The guys in the spring shop have help me do custom suspension for years, always quality workmanship.Example:F350 3.5 ton suspension &H3 on steroids.I'll be calling soon for the next one.Keep up the great work.

I brought my trailer in today to fix a broken leafspring. The gentleman on the phone told me they were backed up and would get to it on Monday. They fixed it and I got my trailer back in a few hours. Super Grateful. Small business, my only trailer. Only lost a few hours. Thank you very much.

If you need it fixed and you can't figure it out, they will. They are awesome at king pins on class A and B trucks!

Woodward Spring shop. Our kind of people....so we thought! See that American flag hanging on the door? Good sign right? We called the shop yesterday asking for a Webb part#...thats a part number for an old obsolete brake drum made by the webb company in the United States of America, that used to sell by the thousands to go on all the American coach busses. We've been calling around to find the few left on the shelf for our steer axle that needs two new drums. We were told Yes, two on the shelf in the Brockton store. So we drove, It was hot, there was traffic, etc. We got them home to unload and realized they'd sold us some other brand made in China!!!!! Didn't even mention that part to us. We drove back up there today to return them. Well the guy gave us Such a hard time!!!! Trying to force us to keep them. Still berating us after the money had been re-exchanged. We tried explaining it's going under our home on wheels, not some trucker freight we don't care about. He continued to belittle us. Telling us he'll do the lifting of the drum because our sandal feet can't work, etc . I told him we got them in and out of the Van just fine. We must not be real mechanics Just hobbyists. Yes exactly dude....your getting it now. Americans, in America doing it ourselves the hard way. But trying to keep it real. He told us we wouldn't know the difference. I pointed to the flag hanging on the door and told him that's the difference! He continued to tell me he sells lots of Chinese parts and the drivers who will finally bring our America drums will be an illegal immigrant driver! Saying he's just the little guy at the end of the line etc. He even made a point of telling us he called Florida where the only two American ones are on the shelf and made sure they jack up the prices to match his. Trying to say the next guy who buys those Chinese drums will pay $400 each. Telling us we won't pay the money for the American. I told him we'll be able to tell when they are not stamped China. So he's done his networking to try to make sure we can't afford the last two American drums on the shelf in the commercial world. We have done our networking in our community of bus people and the true American who rescues vintage bus parts from old American companies has our back (Half his price at that!). So if you want to support China, go to Woodward Spring Co. As for us, we will not! What's the difference he kept asking us? This is the difference !

I was recommended by another shop to fix a broken leaf spring on my truck, I can t say enough good things. I called Wednesday afternoon and I was fixed and out the door in less than 24hrs. They saved me hundreds vs the dealership. Nice job guys!!!

Super helpful we needed what basically equated to custom ubolts for our trailer and they made them in a snap- I was blown away the the trailer supply and truck supply

These guys are awesome! Went there today to see if they had a square U bolt because I snapped mine trying to tighten it. I walked over and asked if they had any and handed him the snapped rusted one. He had told me they could make one in no time. He walked over and within 5 minutes I had a brand new one in my hand. He knew exactly what it was for too. They're very knowledgeable and highly recommend them! Great experience! Everyone was very friendly and it was only $10+tax!

HERB! The spring shop is awesome. These guys have always done fantastic service to all my trucks. One of the few places I will trust with my heavy truck. Call Herb or Mike for all your spring, brake, and heavy truck suspension needs, these guys will make you feel like family!

Advanced tried to charge me 150 bucks for the same exact radiator I got from these guys for under 90 bucks. These aren t autozone teenage know-nothings, these guys are car guys(or truck guys respectively) and they won t let you make a mistake if they can help it. Called this morning to have a few things set aside and when my wife went by to get them the staff even brought the parts to her car for her all neat and boxed up. Definitely an underrated parts store, I d never even heard of them now Advanced/AZ can suck a tailpipe I m never going back

Bought an axel from them and is was defective also super expensive so I found a cheaper one for 70 less. Unfortunately they didn t give me a refund but rather replace the part that they over charged me for

Prices are very cheap at this auto parts store the staff is very knowledgeable and usually gives you the right part first time in fact I've never gotten the wrong part from the store selection is extremely good they have a very large Warehouse to supply parts for most cars a great tool selection and Hardware that you won't find in your Home Depot store I give this auto parts store an A+oh and I haven't mentioned the best thing the prices are usually cheaper than AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts or O'Reilly's
