I truly regret bringing my car here. The car broke down on Cypress and they charged me $130 for a diagnostic test that guaranteed does not take more than 10 minutes. Even if the hourly rate for labor was 130 there is no way they needed to charge me this much. The average cost of a diagnostic test is between 85 to 115$They are clearly trying to take advantage of a young woman who appears to not know about cars.

I had my car towed to this mechanic due to it overheating when I was far away from home. I was not with the car when it arrived at the mechanic and did not see my car again until I picked it up. The mechanic broke an expensive glass planter I had in my car, left my car filled with broken glass, did not tell me they broke it when I picked up my car, and yelled at me and told it was my fault when I called to tell them what happened. I would not recommend this business as they are unprofessional, rude, and expensive.

Liars. I went in today for a state inspection to renew my registration. They told me they couldn t service my car because the windows were tinted. They said it was illegal in Massachusetts to have them tinted and I would have to remove ALL the tint on my car and then they could inspect it. I told them there was plenty of cars NEXT TO MINE with tinted windows and he still refused to see mine. Said he would lose his license if he did. My car windows are allow more than 35% of light in which is the legal requirement, and only the sides and rear windows are tinted because that s LEGAL. So frustrated. What was supposed to be a quick inspection turned into a huge ordeal. I went to the VW dealer in Watertown and they gladly passed my car. First and last experience, shady.

About two years ago I had a Subaru with a motor that kept spontaneously shutting off. Appeared to be an electrical or ECU problem, so I had it towed to Audy s. They had had the car for two days before I finally called to ask its status. They told me they were still trying to diagnose the problem and had replaced the O2 sensor, but couldn t figure it out. I was being charged $100 an hour for two days for nothing.At the end of the third day, I stopped in without calling and found my car outside the bay and the service manager was inside watching videos on YouTube. I took my car, paid them nearly a grand for nothing but an O2 sensor, and went on my way. The car died again the next day. I ended up selling it as-is for a few hundred bucks. Then this is the sugar on top the service manager offered to sell me another car. I was astonished.These guys are lazy and incompetent and charge dealership rates. Avoid at all costs.

Typical legitimately knowledgeable staff that talks down to you like your an awful car owner because you need a repair. No my vehicle is just old, that does not mean I neglect it. Convinced me to buy a new car though!

Went in for a state inspection on a Saturday, quick excellent service and they helped me fit my new licence plates for free

This is a convenient neighborhood auto repair place. Also provides state emission certificate. They are reliable, but charge perhaps a tad more than they should.

When we told the convenience store personel that the air pump was not working they said "not my problem!" Get your air somewhere else!
