I stumbled upon Gannem Motors when looking to buy a car. I primarily dealt with Brianna, but I also interacted with the owner Sean. The car buying process was very easy, which I appreciated. The car was an older used car, and I had an issue a few days after buying it. Sean and Brianna were quick to get the car in to get looked at, and I m super appreciative for how easy this process has been. Thanks Gannem!

I was able to trade in my car here and purchased a 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis in August 2022. It s been my daily driver ever since, and I love this car. Overall great buying experience, and Sean even went above and beyond to help me get the car on the road as quickly as possible! Upon receiving the car, I noticed that there was some small damage to the lights on the front and rear (from previous owner) Sean offered to replace them at no cost to me. It was great doing business with a local dealership. This is one of the best in the area, you won t be disappointed!

My husband bought his first car here in America from this dealership in 2018 and then his breaks were not working after just a year of driving. He goes back to get the issue fixed and they charge him 1500 dollars to get him new breaks for a 2007 Buick. The breaks didn't even last a year and they were bad again. He only drives to and from work the breaks that were supposed to cost maybe 600$ but was charged that huge amount. This dealership is a huge joke and fraud go to them at your own risk.

Sean and the whole team are great, insightful, honest, and genuine. All the makings of a place you would want to buy a car from right? Just purchased a truck from Sean who was super helpful in every way possible. He offered to take the truck to our mechanic to get it inspected and was very easy to work with on the few minor issues they found. Sean is a very genuine mechanic and salesman, putting no pressure on us to purchase the vehicle he worked with us on the timeframe we were available for with no complaints. Super helpful and a overall awesome experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle or for a great mechanic!

Thank you so much to Gannem Motors for checking my tires before my long haul back to GA! I was traveling with small children to Boston, ended up with a flat tire on the road. I had my tires patched up at another shop and thought all well until I was on the interstate. The car ride didn t feel right. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Gannem Motors. The owner understood my concern and was so very kind to check out my tires for me. I offered to pay for his time being I stopped in without an appointment and he took time out of his busy schedule to help, but he graciously declined. Im so grateful to Gannem Motors. I made it back home with the kids safe & sound. You re a gem to the community.

Sean has taken care of my many automobile issues for the last year. He has on more than one occasion explained the mechanics of my vehicle and the necessary repairs. And that s not all: he has also serviced my smaller issues FREE OF CHARGE. He is an honest mechanic and nice man. I cannot recommend him enough!

Hands down 5 stars for Gannem Motors. I met Sean and he was extremely down to earth, very kind, and he was very honest and it felt like he tries to make sure you get exactly what you want and not just make any sale. The car buying experience was very enjoyable and I didn t feel pressured into a sale like I normally do at other places. Overall highly recommend!

Came to Sean (owner) with an 09 BMW in need of a valve cover, oil pan and AC compressor replacement. I had no check engine light on and the cars only serious issues were small oil leaks. I specifically asked Sean if he knew how to work on the BMW and if he could diagnose any additional issues it might have. I also had some preventative maintenance work done, i.e., water pump, thermostat, brake pads, belt, spark plugs and a few other services. We came to a good deal for all the labor and we were both happy, thank you for this. However, I received no calls/updates and was told a couple days for the job, which turned into 7 week days. I always had to call every other day to receive updates and even when car was ready I had to call and was told yeah it s ready buddy come get it . When I picked up the car it had no refrigerant in the system, obviously I wanted this getting compressor replaced, so I gladly paid another $150 for this service but I had to wait a couple hours because he did not have refrigerant - you d think ordering this would have been taken care of if you had the car for 7 days. When I got in the car the check engine light remained on and the car had a really rough idle. I scanned the car with my scanner and it came back as misfires, at this point the car is now unsafe to drive. I called Sean and he said he would pay for someone else to diagnose the issue, so I took it to another mechanic and it was diagnosed that the valve cover was leaking and was installed incorrectly. So now I m 9 days in and have spent over $5000 to fix my car to only have the job done incorrectly. I m starting to get frustrated at this point as anyone would - but I accept that it s just a mistake and carried on to the next step. Sean decided to fix the problem and to come in next morning and he will take care of it. When I came in he instead, wrote me a check for the valve cover labor and for the $146 diagnosis charge and said you will always be unhappy with the work we do so just take it somewhere else . Granted I was unhappy and was carless for almost two weeks which cost me additional time and money to get to work, I was still appreciative up until he wrote me the check. I became very upset and exchanged words with him that were not so nice. My point here is to make sure you choose your mechanics wisely and when it s an advanced job, it takes someone who actually cares and can take pride in their work. I bought a 2011 Toyota RAV 4 from Sean at Ganeem Motors and I couldn't be happier! It's quite the opposite of any experience with pushy sleazy car salesmen at big dealerships. Sean knows a lot about car mechanics; he clearly loves what he does. He is an honest and humble man. I initially left a one-star review last July when I bought my Lincoln Town Car. Since then, I have learned a lot about automotive technology and business. I left a bad review because I was frustrated about the hidden issues in the car. I paid $3995 for my 02 town car and later found out there was a rust hole in the frame, the rockers were very rusty and I had to fix some minor mechanical problems to pass inspection [blinker was out ect]. I get how hard it is to sell cars and how you have to make money. I hold no ill will to Gannem because I have driven the car nearly every day, and it's been relatively reliable. My only frustration that's keeping the review from 5 stars is that there were a few issues I wasn't informed about. Again, I get it. My only note to buyers is to ask to bring the car to your mechanic before buying. Thanks overall, and if I ever see something else on the site, I may stop in.

I would like to address some of the points that you have mentioned in your response.Firstly, I want to reiterate that I had attempted to resolve the issues with the vehicle several months ago, and there were multiple occasions where I had tried to contact your dealership to discuss the matter, but I did not receive any response. I have evidence of text messages and call records that can prove my attempts to contact you. It was only after several unsuccessful attempts that I resorted to leaving a review.Regarding the repairs, I understand that you had completed some repairs on the vehicle, but the issues persisted even after multiple attempts. I paid $500 towards the $800 repair cost, which still did not fix the issues with the vehicle. Additionally, the inspection report from Pleasant Car Care Newton, completed on 12/17/2022 at 01:34 PM and re-inspected on 12/30/2022 at 10:09 AM, identified the need for $3,000 in repairs to ensure proper operation of the vehicle.Furthermore, I never demanded that you buy the car back for $7,000. I had simply requested a full refund for the purchase price of the vehicle, which was $4,985, along with the costs of repairs and other expenses incurred due to the defects in the vehicle. This totaled $6,709.93.In your response, you had mentioned that the vehicle was topped off during purchase. However, Vin service records and an inspection report from Pleasant Car Care Newton indicate that the vehicle was leaking oil, and secondhand parts were used to patch up the repairs that your dealership charged me $800 for. It is unreasonable to expect me to drive a vehicle that is leaking oil and experiencing persistent issues, which is why I had requested a refund.I had offered to resolve the issue amicably, but instead, I was met with hostility and yelled at over the phone. Additionally, your claim that you offered to sell the vehicle for me is untrue, as no such offer was made.In summary, I had attempted to resolve the issues with the vehicle multiple times, but my attempts to contact your dealership were unsuccessful. Gannem is a great organization. Sean and his team support you at a personally relatable manner. Sean brings decades of experience having run a much bigger group elsewhere in the past. I acquired a great used prius from Gannem. Whether it was a tire nail, spark plugs, or exhaust donut, Gannem always took good care of me. I couldn t recommend them highly enough.

I brought my car into the shop to fix simple things. After leaving the shop my car started to shake and the mechanic said the shaking was normal and the car would go back to normal after driving for a while. The car broke down and I had to take it to another mechanic to fix it. My car was never the same. I do not recommend this place.

Whent to Gannon motors to fix my bmw the car was worse than when I gave it once I got it back I was told the smell was normal aka burning smell of oil now it was fixed I was advised by two mechanics that the repair was never done right I ended up getting it fixed for 200 just tighten up the valve cover that was replaced Gannon reckons I ve got bigger issues and gonna cost thousands what a crook stay clear. If you don t no how to do a job don t take it on.

I came here on a whim for my Tesla's annual inspection (having been told at another shop that the wait would be 1.5-2 hours which I didn't have). I was a little unsure at first because this is a small shop and Teslas are a bit quirky. But I was asked if I was leaving the phone or keycard, so clearly they have dealt with them before. The staff was friendly, courteous and patient. And I was done in 15 minutes. Glad I came.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I texted the number and asked for a state inspection for my vehicle. Someone responded that I could come by and have it done. I arrived and had my inspection done within 25 minutes. Worst decision of my life to visit this place. He sold me a bad vehicle hiding many things wrong with it. 6 months later now i realise the repair costs of its many problems are 10 thousand dollars and i bought this car for 10 thousand dollars.

I have always been skeptical of purchasing a used vehicle due to previous experiences however I am pleased to say that Sean was great to do business he is very honest as well there were a couple hiccups but nothing major definitely a great place to get a used vehicle and if theres any issues with the vehicle you want they will take care of it.
