasure to work with. I had my brake pads and rotors done three months ago and they've been working great. At the time, my tires didn't need rotation as part of the service and so Corey asked me to contact him after three months or so to get them done. Corey came back and rotated the tires as well as adjusted the heat shield near one of the rotors that was causing a slight noise that I had noticed recently. All with the same friendly, professional service. Thanks again, Corey and team, and continued success! I'll be continuing to go to Corey and team for all my braking needs. Amazing Company. Exceptional Service. Great Prices.I had contacted Brakes on the Go through email to get my front brakes repaired. I got a response from Corey almost immediately. He gave me an appointment at the time that best worked for me.Appointment time came (Friday at 5 pm)and he was right on time. Within minutes of meeting Corey you can tell he s very polite and extremely knowledgeable in his field.He got right to work on my truck, and noticed a problem. It was rear brakes that needed to be done and not the fronts.(I specifically told him it was the front) Corey told me that it wasn t an issue. He said that he d just go and get new parts and be back first thing in the morning.(Saturday) I told him that worked for me and to charge for his time. He wouldn t take the money!The next morning he came back, got right to work, did a great job and didn t charge me a cent over the original quote.I honestly have never been so pleased with a business in my entire life. I already scheduled him to come back to do the brakes on my wife s car.Thank you Corey and everybody at Brakes on the Go.I highly recommend this company and wish Corey continued success.

I amazed at the 5 Star Reviews on here. Most cannot be real. I gave 1 Star due to poor customer service. He never actually did any work because he NEVER responded to my request for a price on replacing the front pads and rotors on my Corolla. Three attempts and not a single call back. This is the type of business that just doesn't bother to call customers back when they have enough work scheduled. He has lost business from me, my family and my friends. Dracut Tire will do this job for $350 as will Mavis Tire & Brakes at the same price. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere; if he doesn't show the courtesy of even a call back he could care less about you too. These 5 Star ratings are a lie!!!

Excellent Service, Really Quick Response, and Even Better Customer Service. All without leaving my house!! No Drive to a repair/dealer service center what else could you ask for!!!!Corey was Great! I had Pads, Rotors, and Calipers done on all 4 wheels, and even work done on the parking brake. All for an excellent price.. well below other quotes for same items.Corey responded to my quote request less than an hour time. I had him booked shortly After.He was On time for our appointment the next day and complete the work in a short period of time. He even left the work space area cleaner than it was before starting the job.I Highly recommend this Mobile Brake Repair Company. I didn't even have to leave my couch for this entire process. Great customer service Corey couldn't have been more genuine, and definitely knows what he is doing. The brakes on my truck look excellent.I will be using Corey going forward for any Brake jobs for my 3 vehicles.

I will say this once: Corey and Miguel are the most courteous, professional, and (most importantly) honest mechanics I have ever met!I heard about Brakes On Demand from some chatter on Facebook. Our minivan's brakes had been squealing for awhile and we couldn't remember how long its been since they were installed. After seeing all the great reviews for Brakes on Demand, I contacted them through their website. Within an hour, Corey (the owner and lead technician) responded with a quote. The price was very good, and with the fact that we wouldn't have to drop it off somewhere made it even better. He was able to come by the next day with Miguel (technician). They were well dressed in a Brakes On Demand uniform. He introduced himself (while staying socially distanced) and asked some questions about our brake issues. He proceeded to take off the wheels and inspect the brakes.Much to our amazement, he came back about 20 mins later to tell us our brakes still had a good deal of life left (60-70% left) and the squealing was not do to end of life of the parts. Think about that for a second... how many mechanics would just go ahead and replace them to make the service more profitable. He rotated our tires (which is included in their service) and only paid them their $50 travel fee (I was outside their normal service region, and Corey informed me of the fee when he quoted me). I honestly felt bad as they traveled all the way from Lowell, MA (30 miles). They were both grateful to meet a new client and I told them they have my business for life on brakes! Corey is also a veteran and in my experience, that usually means great customer service and dedication and he did not disappoint!Can't wait to use them again!Service: Brakes
