Five stars! We were on a family vacation to Boston when our 108K mile van's power steering malfunctioned. Unfortunately, it was not just low on fluid or a slow leak. We had it towed to Herb Chambers Kia. Service advisor Cesar Arbelaez was a calming and competent voice. Even though they were close to closing time on a Saturday, a technician who could relate to unexpected travel problems stayed past his shift to investigate it. Cesar was able to order the parts and get the van repaired for us within days. I was nervous about having work done out of state, and at a dealer I was unfamiliar with. We have a local repair shop at home, but towing it 6 hours was not an option. I called around for estimates to have it repaired and what Cesar quoted us was reasonable. He kept us well aware of the status of the van and made a rough situation easier to swallow. We recommend this dealership!

I'll be honest and I'm not bashing this place and keeping things REAL! Appointment was at 10:30a and I got there by 10:10! Advisor (Michael) told me I can expect to be there for one hour and a half. I didn't leave there until 2p EXACTLY. Since it was a "recall" appointment and Billionaire Herb didn't make any money from me, I didn't even get a work order receipt. I actually had to ask the advisor what was done. Apparently, the right spring/coil was recalled and covered by "recall" warranty and the driver's side front spring and strut wasn't. Asked about the price for the one strut repair and Michael told me it would cost about $800+ and when I said wow....He said "I don't make the prices"! This is after asking him a couple of times before I left. Unless You're a "paying" customer spending your life savings, you don't get no real customer service or treated like you matter. Didn't even get the customary "car wash/vaccuum" . Overall, that's basically how the Majority of HERB CHAMBERS' dealership operate.I ONLY go places like that if I don't really have much of a choice and/or a distance factor!

As always the customer service is a 10 star service. The people in the front desk are very cordial. They keep me informed of what is going on with my vehicle, The waiting room is comfortable and service is fast. This is why I don't mind to drive 12 miles to bring the car to the Burlington herb chambers service center.

Overall I was very dissatisfied with the experience. My wife called and made the appointment the day before (and talked to a real person) and when I showed up they said there was no appointment. They asked what it was for and I said just the basic service, that it just went over 10k miles, and I m getting a message on the dash, and their response was, so an oil change? Shouldn t they know or be able to quickly look up what the factory recommended maintenance schedule is? I also asked if they could just do a Quick Look over to check out a sound and he said that they couldn t do that since the appointment was just for an oil change. The tone and verbiage used throughout was just very off putting and I feel like they might have well just said, yeah ok, we don t need your business

Michael, the service advisor, was very helpful and professional. Diego was also very helpful (service manager) They took the time to hear me out and understand the problem with my car. Services were provided as was promised and I was very happy with my first visit at this dealership. It is now my preferred Kia dealership. Convenient location and Comfortable waiting area.

Never had the best experience here. Unfortunately there aren t many Kia s in the area. Based on just today s experience, the front is great if I were reviewing just them they would get 5 stars. But the actual service on my car took almost 2 hours (for just an oil change), it cost $100 bucks for them to do that along with fill my tires and top off my other fluids. However the tires were never filled and I m going to go out on a limb and say they didn t top off my washer fluid. When I got in the car to leave, they didn t even reset the service clock in the car, I had to go back in and ask. So 2 hours, $100 bucks and they couldn t even do it the right way.

I brought my KIA in for three recalls and they were all done in the 3 hour timeframe they told me when I scheduled.Cesar was polite and professional. It only took a minute for him to check me in and get my car ready.I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car there for any future service.

I've been a loyal customer at Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for many years now. In that time, one of the great constants has been the Service Department. Today I was in for a simple first oil change for a purchase earlier this year. I mentioned a quirky behavior more just for awareness with no expectation of having it looked at. That didn't stop the team from doing a thorough check. This describes the Kia Of Burlington Service Department to a tee. No hesitation to go above and beyond. I hold each and every individual in the highest regard. Today it was Michael who carried on this respectable behavior.

It was my first time going to Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington to get my car serviced and it was a very positive experience! Cesar was great, very attentive, and my car was ready within two hours. In general, the staff was very kind and helpful. I plan to return here for future service appointments.

New-to-me Kia K5 had issues recognizing the key fobs. Never had been to this dealership. Called Saturday before new years and the service rep predicted they just needed to be reprogrammed. Had appt today and sent my daughter with the car. The prediction was accurate and they found and fixed an airbag recall too. They lost a star as I had specifically requested a call if anything else had to be done and all I got was a text saying the work that had been done. I ll be more clear if I need to return to service the car again. I will come back if needed.

I brought my Kia Sorento 2013 today per friend's recommendation as she brings hers here as well. I knew the car has several areas of concern and when the Mechanic Omar took the time and diligence to show me and do so in Spanish (fully bilingual) my own language, I was beyond floored!!! He was thorough and proficient in his assessment of my car. The manager Diego then joined us and I truly appreciated their blunt recommendation of the status of my car. They did not try to convince me nor pressure me into getting all the services I needed for my car to work!!! That was most impressive! Bottom line they confirmed my family's suspicions that this Kia has outrun its time. I strongly recommend this KiA burlington for your servicing needs!

Recently moved, and first time using this dealership for scheduled maintenance. Staff was friendly and efficient. Asked them to look at front end collision sensor because it was acting up. It appears that a chuck of ice hit my grill last snowstorm and bent the sensor. Technically they should have charged me $170 to hook up the sensor to the computer because ice damage isn t covered under warranty. They waive the fee because they didn t mention the possible charge up front. They won my trust, and future business. The 5 star rating is well deserved.

I bought my SUV a little over a year ago here, before moving to Georgia. I now make sure to schedule my oil change and car maintenance around my trips back to the area, because every time I come here everyone is so nice and accommodating. I trust that my car is being taken care of and all the work is being done right. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I bought a vehicle from Herb Cabers Kia and was not satisfied. The customer service was great, but my vehicles engine had to be rebuilt three months after buying. Since I was purchasing a vehicle from a big dealership I just figured it would be in tip top condition, but it was not. The whole top part of my engine had to be rebuilt, which was 7,000 dollars. I could ve taken the 7 grand in repairs and the 18 grand I paid for the vehicle and bought a way nicer car. Plus, I wouldn t have had to deal with not having a car since it was in the shop for three weeks. Overall I am completely disappointed and angry.

Went in due to a rear camera recall, all service personnel were very professional and helpful. The camera turned out to be defective but the replacement had to be ordered which will mean I need to make another appt and lose more time. Replacement cameras should be on site so that only 1 appt is necessary.

I have consistently taken my 2013 Kia Sportage for all of it's regular maintenance to the Herb Chambers Kia Burlington Service Center and have never been disappointed. Both Cesar and Diego have always taken the extra time to explain each and every item of maintenance in detail completely identical to that listed in my vehicle manual. I also am giving a "thank you" to the mechanic, Dustin, that worked on my vehicle as he also personally brought to my attention and physically showed me something that needed a repair early to save me money later which really goes to show just how each and every person working for Herb Chambers Kia Service truly cares about their customers. Why would I entrust my vehicle anywhere else? :-)

We made an appointment to see Kia cars. James was there, ready to show and explain specifics of each vehicle we test drove. Very knowledgeable salesperson. Kept us updated on the delivery of the car and definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he drive to a different dealership to pick the car up sooner than they were planning to deliver it, he also brought the car to our house once all the paperwork was completed and plates received. Overall, very positive experience with James and Michael who was handling financial aspects of the purchase. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I brought my car to be repaired at Burlington Kia. I highly recommend them. I had a few issues going on with my car and dropped it off the night before. The following morning Kia called to go over and confirm what the car needed and then Cesar called me to verify all of the work needed. They completed everything in one day, and it was a lot. Cesar really went out of his way to look at my extended warranty and make sure some of it was covered. Really wonderful and professional staff. I got there about 10 minutes early for an appointment and there was a bit of chaos with a lot of things happening at once. Michael at the front desk handled things seamlessly, despite the stress of multiple customers asking for multiple things at a time. My servicing was quick and efficient and there was a comfortable, quiet spot for me to get some work done while I waited.
