We were unfortunate to have a fatal accident in our family, and Ned's towing was called to the scene tow the totaled car. The car was in a very difficult to remove spot (a ravine) and they were able to handle it.In the aftermath, we dealt with Hugh who was extremely compassionate and helpful to us. He explained all he knew about the accident, helped us recover person items from the vehicle, and helped us deal with insurance and salvage.I hope that no one ever reading this review has to call Ned's towing under similar circumstances. If they were able to handle such a difficult circumstance with care and compassion, I imagine dealing with the minor headaches in life you typically have would be a breeze for them.

My car battery died while I was parked across the street from this establishment. I walked in and asked if they could help, or if they could lend me a jump pack but they told me no, we don t do that and turned back to their conversation. There were no customers in the store, and no apologies were offered either. I would have happily paid for a jump, and even had my own cables. This should have been easy money for them, but instead lost them a customer for life.

I stopped here because the sign says tire repair , and the tall man working today was extremely rude. I asked if anyone was available to check out my tire because it keeps going low every 2 days. The man said yeah, I can t help you, I m busy (as he was standing outside) then proceeded to tell me to go to Mobil, since they have tons of people working there . So I said ok thank you, and went to Mobil, where I saw 3 other people who had also been trying to get service at Neds. These guys told me the same guy was so rude to them too, telling them he couldn t help them because his arthritis was acting up . It s one thing if you re short staffed- I get that- but no need to be so rude. And no- Mobil did not have tons of people working so I wasted another trip. Don t waste your time going to this place (Neds) if this tall man is there. Terrible experience.
