Larry was awesome !!! He and his team took care of my slow leak and my work vehicle so quickly. I really appreciated the fast service and friendly people, especially Larry. He was pretty awesome. What I thought would take two hours only took 45 minutes.! Highly recommend, I ve taken other vehicles there for service. It s always a great time.! Thanks !

The customer service that I received at Town Fair Tire was outstanding! I was taken care of by Eric. He was knowledgeable, friendly and a huge help. I was very pleased with the service! I needed two new rear tires and Eric went above and beyond to explain to me my options and the benefits which helped with selecting the right product and service for me. I was very impressed with my experience and how reasonably priced they are. All the reviews that I read before making my appointment were spot on as far as excellent service! Thank you! You will see me again. 100%

LARRY LARRY LARRY!I ve been using a Town Fair Tire close to my home for over 10 years but my recent experience with the Westgate Brockton location was nothing short of excellent and will now drive 20 minutes away to use this location going forward.Specific to contacting Larry by phone and meeting him at this location, I received the best customer service, excellent knowledge as to my needs, and accommodation for a last minute appointment at the end of the day for an emergency situation with all 4 tires on my SUV.Larry was compassionate and understanding with my situation and helped me navigate the add-ons and their benefits when replacing all four tires.Thank you also to the technicians who got me in and out of there in a reasonable timeframe. You have a new loyal customer Westgate! Thank you!

Charles was great explaining the different tires and warranty options to me. Very professional. I received great service at town fair Brockton..,Charles at the desk was great to talk to and made my day a lot better with the service and support he provided. He went above and beyond to ensure my expectations was met. I was able to get home safely because of his assertive customer service and knowledge about the tires he recommended for purchase .Definitely recommend Charles when purchasing tires at Town Fair. Exceptional service. I came in to get my sensors replaced but didn t know which ones needed to be replaced. Ovi was extremely helpful and came out to my car with me to check. Got everything done quickly and was out in no time. Thoroughly appreciate this location, and have never had issues. Everyone works quickly and efficiently and is kind and attentive as well.

Just want to be able to inform the public on my experience with alignment so to help the community get a better idea of what to expect. The gentleman named Larry was very nice man. He informed you which is best for your car . Also helps you with a better deal. I recommend any one to go Town Fair Tire in Brockton Ma. I will come back to this shop again.

I brought my car into the shop on Wednesday January 17th to get new tires. Eric one of the sales associates was very helpful, gracious and professional. He checked me in for my appointment and made the process easy and provided valuable information. I am happy with the service that Town Fair Tire provides. Went to the Brockton Town Fair Tire today for an alignment.I was kind of worried about the price, and the wait since i didn't have an appointment. But fortunately I met Larry at the service desk, he was very professional, very patient and knowledgeable. He told me approximately how long it was going to take me, he came personally to inform me when my car was going in; and after the service, he showed me what was done and a full report if before and after. I can tell that the price was awesome compared to the other places I know.Thank you Larry, you are the best.

Quick and easy experience! Eric helped me pick out new tires for my vehicle and was really helpful in reviewing my options without making me feel pressured to choose the most expensive option. They are were able to finish the job in about an hour.

He took time to educate me on my tire of options and made special recommendations for my safety in my vehicle. He promoted a various option of service offered by town fair and purchasing options. When I arrived Ovi was there to greet me. Walked me to my car checked out the tires . We went back in and in great detail went over my needs answered any questions I had. He was outstanding.

Great customer service by ovi. Had good knowledge I would I needed for tires for the suburban. Answered all my questions even if they were common sense ones I should have knew myself lol. Will be getting more tired for the vw soon

On a whim I called this location asking for a small service. I was greeted by Charltin. He informed me to bring my wheel down and he would take care of it right away. His friendly and professional demeanor expressed to me, I felt like I was in good hands. Before the end of the day I picked up my tire and paid. I would definitely use this business again. I'm all about first impressions. Thanks for your great service.

Reached out to Town Fair for 4 brand new tires, went in the store and Ovi took care of me. Told him what I was looking for and he was thorough and made recommendations that I welcomed. He was even nice enough to put on a kid friendly show on the tv in the waiting area to keep my 2 year old still for a few minutes great customer experience and will highly recommend. Cant say enough about Town Fair Tire Brockton and especially Ovi! Ovi was a pleasure to deal with! Great prices and great customer service! Had a 10 o clock appointment for 4 tires and was driving out within the hour. I highly recommend them for great service and prices.
