Great place to get WeatherTech products. Ordered my mats on Wednesday and got them next day! And they were cheaper than online. The manager Charles was very professional and helped me in a quick and timely manner, will definitely be back because of his great assistance

I called to have a tonneau cover put on my new truck I have had accessories installed there a few times in the past. They got me in the same day and did a great job as usual. Nice comfy waiting area. true professionals all the way I strongly recommend Yankee Custom

Had my new Ranch Sierra cap installed on my 20' Colorado with a 52" bed a few weeks ago and am very pleased with it. Color match was spot on and it looks nice on my truck, Would recommend YC, nice people to deal with.

I had to wait 2 hours for a bed liner they said was in stock. Turns out it was in stock in Portland Maine. No apologies no discount or gift card. Make sure they have all of your stuff on site before you show up.

They were very friendly and helpful.i had a retrax cover on my 2016 ford f150 one day I was driving it came off so I lookup the closet dealer and called then I went to drop it off to see if they could repair it. Even though they didn't sell it to me they treated me like I purchased it there the manager is the best not only he got it fixed they reinstalled and replaced two missing hoses. If you need anything for you truck this is the place 10 out of 10 star's!!!

bought a ranch hard tonneau cover in 2018 with a 5 year warranty. had to bring it back in a year or a little more/less because the hardware completely fell off on one side. now a couple years later the entire cover has shifted and store doesn't want to fix it. store manager when i first went to them a week ago told me everything would be taken care of (including the paint that is destroyed), it would just have to be decided whether it be yankee custom that pays or ranch itself. when i followed up i was told that nothing, not even the hardware that has already been replaced, would be covered. i spoke to the owner who told me he would speak to ranch and call me back. after a week of waiting on his call, i called back and he was "in a meeting". this place only cares about making money and not taking care of the problems after the money is spent on their items. it's a great experience UNTIL you need them to take care of something when there is a problem

First experience here, pretty awesome. They ordered the part I needed came two days later had it installed the next day in under three hours. Jason was kind and the prices are affordable. The least painful part of my moving process thus far.

I purchased floor liners, mud flaps, bed rug, and painted bed cover the pricing was excellent. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable of the products I purchased. I'm definitely referring family and friends to go see Al at the Yankee Custom's Brockton location.Great job.

Great staff, excellent truck work. They specialize in pickup, and work truck installations. Will help you find what fits your vehicle, and what you like. I've had 3 pickup trucks modified here, and will continue using them.

I ordered a cap for my truck and did not came the way I ordered,confess that it was a misunderstanding on both sides.Jason promised to solve the problem but for exactly 2 months He has been giving me excuses every week.2 days ago I went there and Jeff told me to fix my cap do way I want ,I gotta pay $600 moreI know that it was a misunderstanding on both sides, but the way I was treated it is unacceptable , reliable business have to be honest with the customer,I paid for and wasn't cheapfor this reason I do not recommend the Brockton store

My experience was excellent. The men were courteous and prompt . They were helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. I have been doing business with yankee custom for years as the product speaks for itself. Any problems are corrected and dealt with.

Usee to be very good..gone downhill rapidly since. Ive used them for many years through 4 trucks..was great experience. However the last time was bad. Ordered seat covers with installation..told me would be in Wednesday..came back wed and they told me they ordered wrong ones..come back for appointment on Saturday. I came back with someone to pick me up..told me they never corrected the order..should be in Tuesday..they will call me...no call tuesday..i called and they told me Thursday..no call Thursday..finally a call friday...now sitting here waiting for them to install..started half hour late...need more help and better communication. Honestly..this will probably be my last time here..and i have spent many thousands of dollars here in the past

This company treats employees very unfairly. Fired the best employee they had at the Montello Street location in Brockton Ma. You all will see the poor productivity and profits will decline big time. Will never recommend this place to anyone. The manager doesn't communicate with his employees. Terrible location.

We had a cover put on our new 2019 Ford Ranger. There were some issues with it fitting properly with the bed liner. Yankee cap found additional issues and fixed everything in a timely manner.

Waited on hold for a leveling kit estimate for 35 minutes. How is that good customer service ? I hung-up called back and was put back on hold. What am I calling American Airlines !? Unbelievable.

The gentleman working there was incredibly helpful. I had questions about multiple products and he went thru everything with me and took the time to listen and answer everything. Great store !

They definitely do not pay attention to detail,period. HACKS! I could write a page worth. But it's not worth the thousands I spent plus the aggravation to compose. Very disapointed... If you want perfection ,HEED MY WARNING!

Limited on the products they sell for vehicles. Staff is ok with a friendly rating of 3.5 out of 5. Workmanship, which is basically the reason why we are here is 5 out of 5. Prices are medium to high.

While the Brockton store might not have the same selection as the Rt1 store I give 5 stars for the Brockton installers who went above and beyond to mount my accessories one of which I was told was "not useable on my newer model truck" according to a different truck accessory shop.
