The best customer service, clean , attentive and willing to go above and beyond to help meet the needs of their customers! Every time I have had a car issue I can call them up and they will fit me in to give me the best options and complete the job in the time frame they say! Very honest, and reliable! I have always been greeted with kindness and true professionalism! Whole staff from back to front are amazing!

This place is amazing! Top tier, customer service! I came to get gas and air in my tire, the gas man Jamaal offered to check my oil since it was a new purchase and he noticed there was no oil! Thank God for him and his wisdom to help me figure out how to keep this machine going!

I took my car to get new brakes and besides the price being better than everyone else, I was in and out. The owner even took my car for a ride on the highway after to make sure the issue was resolved. I ll definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Do not go there! He put regular gas in my car when I asked for premium. I drive a Mercedes. When I realized he put regular gas i said something and he said it's okay your car will be ok I've been working here for 3 years.

Easily the best, most professional shop I have ever went to. I have a Mercedes, which is quite a difficult car to deal with. I had a huge issue with my car, took it to the dealership and was quoted an insane price. I found Westside and Youssef was nothing but kind and accommodating, fixed my car, and saved me a lot of money. I recommend coming here whenever your car needs any fixing! 10/10

Went there last night and got $40 in gas...paid with Cashap card...get home and see (2) $40 charges....one for gas and one for " west side service.... Tried to get help through cash app and they were useless useless met with the owner who was extremely nice and very apologetic gave us our money back no problem and told us merry Christmas highly recommended
